Give your best friend a break in my home from home
Dogs have always been my passion. I haven’t been without a furry friend for 30 years. My dogs have always been treated as part of the family. They go where I go and they sleep where they want! I’ve always had rescue dogs (I love the second chances and the underdogs)

Excellent care and attention to detail from Samantha! The regular photos were very reassuring, particularly as this was Lola’s first stay. It was clear to see that she felt very happy, settled and well cared for! Our future holidays will be booked around Samantha’s availability!

As usual Sam was amazing at looking after our rescue staffie Daisy 🥰. Sam has fantastic communication, from booking to updates- we get the cutest photos and nothing is too much for her when it comes to caring for Daisy's needs so we can fully relax and enjoy our holidays! Daisy is currently injured and Sam gave her her pain relief with no fuss, ensured she had a ramp to access the garden and Sam's husband even carried her upstairs to bed! Daisy can't wait for her next trip and we are so grateful to Sam and Mark for going the extra mile to care for our girl 🐶🐾♥️
Just picked up a very happy Amber from Sam's. She has been thoroughly spoiled as usual! Sam knows Amber's quirkiness really well after multiple stays. We can go away and relax, knowing that Amber is in the very best of hands.
Duggee had the best time staying with Samantha. He was totally spoilt with lots of walks & home comforts of a nice log fire to relax in front of! She updated us with photos & videos which was lovely. I have no hesitation of recommending her to others.
Shipley has been spoilt rotten with love, playtime and walks. There was plenty of videos and pictures of our boy to keep us updated. Highly recommend and will be using Samantha again.

Schedule
I am semi-retired so I am available all day. I have plenty of free time to spend with my doggy guest. So if they fancy a stroll around my garden, a long or short walk, a fuss or just a chat! I have the time. Your friend will not be left alone. There are no children or other pets in my home.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a three bedroom cottage and have a completely fenced off big garden with plenty of space for running and games. I only invite 1 dog at a time so your dog will be getting all the love and attention they deserve, however, I am able to day sit or board more than 1 dog from the same family. I am also lucky enough to have a beautiful park on my doorstep. So if your dog enjoys walks we are covered. Or if your dog loves to just potter around and do their own thing there is access to the secure garden at all times. I can provide a full DBS check certificate.
A typical day
I like to find out as much as I can about your friends typical day and try to mirror their comfort, likes and dislikes in my own home. Dogs love routine so the more you can tell me what they like and how they behave with you then all the better experience! I typically spend the most time in the local park.
