About: I have had animals my whole life! I regularly house-sit for my parents to look after 3 energetic collies, 1 cat and 1 horse. I live on Alvaston Park, so I’m very close to a lovely place to take dogs out. I have grown up with big dogs, including ridgeback and wolf hounds, and would be happy to go on longer walks for longer legs. I do work full time but would be happy to take dogs out for evening walks. On the days where I work from home I can take dogs out for a quick lunch time leg stretch. I will respect and follow any rules and guidance that owners give me to ensure the safety of their pet. If specialist harnesses are required I will ensure they’re used.

I’m happy to care for young or old pets, as long as you let me know your pet’s needs. About: I've been around animals since I was little, from cats, to dogs, to birds... and chickens!! I often take care of animals in my free time for my friends and family whether it's for a night or a few days. I'm currently working full time so I'm strictly only available on the weekends. I'm happy for check-in, stay overs or walks! I've not usually had any issues with any dogs or cats I have looked after, if there is a specific need for your animal that I should be aware of, I will ask you for a set on instructions before our first appointment

“Jerry and Jess watched Coco for us over Christmas and New Year holidays. Coco was recovering from some health issues so we wanted a sitter that would stay in our house to make things as easy on Coco as possible. Jerry and Jess took incredible care of Coco while we were away. They were diligent about giving medications, sent photos and videos everyday, and gave her lots of cuddles! Most importantly, they got Coco to eat 2-3 times a day when we sometimes struggle to get her to finish a single meal. Coco had lost weight during her illness and was very skinny when we left. By the time we'd returned home, she no longer felt bony and we could feel that she'd put on weight. A recent vet visit confirms that she's gone up from 5.9kg to 6.3kg, very nearly back to her normal weight! Not only did Jerry and Jess look after our dog, but also our home. When we finally arrived home at 2am, the house was immaculately clean and there was almost no sign they'd been there except for a lovely card and a dessert in the fridge for us! We cannot recommend Jerry and Jess enough. They are kind, caring people and took wonderful care of Coco and our house. We would love to have them watch Coco again for future trips.”

“This was the second time we left Willow in Jayne and Brian's excellent care, this time for just over 2 weeks. We could see form the daily video and message "pupdates" what a fabulous time Willow was having❤️. Jayne and Brian also looked after our house really well and we came back to a very happy and relaxed dog as well as a clean and tidy home. Because of Jayne and Brian we were able to really enjoy our holiday as we could see our furbaby was so well looked after. About: I am not in this for the money like some but rather for pure enjoyment of caring for animals- I have always dreamed of having many many pets but of course that’s not possible so if I can pretend a pet is my own for even just a day, that’s an amazing gift. I try to be fair with pricing as I know how hard it is when you need to go somewhere but cannot afford a sitter and I try to provide snacks :) I look after my own 3 pets (dog, cat and fish) everyday but I am free to fully care for any pets Thursday through to Sunday I have a big fenced in garden, lots of toys and balls to keep your pets entertained. I also have a very big park with a lake nearby for long walks and an older playful doggy and young cat to entertain your lovely pets

Farris was absolutely brilliant, we had a lovely meet and greet so she could meet my German Shepherd. I was super nervous beforehand as I had never left my dog with a sitter before and she does suffer from severe separation anxiety, but Farris put me at ease, kept me up to date while I was away and sent photos through so I could see that my dog was happy. Farris was also more than happy to give her medication when she needed it. I can’t recommend Farris enough and will definitely be using her again.
Maisie was amazing and I can't recommend her enough. I have never had someone stay overnight with my cats before but knew they were in excellent hands with Maisie. I received regular updates and pictures which was very welcome. When I returned I could see that my cats had been very well looked after. I cannot talk highly enough about Maisie x

Jess has been amazing, she has followed my instructions for my boy Dexter perfectly. He became very fond of jess during her weeks stay in our home. Jess made sure she left our home tidy and most importantly she made sure all dexters needs were met. Jess messaged everyday to let me.know how dex was eating and just to reassure me as she knows I am a anxious dog mum. We will definitely be using Jess again in the future.
