About: Hello! I’m a dedicated and experienced pet sitter with a lifelong love of animals, I have owned cats and dogs since I was a baby and have grown up around animals. I currently care for five cats—four of whom are rescues, one of them being very nervous and shy which we are working through—and two dogs, including a high-energy Boxer and a long-haired Cockapoo. Living with such a diverse mix of personalities has given me hands-on experience with different temperaments, activity levels, and care needs. Having grown up with both cats and dogs, I’m very comfortable handling everything from playful, energetic pets to more nervous or shy animals that need extra patience and understanding. I take pride in creating a calm, safe, and positive environment where every pet feels secure and well cared for. I offer flexible services including house sitting, dog walking, and drop-in visits for feeding, playtime, or general check-ins. Whether your pet needs lots of exercise and stimulation or a gentle, reassuring presence, I tailor my care to suit their individual needs. I am currently working part time at a football stadium however the season has now finished meaning I have time available for pet sitting. I occasionally volunteer as I have a degree working with horses however that is dependant on my work schedule. I have two dogs that are extremely friendly and love meeting new dogs if there is a nervous dog in need of a friend on walks, I am constantly observing the behaviour of new dogs and cats in first meetings to ensure they are comfortable, I am always ready to play and offer different types of enrichment for both cats and dogs to decrease boredom!

About: I’ve had pets since childhood, I am experienced caring for energetic puppies and senior animals, and truly enjoy spending time with pets while meeting all needs. I adore all animals and would love to get to know your fur babies! I work from home 4 days a week meaning I am flexible in terms of when I can attend your home to look after your pets. I enjoy my fitness so taking pets on walks at lunch works perfectly for me and I am flexible on most weekends. I am used to pets with medical issues and have extreme attention to detail when it comes to your pets. I have dealt with reactive dogs and been in difficult situations making me super aware of my surroundings and allowing me to protect your pets further. I am patient with shy animals and will always entertain those pets which love to cause chaos!

About: I have been walking and looking after pets from a young age having grown up with a variety of cats, dogs, horses and hamsters. I volunteered to walk dogs for the elderly neighbours when I was still at school I have since then worked with horses and within farming. I set up on my own as a dog walker and pet sitter last year giving up my full time job to do that. I still keep my hand in with the odd milking and bit of calf rearing on the farm. I have two working spaniels myself so have experience with energetic high prey drive dogs. Where I can I foster for a rescue and volunteer at a couple of dog rescues with their training and assessments. I am fully insured and DBS checked, I have my first aid and I’m currently completing a course in canine training, behaviour and welfare. Your pets will be cared for as if they were my own and their individual needs met to a high standard at all times. This is now my full time job and I work my daily routine around my bookings. I started my own business just over 12 months ago now and I love spending every day with some amazing pets. I endeavour to follow the pets routine as it would be when their owners are home so as to not unsettle them. I always treat each pet as if they are my own and love and spoil them all the same.

About: Recently had two very active dogs who sadly passed away. Lovely countryside walks to take dogs on down quiet lanes. Always had pets since a very young age, so love looking after animals. I currently work from home so I can take frequent breaks to take care of your pets needs whenever necessary and will always have an caring eye on them. typically walk dogs once in the morning, once in the afternoon and once before bed. I have a large garden in the countryside for pets to roam around in. The garden is lined with walls and fences so dogs can't escape. Located in the countryside on a quiet lane with lots of nice walks on the doorstep.

About: I have taken care of a whole manner of animals and had a passion for animal care since I was 10 years old, which is when I started dog walking. Since starting my vet school training, I have looked after both cats and dogs, as well as working in both a cattery and kennels. I have lots of experience with both puppies and senior dogs as I have owned dogs myself throughout the years. I am happy to cater to any needs owners or dogs may have. Any animals that are in my care will be treated like my own and can sleep on my bed whenever they like. I am the kind of person to take your furry friend around with me all day. I love to take dogs out in my car to explore somewhere new. I love to have a companion to come running with me as well as take them with me to a coffee shop afterward! I have lots of previous experience with bully breeds as I have owned them myself, so I understand their quirks and how they wouldn’t be suited to kennels boarding! Any questions or specific dates needed, feel free to get in touch. I am currently at vet school, so during the day, I am at university. However, I live 5 minutes away from where I am studying, so I can travel back to take animals out for a walk or for the toilet when needed. I have an active lifestyle and go out running nearly every day, so dogs that love a walk will be happy with me. Any animals that are in my care will be treated like my own and can sleep on my bed whenever they like. I unfortunately dont have a garden however there is a large park across the road from where i live so I can take out for the toilet and a sniff round when needed.

Our dog Fergie is nervous of new people, and Ashleigh was very patient and attentive to Fergie's needs, prioritising extra meet and greets before the sit to get to know him. During the sit it looked like Fergie had found a new best mate in Ashleigh. The photos she sent showed Fergie adored Ashleigh. Ashleigh was very communicative and always kept us up to date and really took special care of Fergie who is not an easy dog. Ashleigh also looked after our chickens during her stay.
