About: I’ve been a cat owner for nearly four years and currently have three cats of my own – Belle (Domestic Long Hair), Elsie (Ragdoll) and Dobby (Domestic Short Hair). Caring for them has given me hands-on experience with cats of different personalities, temperaments and needs. I grew up around rabbits, guinea pigs, dogs and cats, so I’ve always been surrounded by animals. While I now only own cats, I still have experience caring for my family’s dog, so I’m comfortable around dogs as well. I also have experience caring for cats with medical conditions and administering medication. My Ragdoll, Elsie, was unwell for an extended period and required daily medication before she was successfully weaned off it. She now has a specialist gastrointestinal diet, so I’m confident following feeding plans, administering medication and monitoring a cat’s health. In addition to caring for my own cats, I’ve helped search for missing and stray cats alongside a local cat rescue. I’m passionate about animal welfare and believe every pet deserves to feel safe, loved and well cared for. I will always treat your pets with the same love, patience and attention that I give my own. I currently work fully remotely, with core working hours of 10:00am–3:00pm. Outside of these hours, I have the flexibility to manage my workload, allowing me to fit pet visits and care around my schedule. I also have my own car, so I’m happy to travel to care for your pets. I’m based in Trentham, Stoke-on-Trent, but I’m willing to travel to surrounding areas to provide reliable, loving care for your furry family members. About: I have most weekends available for boarding at my home. I have a dog of my own who is very very friendly and gets on with all dogs she meets. She loves to play and she will share her toys!! Due to her not being neutered I do not accept male dogs at the moment. I would love to take care of your dog in my home, perhaps you need a weekend break. About: I've taken care of dogs since I was a young girl. My family and friends have always relied on me to take care of their pets when going away I do work full-time Monday - Friday. I get 1 hour's lunch break around 12pm. Weekends vary from going on long walks or in the gym to spending time with family and friends. I'd ideally be looking for weekend pet care, however if your pet could last 8-12 & 1-5 on their own then I can accommodate midweek care I have a fully fenced large garden and open fields just a 5-minute walk from my house perfect for taking your fur baby on a good walk. About: I’ve always had pets in my family, so I’ve looked after cats and dogs from a young age. I have also looked after senior dogs and puppies for other family members/friends. I have 1 loveable puppy (Labrador named Reggie) and 2 cats (Bean and Delilah). The cats are like 2 peas in and pod and I’ve had them since they were tiny. Reggie is high energy and loves being around other dogs. I used to really enjoy taking my old dog (Nora) on long walks- whether that’s to a park or in the countryside. I am in full-time employment. When I am working, my partner is at home. I am available after 5pm most days due to my working hours, but I am available for majority of weekends. My dog has been crate trained from a very young age. Our garden isn’t very big, but the walks that he goes on make up for it.
About: I have had dogs my whole life. I have had Cavaliers for the last 20 years, two from puppies and 2 rescue, ex breeders, I currently have an older Cavalier who is 12 and a miniature dachshund who is 7. They are both very good natured dogs who love meeting others. I have experience administering medication and my house is set up with steps up to the settee and bed. I am a nurse and currently work nights but am available on my nights off to look after your special doggo. If I am not at work I am generally relaxing at home with the girls or going out for a walk. I have a secure garden and am seconds away from a Wolstanton Marsh park where I enjoy taking my 2 out each day. My dogs are very friendly. I have a house full of snuffle toys that my two really enjoy.

This was our first time leaving Baxter with anybody outside the family and we had also very recently lost his sister, who he was due to board with, so there was added stress on my part about leaving him while we went away. Colette was amazing, and made sure that she got to know Baxter before he stayed with her and Rich. She ensured that Baxter was comfortable with their surroundings prior to his stay. We went for walks together, and he went to stay with them for a full day before his week long stay. Any worries were completely dissolved when we received our daily updates and pictures of what Baxter was getting up to, from joining in with Colette's daily yoga routine, to pictures of him enjoying his walks with Reggie and Tyler, we could tell that Baxter was thoroughly enjoying his time with them. We will defiantly be using Colette again, and I would highly recommend her and Rich to anybody.
I would deffinetly use again and would happily recommend! Straight from the first meet and greet I could tell my dog Piper was going to have an amazing time, brilliant space, garden was perfect and secure! Lots and lots of great toys, lovely big dog bed! All the way through the stay I had regular videos, photos and updates, was so lovely to see how happy and well looked after Piper was. I cant praise Danielle and her partner enough, thank you and will deffiently will use again!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
