I can’t recommend Amber enough! They are reliable, punctual, and clearly love dogs. My pup comes back from every walk happy, tired, and well taken care of. I really appreciate the updates and photos—it gives me peace of mind knowing my dog is in such good hands. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy and caring, Amber is the perfect choice!

About: I have always been around dogs since I was born. I am well educated on how to recognise what a dog needs and how to care for them. As well as looking after my own dogs, I began frequently taking on pet-sitting jobs for my neighbours when I became old enough. I also participated in helping dogs train for agility competitions. I also have a lot of experience with having owned rats, rabbits and guinea pigs. I graduated university last year with a BSc in Psychology with Criminology, and I am hoping to use Rover to gain further experience with animals in a professional setting with plans that I will become a Clinical Animal Behaviourist in the future (after funding and completing my Level 7 qualification). I am likely free to look after your furry friend any time! I have a Level 3 CPD Accredited qualification for Animal First Aid and CPR, as well as an Enhanced DBS check, making me a reliable and safe option to choose when looking after your pets. I am also fully insured, and will listen and tend to any specific needs you may have for your animals when visiting your home to pet sit, do home visits or to take them on dog walks. They will always have all of my attention and love.

About: I have been around dogs for most of my life. I currently own a German Shepherd, Sajrus, who is the light of my world. I have trained him myself to perform some simple tricks like laying his face on my hand or walking between my legs. He has long hair so I’ve also got great experience with brushing and dealing with the lovely hair left all over my clothes (note I am not a professional dog groomer). Sajrus is also a dog with a good few allergies, which he receives medication for daily (pills), giving me some good experience on giving pets their medication. I also have experience with taking care of a range of different sized dogs, from Amstaff dogs too French bulldogs. Though I do not have as much experience with cats, as I've never owned one, I’ve been around a range of different cats owned by my friends or family, some more skiddish and some more feisty. I’m patient and more than willing to take time to get to know your pet and how i can make them feel comfortable and happy, ensuring you have nothing to worry about.:) I’m also Polish and fluent in both polish and English so if your pet (like mine) doesn’t respond to commands in English but may in the latter, I am able to provide. Im currently on break so im available most days and nights of the week, including weekends, up until the 5TH of SEPTEMBER. So im more than open for any arrangements throughout the whole week, as well as any last minute arrangements PS. Please be aware however that I may not be able to offer last minute arrangements for curtain services as well as reactive or overly aggressive dogs, though I am always open for discussion. Everything is explained below and in the *know in advance about your pets* section of my profile The amount of drop ins or dog walks I can provide a day may vary on the distance between residences, this can be discussed during the booking. If you plan on boarding your pup or joining our doggy day care, I will REQUIRE that all dogs that are to be present are to meet up and interact before hand, so that you and I have the piece of mind knowing that the dogs get along. I am only be able to provide pick up and drop offs for dogs in boarding or doggy day care if you live a 30 to 40 minutes max away by foot from my house as I do not have a liscence. This is also because, depending on the weather I wouldn't want the pup to struggle in the heat/cold or tear/scrape their paw pads from walking on the asfalt for too long, as many paths don't have a lot of green patches the dog can walk on to prevent this. I am open to discussing any different arrangements and prices you may have in mind. Please message about availability if you have a curtain day and time in mind, as I am generally free every day till the 5TH of SEPTEMBER but may have some appointments I have to attend during the day. Please contact me with any questions.:) I have a lovely German shepherd which I take on long walks, feed, groom, play with, train and administer medication too. We often go over his training/tricks or do some sniff searching (looking for hidden toys) to tire him out not only physically but also mentally. He is a larger dog (41kg), but overall I’m quite capable of keeping control of him on leash ,even if he sees a leaf flying by and decides it’s his personal mission to catch it. While your pet is under my care, I will treat them as if they are my own, and so follow the same principles I do with my dog, ensuring that we all have a good time. If you would like I can even try teaching your pups some simple, fun tricks that I had taught mine. Note, however, their is no guarantee that they will , as each dog is different and differently motivated. I am not a profesional trainer, just someone who has a simple understanding of teaching dogs, and a willing, food motivated, German shepherd. When the heat isn’t smouldering we spend a lot of time together in our garden, playing fetch and running around, there are also quite a few places in the garden providing shade and a cool place to rest. The park that is a 5min walk from the house also provides a good amount of space for running and playing, as well as shade provided by the trees, so that even on hot days walks can be enjoyed. The patio also allows for comfortable night sits, allowing the dog to cool off in the cold night air, from a long day.

About: I’ve always had animals in my life—dogs, cats, and even exotics. In Spain, my family and I share our home with three dogs and four cats. I love being around them and truly understand their needs, routines, and little quirks. Right now, I care for many pets from friends and colleagues who trust me not only because I’m a vet, but because I genuinely adore animals. My home is a calm, safe space—no other pets or children—so your companion gets relaxed, one-on-one attention. Because I travel a lot and live on my own, I can’t have my own pets at the moment. That means I can give 100% of my time and attention to yours, treating them like family. By the way, I’m a qualified vet—so your furry (or scaly!) friends are in safe, caring hands. I work four days per week from 9 am to 6:00 pm, with weekends off. During working days, I am available for morning and evening care, and I can also use my break to check on or walk your dog if needed. On weekends, I have full availability and can stay with your pet, providing more consistent care, companionship, and attention. I don’t have pets of my own, so your pet will feel right at home with me and get all my attention and affection. They’re more than welcome on the sofa and bed, and I’m happy for them to sleep with me if that’s what they’re used to. I don’t have a garden, but there’s a park right in front of my home where I can take them for regular walks and fresh air. My home is very safe for cats, with no open windows and secure balconies. I always try to create a calm, cosy environment where pets can relax, feel safe, and be treated like part of the family.

About: Prices may vary based on client needs and level of care. Walks and drop-ins offered at a standard hourly rate. I have experience of working with animals of all shapes and sizes, from cows and horses to axolotls and guinea pigs. I enjoy getting to know their unique personalities. I have experience with nervous or reactive pets and use desensitisation and counter-conditioning with positive re-enforcement to help them feel calm, confident and accomplished. I’m especially passionate about enrichment, using games, puzzles, and activities that engage an animal’s natural skills. Enrichment not only keeps pets mentally and physically stimulated, but also strengthens the bond between pet and carer and helps prevent boredom related or problem behaviours. I aim to provide care that keeps animals happy, confident, and thriving while you’re away. I am extremely passionate about animals and will do everything I can to make their experience the best it can be. From researching new innovative ideas to combatting their anxieties, or new fun games to play to battle boredom and creating training plans to giving the best cuddles! 🐾💛 A Little Piece of My Heart — And Why Animals Mean Everything to Me I’ve always felt a deep connection with animals, as if they understand me in ways that words often can’t. Their gentle nature, calming presence, and unwavering loyalty have been my rock, providing comfort, connection, and joy throughout my life. They have a way of reaching places in us that need healing, understanding, and peace. As a neurodivergent person, my bond with animals has been especially profound. They accept me without judgment, offering a sense of belonging and calm in overwhelming situations. They’ve helped me regulate, reconnect, and find peace on days when the world felt too loud. Animals are not just my passion, they’re my safe haven, my joy, and the reason I started Chester's Angel. I wanted to create a pet care service that’s more than just standard care. I strive to offer tailored support that fits your pet’s individual needs, honouring the unique bond between you and your pet. I volunteer with various organisations on a part time basis including Derbyshire Mind and The Cinnamon Trust so I have a very flexible routine perfect anyone looking for a new pet nanny. I am able to offer house and pet sits in the home for both long and short stays, and will send daily 'pupdates' for you to enjoy, so you can be assured that your pet is in the best hands! I cater to each individual pet based on their individual needs and preferences. I like to offer experiences rather than a generic 'walk' or drop in so will incorporate enrichment in everything I do. Every package is bespoke to your pets needs, and tailored with you and your pet in mind. I will endeavour to meet all your requests and will work with your pets on basic training and commands to ensure that we maintain consistency in their routines. I am not able to offer boarding in my accommodation due to insurance

I booked Elizabeth with only a few day's notice. Was gratefull that she was available. When she arrived she was smartly and practically dressed. I could see that she meant business when she arrived. Hiking boots walking gear backpack with waterproofs and all the things which she may need. She was prompt, polite and well-mannered. My dog Rani took to her. She asked if there were any particular routes or areas I would like her to walk my dog, If I had any toys balls treats etc that she may need etc A good sign when she returned from their walk was that my dog was tired. She is a very high-energy dog. I would highly recommend Elizabeth and would use her again in future if required. She exceeded my expectations of what I would recieve in every department. Thank You Elizabeth very much.

About: I've grown up and been with dogs my entire life. Whether puppies, adult dogs or even oldies. I love dogs so much, just being around them makes me happy and I love caring for them. I will look after your dog like my own. Because I rescued my own dog, I have a deep understanding of canine body language, patience, and the unique needs of dogs who might be a bit shy, anxious, or slow to warm up to new people. Your dog’s safety and emotional comfort are my absolute top priorities. I work part-time, which means I have a highly flexible schedule and plenty of room to take breaks for lunchtime walks, toilet breaks, and structured play. I love being active and exploring local parks around Derby, especially Chad and Oakwood area but I am equally happy providing quiet, gentle company for dogs who prefer to take things slow. My Experience & Approach Rescue Ready: Highly experienced with rescue dog quirks, anxious behaviors, and positive-reinforcement techniques. Working from Home: Your dog will have constant supervision, routine, and a calm environment. Tailored Care: Whether your dog needs a high-energy sniffari walk or just a gentle stretch and some garden play, I adapt entirely to their pace. I look forward to meeting you and your furry best friend for a chat beforehand! Because I know that every dog is different, some want space, some want cuddles, some love playing, I will adapt my approach as per your dog's personality and liking. I'm currently part time work from home so can accommodate your dog’s schedule whether that's for a walk or drop ins or house sitting. I take care of my lovely rescue every day and she's a demanding girl so I know how to care for dogs who have lots of personality. I am fully insured for my services. I'm also enhanced DBS checked as I work with young people and am first aid trained so can support with any needs of your dog. For house sitting, I will care for your dog completely and will also take care of any house stuff like bins etc in case they need going out. I will keep to their schedules and give lots of love, play and fuss so they never feel not cared for.

About: *there is no pet in our house! Momo continues to live with Jerry’s parents when Jerry moves to the UK! I have a cute little cat named momo and have taken care of her for 9 years, covering the span from a small kitten to a senior cat. I am pretty good at taking care of a cat’s basic need and know how to respect them and give them spaces. Additionally, I also have a loving girlfriend who is caring to animals! She had experience taking care of dogs and will like to work with me as a team to take care of your dog! If you have a small dog, no problem! Jess had an experience taking care of dogs for over 10 years! It was a lovely Shih Tzu dog and she will care for your dog equally! Currently working full-time so will likely to be available during the weekends and weekdays after four. Of course every pet has their habits so I can be flexible. My girlfriend works from home so she can also be a big helper to take care of them. I have a decent size apartment with a guest bedroom, your furry child can have its own space or stay close to people depending on their personalities.

About: Four years ago I got my dog Snoop who I’ve raised from 8 weeks old. Since then I’ve looked after lots of family and friends’ dogs so am used to looking after lots of different breeds. Before Snoop, I regularly took care of my family dog and again was heavily involved in his training from having him as a puppy. My own pup loves to socialise and we walk twice a day so your own pooch will get plenty of exercise with us. I work full time as a teacher so I would be available to look after your pup anytime from Friday night until Sunday night. I’m also available during school holidays. I have a fenced garden that is very dog secure. Believe me it has to be with my own escape artist! My dog has the run of the house and your dog would too if you are happy with this. Happy to discuss any further requirements.
