“Wow!!! What an amazing service we have received. Our fur baby is one of the most indulged dogs, thoroughly spoilt and runs our lives we were so worried about leaving her for the first time. She is 11 months old and still full of puppy mischief and energy too however Joy stepped in seamlessly to give our dog the very best of care. We received daily videos and updates that provided us with peace of mind that our dog Flossie was settled and happy therefore we could relax and enjoy our holiday safe in that knowledge. The surroundings that Joy provides are outstanding, Flossie had a whole orchard to run around in to burn off some of that puppy energy. Flossie was also allowed to sleep on the bed too, as she suffers from separation anxiety this was the deal breaker for us, we wanted her to have the security of having someone with her overnight which she got. Her routine was carried out by Joy and she has returned to us equally as happy and carefree as the day we dropped her off I cannot recommend Joy and not forgetting her husband Richard highly enough, they are absolutely brilliant.”

“I could not recommend Dina and her little dog Daisy enough ☺️ We did a meet and greet prior to my holiday just to make sure the dogs would get on ok. I knew there would be no issues and was more than happy for my dog to be looked after by Dina. Dina kept me updated with photos throughout the week and I could tell my dog was having a lovely time and was very happy with her surroundings. My dog is 15 so can have days where she’s a little more tired than others but everything was accommodated. A perfect little holiday for my pooch ☺️ 🐾”

“We're so happy with Charlotte. She is super quick at responding to messages and she reassured us with leaving Bruno with her. It was his first time away from home and he is abit nervous of other dogs as he hasn't much exposure to other dogs. Charlotte has been amazing with him, he loved his stay, I don't think he wanted to leave. Charlotte kept us updated throughout the week which was such a reassurance for us to see him settled and happy there. We will def want Bruno to stay with Charlotte again.”

“I was struggling for dog care as my original dog care had cancelled on me last minute. I contacted jade and she was very quick and efficient on getting Rodney booked in and was happy to rearrange her days to accommodate Rodney for the 4 nights. I was anxious at first leaving Rodney with someone I hadn’t before but Jade was so good and reassuring right from the off and within 5 minutes of introducing Jade to Rodney I felt so reassured. She listened and made a list of everything me and Rodney do and his needs and wants. She sent me so many photos and videos every day and updated me even when I didn’t ask which was amazing so I could go away enjoy myself and knew Rodney was being well cared for. I collected Rodney and he didn’t want to leave when I came to collect him which is a reflection of the amazing care and fuss he had received. It was like Rodney was Jades own dog and she said how she loved having him. Going forward I will be definitely using Jades dog care service again and I’m sure Rodney will be excited at the thought of this as well. About: I have pet sat for family and friends for a long time, I understand how to make them feel safe in new environments and will love them for a short time like they are mine! I work part-time, i’m available for boarding on fridays, saturdays, and sundays, and can drop in on weekday evenings. My work schedule varies so weekday boarding is a possibility but it varies weekly! I have a fenced garden and a house in a quiet neighbourhood where all animals, even anxious ones, would feel at ease. I have no animals in my house, and so would be excited to give my time and care to your special pet!

“We’re grateful to Cathryn for helping out with our cats while we were away. Communication was clear, and everything seemed fine when we returned. However, we did notice the visit lasted around 20 minutes rather than the full 30 minutes we had agreed and paid for, which we would have appreciated being respected. Additionally, we weren’t sure if our full feeding instructions were followed, as we couldn’t find any dry food left out, which made us wonder if the cats only received their wet food. We always aim to give honest feedback to help sitters improve, and we hope this helps for future visits.”

I am a young 63 year old, living with my husband Martin and we have a labrador retriever Kodie and a lovely fluffy ginger tom cat Buckie, and they are always cared for at home. I have always had animals in my life since I was a young girl and I know that it is really important for pets to try and keep their routine as much as possible when family are away, and the best way to do that is in there own home. For me this is about spending time and sharing company with your cat(s). Yes feed them, clean up if needed. And then just be with them, play if that's what they want. Sit and just be there for cuddles or whatever they need, shy nervous, I'll just sit and let them come to me if they want to, I would want to meet them with you before my first visit. About: From the moment I got my Dobermann, Mila, in December 2021, I was completely hooked on dogs. I make sure that your dog always has water available and I let them out to go to the toilet regularly. I leave the back kitchen door open when it is sunny so they can come in and out of the house and garden as they please.

About: I’ve always had a love for dogs even since I was young. At 15, I finally got my own dog which I trained and took care of by myself. I love dogs company and taking care of them. During my undergraduate degree, I decided to join Rover as a way to help earn whilst being student, but also as a way to spend time with dogs as I missed my own dog, Harley, so much. I have done home-stays with puppies and post-surgery dogs to keep them company, whilst their owners are out. Happy administering medications, feeding other animals like fish, hamsters, watering plants etc. I work from home full Time but long days. I contacted jade and she was very quick and efficient on getting Rodney booked in and was happy to rearrange her days to accommodate Rodney for the 4 nights. She listened and made a list of everything me and Rodney do and his needs and wants. I collected Rodney and he didn’t want to leave when I came to collect him which is a reflection of the amazing care and fuss he had received. It was like Rodney was Jades own dog and she said how she loved having him. Dogs will always be supervised when using our fully secure, fenced garden, and I will follow your guidance closely around feeding, walks, sleeping arrangements, routines, training cues and any special requirements.
