1. Claire H.
“Claire is fantastic with my Australian Cattle Dog, Tilly, she’s been walking Tilly for the last 5 years and also boards with her when I’m on holiday. Claire knows exactly how to handle her and Tilly has really connected with her. Tilly is always excited to see Claire!”

2. Kirsten G.

“There aren’t enough stars to put on this app for Kirsten. Firstly on a human level - she’s amazing. She managed to work around our late booking and our dynamic timetable over the weekend to help us with 2 walks for Harley. She’s a genuinely nice person and instils the trust you need to leave your beloved fur baby with someone. More importantly - Harley adored her. The moment she walked in he was overcome with giddy puppy energy - folding himself over for her to get all the good strokes. He had 2 lovely walks and Kirsten provided us with a breakdown and photos of each walk which was great. We will definitely be using Kirsten again in the future - although hopefully with a little more forward planning from ourselves.”

4. Jonathan E.
About: Loving, Experienced Dog Carer with 10+ Years of Experience Hello! My name is Jonathan, and I’ve spent over a decade caring for dogs with love, patience and dedication. I’ve had the joy of owning four dogs in the past and was responsible for every aspect of their care—from long daily walks to feeding, playtime, training, and keeping them happy and healthy. I’ve also looked after dogs for friends, providing daily walks, meals, and companionship whenever they needed a helping hand. Although I don’t currently have a dog of my own (I occasionally travel for work), I work from home Monday to Friday and have plenty of time, attention, and affection to give your pup. I’m available for both daytime care and overnight boarding, and your dog will always be close by my side while I work, with regular play breaks, walks, and garden time to keep them happy and stimulated. I truly love dogs and animals of all kinds. I enjoy getting to know their personalities, playing with them, and ensuring they always feel safe, loved, and well looked after. I’ve trained all four of my own dogs and enjoy teaching new tricks when the opportunity arises. Your dog will be treated just like one of my own—with kindness, attention, and a focus on their wellbeing. I look forward to welcoming your furry friend into my home! I work at home from Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and I go on at least one long walk every day. I like to take regular breaks to play with and look after your dog and let him or her out to pee and poo regularly. They will get a walk of at least 40 minutes every day and they can spend time in my patio and garden throughout the day as well. I have a completely fenced in garden to keep your dog safe and your dog can either relax next to me as I work or lie in the living room either in a basket, on the sofa or in a crate if you prefer. I make sure that your dog always has water available and I let them out to go to the toilet regularly. I leave the back kitchen door open when it is sunny so they can come in and out of the house and garden as they please.

6. Theo R.

“Theo has been an absolute godsend! We have two blind, diabetic Miniature Schnauzer’s and one is very nervy with new people but within 2 minutes of Theo arriving to meet them for the first time, Finn was in Theo’s lap! Theo has been totally reliable, punctual and great at keeping me posted with lots of pictures ❤️ Theo has also learnt how to inject the boys with their insulin and I had total confidence when they recently had a 2 night stay at Theo’s. I would totally recommend Theo to anyone needing help with their fur baby! Thank you Theo!!!! 🥰”

7. Rachael D.
“Rachael is a trusted dog or cat walker/sitter. She understands your pets needs and sends regular photos and updates to you keeping your mind at ease. Don't keep your fir babies locked away all day with no human contact.”

8. Beth H.

“Beth walked Pablo for the first time today. Sounds like they had fun together! Beth updated me via the Rover app. She posted at the start of and then at the end of the walk. She also commented on how it went and left us some photos. 🐾 thank you Beth!”

9. Anna F.
“Anna has take care of our Buddy on several occasions now and we have her booked for another one at the end of this month. We are very particular about who we trust with our dog and her care has been nothing short of exemplary. She understands dogs and treats them like her own family. If I had to sum her up in three words I would pick conscientious, kind and caring.”

10. Hannah G.

“Hannah was so caring and considerate towards Lily. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to others. Thank you so much Hannah! ☺️🐾”

11. Cloe H.

“Chloe was amazing with my dog ghost. I really needed help as I was really ill. Chloe arrived on time and ghost had the best time ever!! I'd highly reccomend to anyone to book chloe for any doggy services”
12. Elliot W.
“Elliot always wanted a dog as a child, and I’ll admit I was sceptical about whether he’d really pull his weight. But I was proven wrong, he took great care of our family dog, enjoyed training her and clearly had a natural bond with her. Now, watching how he looks after Olive, I know that love for dogs has only grown stronger. Olive is a lively Border Collie, with a beautiful temperament. Elliot and his wife prioritise the health & wellbeing of Olive. I would recommend my son Elliot to care for your dog, no matter whether it needs the miles of exercise of his Border Collie or the fun, stimulation of our elderly family terrier.”

13. Cathryn H.
“Cathryn has looked after my own furries over the years and I have been so thankful for the love, care and attention she offers; I never have any worries or hesitation in leaving them in her care as she takes a ‘home from home’ approach which is exactly what I was hoping for! They love being in her company and I would highly recommend her services to anyone.”

14. maddie s.

15. Jessica Jane B.

19. Clare P.
About: I am currently on flexi furlough so only working 2 days a week, 2/3 hour shifts. My partner and I have a gorgeous 2 year old son and I am currently pregnant expecting at the end of June. We have experience with boarding and day care many different breeds through the Rover site and privately and still love it just as much as when we started. I have always had dogs as pets and currently have two little fluff balls and a tortoise. I find animals provide unconditional love like no other and want to give others the confidence that their pets are just as looked after and loved when they are unavailable. Being at home majority of the time allows me to be more flexible with the pet owners needs, and I will endeavour to tailor each service to meet what they are looking for! We have plenty of space at home and no room is out of bounds for any pet!
