About: Lifelong dog lover! ❤️ Growing up I had 5 large dogs, from German Shepherds to Great Danes, so I’m confident with big, strong, energetic breeds. I’ve pet sat for everything in between - from bouncy puppies to fully grown adults, so all breeds and sizes are welcome! I have a large, secure garden for safe playtime, I drive so I can do pick-ups / drop-offs and adventure walks, and I’m right next to big parks for lots of walks and sniffing! Great hosts! Our 2 doggies felt completely at home during their stay, and it was obvious they were well cared for, and treated like part of the family. This was the first time I have left Milo with anyone apart from family and as soon as I met Samantha I felt reassured. Being a Border Collie, Milo can be quite demanding but during a very hot week Samantha exercised him at the coolest part of the day and kept him relaxed and chilled. I was updated daily with wonderful photos and videos. I returned to a very happy dog and have already rebooked. Thank you so much Samantha😊
Jerry and Jess were absolutely amazing with our dachshund Chip, they sent us photos and videos of how his boarding was going and to let us know he’s happy. They even set up a little area for him by the window with pillows in the sunshine to let him relax. Will definitely book with them again x

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
