About: Ive got a wide range of experience looking after a variety of pets, as not only have I been relied on to care for neighbours and friends’ pets and got experience in 2 doggy day cares, I’ve also self-trained an assistance dog and got him through tests to show his top level of training. I am extremely flexible with timings and can fit into whatever schedule is required and works best for you. I am a qualified veterinary physiotherapist so can also add assessment/ massage / treatment into your booking if of interest I’m a qualified veterinary physiotherapist, so am experienced with understanding animals and caring for them both physically and mentally, looking after the individual animal is key so I’m always led by them. I’ve also done training in dog first aid

“Having a business function 5 hours from home and needing to find suitable care for our needy French Bulldog was potentially stressful. So glad we found Cathryn and her wonderfully calming approach. She (and her husband) were super accommodating, communicative, helpful, reassuring. Instantly connecting with Merlin when we dropped him off, and sending photos and messages throughout the evening to reassure. When we are in Staffs again and need repeat care, we will be 100% returning to Cathryn. Highly recommended!!”

Her dog, Bailey, was also such a wonderful little companion for Tuffy, and it was lovely to see how well the two of them were getting along. Tuffy absolutely loved the long walks, playtime in the garden, and all the attention he received. Most importantly, he was very happy and settled during his stay. I’m so grateful to Calley for taking such great care of him, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust with their dog. About: I have over 10 years of experience caring for and looking after dogs of all different breeds, sizes and personalities. Over the years, I have gained a great understanding of the responsibility, patience and dedication that comes with caring for dogs and making sure they are happy, healthy and well looked after. At one point, I owned 4 dogs which taught me how to manage different needs, personalities and routines while making sure each dog received plenty of individual attention and care. My 10 years of experience have given me a genuine passion for dogs and a strong understanding of how much care, attention and love they need. I take pride in treating every dog as an individual and making sure they feel safe, comfortable and cared for while in my responsibility. I’m passionate about learning more about dog behaviour and communication, and I’m hoping to complete the NeMo dog course later this year or early next year to further develop my skills. My goal is to gain a deeper understanding of canine body language, learn how to read dogs more effectively and improve my ability to work with and train different breeds. My goal is to turn my passion for dogs into a full-time career in dog sitting. I would love the opportunity to spend my days doing something I genuinely enjoy while providing reliable, loving and trustworthy care for other people’s pets. I take the time to understand each dog’s individual personality, needs and behaviour, giving them plenty of attention, affection and mental stimulation while respecting their boundaries. I also make sure they always have access to fresh water and a clean, safe environment. I understand how important it is for owners to know their pets are in good hands, so I provide regular updates and photos to give them peace of mind while they’re away. My priority is to treat every dog as if they were my own, making sure they receive the patience, care and attention they deserve.
