“Cannot recommend Anna enough. This was the first time I've ever had to leave my dogs with someone who wasn't family so naturally I was a bit anxious. From the initial meet and greet it was clear how caring Anna was going to be, she came armed with suitable questions to ensure she was going to give my dogs the VIP treatment. The updates whilst I was away were perfect and lots of gorgeous pictures of my babies! Will defo be thinking of Anna first if I need to leave them again.”

“Karen looked after my, sometimes anxious, rescue dog for three nights. I was able to relax knowing that he was safe and happy. Karen sent regular updates which were appreciated and Popsie clearly loved her. I always wouldn’t know that she’d been in the house - it was immaculate. Thanks Karen.”

“Rob was a fantastic house and pet sitter, best I've had in a long while! He was patient and compassionate with my elderly dog, engaging and fun with the younger pair and always had time to give the cats a fuss. He looked after the house as well as the pets and left it clean and tidy. Would definitely use Rob again!!”

“Kelsie was absolutley fantastic and looked after Chanel so well! I had updates throughout the night and was able to relax at our wedding party knowing Chanel was being well looked after by the lovely Kelsie! Thank you so much for looking after our little girl for the evening, we appreciate you so much! 💖”

“We couldn't have asked for a better house-sitter than Jordan. When he came to meet us and our dog, he was so polite and friendly, and clearly wanted to know all about her needs and routines. He provided lots of photos and updates throughout the time we were away. We got home to a very happy dog and a very clean and tidy house. He was extremely respectful of our home and attentive to our pet. We'd definitely ask Jordan to come and stay again! Highly recommend.”

About: Hi I love animals and for the last twenty years I have had the pleasure of sharing my life with cats, dogs, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, bearded dragons, and fish. I have two rescue Greyhounds and have been volunteering for the Greyhound Trust and Home Run Hounds for 6 years. Prior to that I have volunteered for the RSPCA. I am currently completing an online course in dog behaviour and welfare. I have been a nurse for 30 years now working 9-5 Monday to Friday but with flexibility and my dream is to eventually work full time with animals. I'm currently working full time Monday - Friday (9-5) but there is plenty of time to help with animal care early morning, after 5pm and weekends. I volunteer at dog kennels 8-10.30am on Saturdays. I would not see fitting in animal care as a chore but instead a priveladge. Who doesn't love animal cuddles, obviously on their terms 🙂 My hope is to reduce my 9-5 nursing role and build up my animal care role. I have two rescue Greyhounds, one who is anxious and we are working on her reactivity which is through fear so at this time I am not offering home boarding however I am happy to come to you. Just let me know your routine and requirements and I will respect and work with you.

“Laura sat for us at quite short notice and she was fabulous! Our German Shepherd is a large bundle of energy and Laura made sure all of her needs were met- even with the hot temperatures!! We loved getting regular updates and seeing the Frankie was having a wonderful time whilst we were away and it was so comforting to know she was being so well cared for in her own environment. Laura came and met us and Frankie before the sit to make sure everyone was happy, and was completely professional from the minute we met her. Thank you so much Laura, we're so lucky to have found you 😊”

“India was fantastic! She communicated with us brilliantly, from making arrangements to for a meet and greet to sending us multiple daily photos and updates of what Peanut was up to while we were away. We felt our dog and our home was in really safe hands the whole time we were away, Peanut loved her and we won’t hesitate to book her again.”

“Outstanding!! That is the only word to describe the excellent service Natalie provides. I left my 5 year old Weimaraner Jerry for the 1st time for a family holiday with Natalie house sitting. I was nervous about leaving her but I needn’t have worried. Throughout our trip Natalie kept me up to date with messages, photos and videos of Jerry. Jerry had plenty of walks in her favourite places, play and cuddles. In fact I’m not sure she entirely missed us due to the high level of care and attention Natalie gave her. Even when snow and ice conditions meant it was impossible for Jerry to be walked, Natalie made sure Jerry had plenty to keep her happy and provided brain stimulation games and toys to keep her occupied and completely content. I really do feel like Natalie goes above and beyond to care. We returned home to a very calm and content dog thanks to Natalie. I even think Natalie may have provided an additional bit of lead training as Jerrys lead pulling has improved too. I will definitely be using Natalie’s service again and would highly recommend anyone to do the same.”

“Kylie was amazing with our cats, she looked after both of them really well, tending to their different personalities. very friendly, positive and easy to communicate with, with consistent updates on our cats. Would highly recommend!”

About: Hi, I’m Michael! I’ve grown up around dogs and cats my whole life, so I know exactly how much they mean to a family. To me, they aren’t just pets, they’re our best friends. I started Tail Waggin' Adventures because I wanted to give local dogs a chance to get out, explore, and have a bit of fun while their owners are busy. What our walks are like: I don’t believe a walk should just be a quick trip around the block. I like to make sure your dog actually has a great time. - If your dog loves a fast-paced hike, we’ll do that. If they’re older and just want to spend 30 minutes sniffing every single tree, that’s fine too! I follow their lead. - I’m always on the lookout for busy roads or other dogs to make sure everything stays stress-free. I’ll always stick to your specific rules and whatever temperament your dog has. - I want to be someone your dog is actually excited to see. I use lots of praise and treats (if allowed!) to make sure we become the best of friends. Check ins: If your pet prefers staying at home, I can pop in to help. I'll refresh their food and water, clean litter trays, and make sure they get some garden time and plenty of attention. I always keep a close eye on their behavior and appetite, and I’ll send you a quick update and some photos after every visit so you can relax. I’m fully insured and DBS checked, so you know your home and your pets are in safe hands. I always suggest a free meet and greet first to make sure I’m the right fit for your pet. Just send me a message and we’ll get it booked in! I work part time in my day job, which is quite flexible. This means I can usually shift things around to suit your schedule. While I'm wide open on weekends, I can often make mid-week or evening sessions work too. Every week can be a little different, so it’s always worth sending me a message, I’m happy to chat and see how I can fit into your pet's routine! I understand how important your home is, and I promise to treat it with the same care and respect I give to your pet. You'll always find your space left exactly as it was, providing you with complete peace of mind.

“Lovely sitter and made sure Aero was well looked after, was very attentive and paid attention to all the details we provided regarding his care and also provided regular updates during the day. He's only 12 weeks old so had specific needs that were attended to as we had asked!”

I pride myself on being reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking, always going the extra mile to provide the highest standard of care for every pet. I understand how important it is for owners to feel confident that their pets are safe, happy, and well looked after while they're away. I have a secure garden and pet care facilities.
“Vikram gave us total peace of mind while we were away for a night for the first time since Ronnie had a spinal injury. We had been anxious about going away without him now that he’s a high needs dog, but Vikram was the perfect sitter, which made allowed us to totally relax. Great communication, thoughtful updates and we returned to a very happy dog. We’ll definitely ask him to look after Ronnie again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring person for their pup.”

About: Hi! I’m a Veterinary Nurse and before this I worked in a cattery. I have over 10 years of experience caring for all kinds of cats and dogs, from cuddly lap-puddings 😻 to the spicy little gremlins we secretly adore 🌶️ and crazy high energy pups 🐶🐾 I recently lost my wonderful 18-year-old girl, Dinky, who inspired my passion for senior and medical cat care. I also have James, my cheeky 8-year-old boy who I hand-reared from a snotty, flea infested, scruffy 4-week-old stray. I have 2 Rescue dogs, Margot & Salta. They have given me hands-on experience with different behaviours and personalities. 🐾 Margot can be reactive around new people and other pets, while Salta is nervous in unfamiliar environments and around loud noises. Supporting them has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, gentle handling, and allowing animals to build confidence at their own pace. Because of this, I’m especially understanding of pets who may be anxious, sensitive, reactive, or need a little extra time and reassurance. I always aim to make animals feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in a calm, positive environment. 💛 Animals are my whole world, and when I look after yours, I care for them with the same love and patience I give my own. I'm currently working full time so mornings and evenings are the only time during week days, but I can do mid day visits on a weekend too! I understand how important it is for pets to feel safe and relaxed in their own home environment. 🏡🐾 I always follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, medication and bedtime habits, to help minimise stress while you’re away. I’m experienced with nervous, reactive and rescue pets, and I’m happy to work at their pace to build trust and confidence. I’ll treat both your pets and your home with the same care and respect I would my own, and I’ll keep you updated with regular photos and messages for peace of mind. 💛

Tara has been amazing with Rolo! As a large dog who needs a muzzle and can be a handful she has really been a blessing when looking after him when we were away! She has got to know him really well and I’m sure he misses her since we have been home! Can’t thank you enough!

Alex was brilliant from the minute we booked with her right through to us getting back home from a family holiday to our beloved pooches! We had completely reassurance throughout with pictures and regular updates, one of our dogs is elderly so was rather worried about him before leaving as he has a couple of ailments, however he was in perfect hands with Alex and we wouldnt hesitate to have her stay with our dogs again. In fact they insist!! Thank you Alex for everything! ❤️
