About: I have lifelong experience with dogs, particularly large and powerful breeds. Having owned and cared for Rottweilers, Cane Corsos, Labrador Retrievers, and Dogues de Bordeaux, I understand the unique needs, behaviours, and personalities of big dogs and feel completely confident handling them. Whether your dog is energetic and needs plenty of exercise or prefers a slower, more relaxed pace, I tailor my care to suit their individual needs. I provide reliable, patient, and loving care, treating every dog as if they were my own. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, but my experience with large breeds means owners of bigger dogs can have complete peace of mind knowing their pet is in capable hands. Which as a large dog owner I know can be incredibly difficult to find. I also have experience caring for puppies, helping reinforce basic training and good habits through consistency and positive interactions, as well as providing gentle, attentive care for senior dogs who may need extra patience and understanding. My priority is always your dog’s safety, happiness, and wellbeing. Whether it’s regular walks, drop-in visits, or overnight care, you can trust that your pet will receive plenty of attention, affection, and the highest standard of care while you’re away. I am currently working part time, which mostly consists of a 6am-2pm shift on a Wednesday, a 2pm-10pm shift on a Thursday and a flexible weekend shift. I am happy and hppe to see to your dogs on not only the days I’m not in work, but also in the hours I’m not working on the days that I am in work. When caring for your pet in your home I will aim to keep the dogs routine as close to their usual. If you have preferred times of toilet breaks/ walks or any preferred walking destinations or rules I will adhere to your wishes and what is best for the dog.

Over the weekend that they looked after Max they took really good care of him and the house. They sent videos and pictures of Max which was very reassuring to see and also good to see that Max was doing great without us. I endeavour to take only 1 animal or family in my home at one time to ensure dedicated care and attention. We have lots of fun and cuddles around keeping up your training within the home or out on walks or swims!! Most dogs catered for - just ask. I love meeting new characters, caring for regulars and enjoying the walks or swims they go for when we are out and about. Snuggles and cuddles are on tap in my household but we will uphold your guidelines on commands, treats and suggestions. We will need to meet you and your pet before the booking and I will ask you to complete a form telling us all about him, her or them. Please note- for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year and Easter bank holidays there is a £20 supplement but other bank holiday days I only ask for a supplement of £10 in addition to the usual daily fee please. I am home most of the day so fuss, company and toilet breaks in addition to feeds and or medication are regular x we have space and toys too 😊 I will understand you and your pets needs, commands and routine then continue those whilst caring for your pet. “Poppy came to look after our dog Gabriel for the day so we could visit Chester Zoo. She came to meet Gabriel a couple of days before the actual date she was going to dog sit. Gabriel and Archie our elderly cat gave their approval and both made themselves at home with Poppy. Archie climbed up on her knee and Gabriel cuddled next to her. She was very friendly and we felt confident that she would look after our boys well. On the actual day she arrived very promptly giving us plenty of time to discuss any final instructions. When we returned 7 hours later Gabriel seemed very happy and content. We would happily book Poppy again if we needed a dog sitter again when we were in the Chester area.”

“Me and my mum were very nervous leaving our two cats (one of which had just had surgery and would require a lot of care) while we went away for three weeks, but with Michelle there was no need to be! Michelle is extremely professional, kind and easy to communicate with. It was obvious that our cats received the highest standard of care while we were gone. Michelle followed our instructions for the cats perfectly, always kept us updated with messages and photos, and did a fabulous job taking care of our garden too. About: I have looked after all sorts of breeds, ages and sizes. Cared for lap dogs to working dogs. I have a young lab myself, my favourite thing is taking him up mountains and exploring. I love spending time with all of the dogs that I care for! I work from 6am to 3pm on weekdays and occasionally on the weekend. I am available for drop ins in the afternoon during the week, and walks in the afternoons/ evenings. The dogs and cats I care for are treated as though they are my own. I offer at least one 1 hour walk during a sit if wanted, plus I will spend time playing and mentally stimulating your pet! I am always up for cuddles from all animals, and I can send you pictures and updates of what we are doing! I will always leave you home exactly as it was when I arrived, and your pets will be well looked after.

About: We don’t have any special skills other than our deep love for animals- both have grown up around dogs but unfortunately with working full time we can’t have our own at the moment! We often have dogs staying over the weekend of friends and family and we have always had a great time ! We both work full time Monday to Friday - happy to do evening walks or dog sitting for those who are less mobile or have busy lives. Otherwise boarding from Friday evening’s to Sunday evening. We have an active weekend enjoying lots of walks in the local area. I have a fully fenced in private garden (6ft fence). We live in a residential road. Our downstairs is all hard floors (easy to clean if any accidents) and our upstairs is carpet that is only ever cleaned with pet safe products. We have in dog towels, blankets and bowls for water and food.
