“We were hesitant for a long while to get a dog sitter, as our dog has a nervous disposition after multiple hip surgeries from a young age, and the health issues that comes with that. Feel incredibly lucky to have came across Becky. She's great with our dog, who is incredibly excited whenever she comes over. And is a great weight off our minds to be leaving him with someone we trust so implicity. Could not recommend Becky more!”

“Sam has done an excellent job of looking after Rumble at my home for 3 days. He has left everything clean and tidy, as well as successfully walking and entertaining my crazy dog!!”

“Bridie came to look after my pooches at short notice. A lovely young lady with lots of animals experience and qualified in their first aid. I didn't have one concern leaving her to care for my pooches in my home. She sent me updates throughout the day and all my dogs relaxed in her company. Felt lucky to have found her and will definitely use again.”
“Abbie took great care of our kitty and house while we were away. She was easy to communicate with and also sent updates. Knowing that our fur baby was in good hands made it easier to be away. Thank you so much Abbie!”

“Hayley sat for my old boy Jasper(dog) in our own home for 11 days whist we were on holiday. She kept us up to date with videos and photos so we knew that he was being well looked after. On our return, the house was clean & tidy & Jasper was really content. Hayley is so warm & friendly and I would 100% recommend her to anyone requiring a house sit. I will definitely use Hayley again in the future.”

About: As a sitter, I can be flexible as you need to accommodate your needs. Whether that’s hunkering down whilst you’re away or just popping in as needed, feel free to shoot me a message and I’m sure I can accommodate your requests. I treat every animal as if they’re my friend, leading every interaction with respect. In the past I have experience in fostered animals for various reason, helped, bottle fed puppies, kittens and even goats. There’s not an animal I would try to help if it was in need. I also have a degree in environmental conservation, experience doing environmental surveys and have experience and training in handling a variety of animals. I have completed two courses of pet first aid, one during college and one more recent with an accredited teacher. I don’t often have to use these skill but am confident in my abilities when caring for animals, even in emergency situations. I would love to meet your pets! Being self employed allows me to be as flexible as possible, allowing me the ability to take on whatever opportunities are sent my way. I love meeting new animals and would happily move around my Wednesday afternoon to do so. I have many different leads and can help with working out which is best for your pups. I’ve walked breeds such as American bulldogs, shih zus, German shepards, staffys etc. and am confident around all breeds 🐕 I use only biodegradable poo bags to ensure sustainability and be as friendly as possible to nature 🌍 I take the responsibility of caring for animals very seriously and will always do my upmost to keep your pet safe & happy 😊
“Tarrah was great. Would highly recommend. She immediately created a rapport with the dogs and wanted to get to know their personalities. She took them on long walks and kept us well informed with lots of photos. Also took good care of our rabbits.”

“Maddie was absolutely brilliant with our boy! He is an excitable, large breed so he needed someone confident which Maddie absolutely was. She was punctual and kept me updated throughout her stay with him. He had a great time and was very happy with her”

About: I'm a fifth-year veterinary student and have been caring for family pets for around 5 years now. Through both pet sitting and looking after my own animals, I've gained experience with pets of different ages, sizes, and personalities. I'm comfortable caring for puppies, senior pets, and pets with specific routines. I treat every animal as if they were my own and always aim to make them feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you're away. I'm currently a student, so my availability varies throughout the week. I generally have weekends free and can often accommodate evening visits. I'm happy to discuss your needs and will do my best to adjust my schedule where possible to fit around your pet's routine I always aim to keep pets comfortable by following their usual routine as closely as possible. In an owner's home, I make sure pets have plenty of attention, exercise, enrichment, and a safe environment while respecting any specific instructions provided. I understand that every pet is different and adapt my approach to suit their individual personality and needs. Regular updates and photos can also be provided for peace of mind.
About: I’ve had animals my life as long as I can remember. Growing up with cats and dogs as youngster, guinea pics with my own kids and cats again as an adult. I am a very active person and love playing with animals in my care and long walks with dogs is a favourite pastime. We recently lost our treasure of a cat after 15 years and I’m looking to fill the void with a few new furry friends. I am now retired and spend my time supporting the older and younger members of my family. I have some school run responsibilities, and my dad likes his coffee and football chat visits, but I am frequently available with a bit of notice. I am reliable, caring, organised and responsible. I will look after your pet with love and enthusiasm and fulfill any needs or requirements that you specify.
“Kathryn was fab….handling our pack is no mean feat but they were good as gold with her which says a lot ☺️ Kathryn looked after them for our wedding day and we had not used her before so she went out of her way to come round and meet us prior to the day so we could feel relaxed and confident. Would highly recommend. Many thanks again Kathryn.”

“Andrew was amazing again, looking after our little ones and home with such care and respect. We worked together to book time away that worked for us both and with daily updates and pictures from home we felt very relaxed and happy that everything and everyone back home was safe and sound.”

“Bethan’s communication was great and she was willing to come and meet Dru before having him. She sent us lovely updates while she was house sitting and Dru was clearly very content with her. The day she met Dru we went on a joint walk and she bumped into another dog she has looked after before, who was so excited and happy to see her. We would definitely rebook and would recommend Bethan to other dog owners”

About: I work away at sea for two-month periods as a private chef onboard large Superyacht, so I can’t have a dog of my own right now — but I’m a huge dog lover. When I’m home, I regularly help out on a friend’s small holding, often taking care of their two Huntaway dogs Harbour & Henley. I’m very comfortable with active, working breeds. I grew up walking my aunts Welsh Springer and Jack Russel whom I was very fond of. I would check in on them at take them on regular walks when she was on holiday, or join her on long walks at the weekend and whenever I could, also helping her train them as puppies and going to gun dog shows with her. On my father’s side, I always looked forward to trips to my uncles house where he always had 3 lively cockers that we’d play catch with in the fields at the back of his house. I’ve even had to cook for a yacht owners dog and we (the crew) took turns taking her for a walk. You’ll see on my photos a picture of me walking Blossom ashore in the Caribbean with her Tiffany collar! I’m also a big lover of the outdoors — long walks, camping trips, exploring, and mountain-biking in my Land Rover are my favourite ways to spend time, and I love nothing more than having a dog along for the adventure. Because I work away, I’m fully available for dog care when I’m home and therefore will have zero work commitments during the dates I mark myself as available. When I’m off, my schedule is very flexible — I’m outdoors most days anyway, so fitting in walks, drop-ins, or longer adventures is easy for me. I make sure any bookings I accept get my full attention and plenty of time. Your dog’s safety and comfort always come first. I’m calm, patient, and confident with all types of dogs. I take time to get to know each dog’s routine, needs, and personality so they feel secure with me. Whether we’re out exploring or relaxing at home, I keep a close eye on their wellbeing and always put trust, consistency, and care at the centre of everything I do. As I am currently in the middle of a house purchase at this time I can not host in my home, but I will be able to do so in the future in the Shrewsbury area.

Pet owners share their Rover experiences - Prees Higher Heath
Becky was absolutely incredible looking after Ruby. I always get nervous travelling away without Ruby, but I felt so assured and at peace with knowing Becky was looking after her. Becky provided absolutely incredible communication, including so many wonderful pictures that kept me going during lots of work calls! Ruby was a bit naughty at one particular moment (I'm sorry again!!), but Becky handled it so lovely and I'm so so grateful for her kindness and patience with Ruby. Will most definitely be rebooking with Becky in the future, and would recommend her to everyone! Thank you so so much again 💛
