About: I’ve grown up around animals and have been caring for pets since I was 12, including high-energy dogs, so I’m very comfortable meeting a range of needs and personalities. Over the past year, I’ve been dog sitting for friends and family, building hands-on experience with feeding, walking, playtime, and making sure each dog feels safe and happy. Spending time with dogs genuinely brings me so much joy, and I love getting to know their individual quirks and routines. While I’m not quite ready to commit to having my own dog just yet, I have a secure garden and access to great local walking routes, making my home a perfect place for dogs to relax, play, and explore. I’d genuinely love the opportunity to care for your dog as if they were my own! I currently work from home where I have flexibility in my hours and my breaks. This gives me lots of opportunity to look after your pets. I would follow the owner's instructions strictly for their pet care. I will ensure that the surroundings are safe for your pet, know where food, water, toys are and understand the pets normal routine.

About: I’ve taken care of friends and family pets since I was young, looking after a range of animals from horses to hamsters! I have grown up with cats and dogs in the house and for the last 4 years have been the owner of 5 guinea pigs, one who was an RSPCA rescue. Along with our cockapoo Bart who we have had since an 8 week old puppy, who I trained and is now a very well behaved boy! I currently work within the NHS in an admin role 3 days a week. This is local to home and my days and hours are flexible so I can be on hand for pet sitting services/drop in care when required. I will follow your needs and requirements to ensure you and your pet are comfortable and at ease and kept to their usual routine. “William looked after our two cats (and home) while we were away for a long weekend. He gladly met us in person beforehand and came over to collect the keys the day before we were due to leave so we had one less thing to worry about on the day. Our one cat, Taco, has anxiety and despite being on medication for it, was very vocal the first night - William communicated with me to ensure he was doing everything he could to help calm him down, never once showing frustration. He quickly found ways to work with Taco and the rest of the stay went much smoother (for both of them!). Pickle is a sweet little idiot and required nothing but love and food, which she was given in abundance :) We came home to happy, healthy cats and a clean home - the bedsheets had even been put in the wash, which was greatly appreciated. All in all, I would happy to recommend William for any pet sitting and would gladly book him again for our own.”

About: We are experienced dog sitters with plenty of love to give! Rai is home full-time and Carly is available every evening and weekend so we can offer your dog our full attention and spoil them silly! We have a mixed Bichon at home with us (DouDou) who is very calm and docile. We have experience dog sitting for and owning various breeds our entire lives. Rai is home based, studying online and working occasional evenings. Carly is in the office Tues-Thursday and available every evening, so one or both of us will always be around to keep your pet company as needed! We love hiking and running as much as a chill day at home on the couch so can offer your dog the best of both worlds! We have a fenced garden with grass for toilets breaks and lots of games, as well as a park just 5 minutes away for a chance to enjoy the outside. We’re a pets-on-furniture household but can accommodate if you’re training them not to.

About: I have had dogs all my life and I am a huge animal lover. I have a beautiful Cavapoo called Eddie, who I walk everyday, and we love to play with his ball- when he’s not snoozing! I walk and dogsit a cheeky chocolate Labrador called Pablo for my friend, who I have done for 3 years. I have looked after my Uncle’s dogs in the past, checking in on all 3 during the day to feed and play with them. I love every dog, big or small, and I am happy to walk any type too. I work part-time in a cafe, and so I have lots of time in my week to walk and care for your dogs when needed. I have a fenced off garden and I have also worked with reactive dogs in the past, so I feel secure in walking dogs who may be a little timid on walks.

“We were initially quite reluctant to have someone we didn’t know stay in our house and pet sit while we were away for a week — all the usual worries came to mind. However, after contacting Adam, he replied quickly and was always very polite and professional. We met Adam and his partner the weekend before we left, and meeting them face-to-face really helped put us at ease. During our trip, Adam did a great job looking after both of our pets — our cat and our dog, Henry. He made sure they were well-fed, and Henry always got his walks. Adam kept us updated every day with pictures and videos, and it was lovely to see how happy and comfortable our pets were in his company. When we returned, both pets were healthy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. The house was tidy and well looked after too — exactly what you hope for when coming home from a holiday. We would definitely recommend Adam and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.”

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life, starting with Maggie, our springer spaniel. I now have two Dobermans, Kona and Pablo. We’ve had Kona since she was a puppy, and Pablo is a rescue with reactivity challenges, so I’m very experienced with dogs who need extra patience, structure, and understanding. I’ve also regularly cared for a family French bulldog, Gigi, and I’m comfortable with a wide range of breeds, personalities, and special requirements. Most dogs tend to warm up to me quickly, and I genuinely love spending time with them. I’m calm, attentive, and used to adapting my care to meet each dog’s unique needs—whether that means extra reassurance, clear boundaries, or lots of play and affection. I work full time but remotely three days a week. Generally super flexible with my time on those days and regularly available at weekends too as my partner works full time over the weekend. I can meet whatever needs you have to keep your dog safe. Whether that’s crating them post visit, using specific walking equipment or whatever it might be! I would be caring for your pet solo.

About: For several years, I have regularly looked after and walked many of my friends’ dogs while their families are away on holiday, as well as helping with occasional daily walks. I have cared for a wide range of different breeds, and I find their company incredibly therapeutic and relaxing! Spending time with the dogs brings me a huge sense of joy and fulfilment, and it is something I really look forward to doing. I currently work full time in Sale and/or Altrincham with my days off generally being Thursdays and Sundays. I am happy to take care of your dog during these days and evenings on working days I live in a flat with one housemate who is also very comfortable around the company of dogs. “Our first experience with Rover and Jess was fantastic. She came to meet us and Mabel a few months before the booking to check she would be a good fit. Whilst on holiday we had daily updates and pictures of Mabel to keep us updated and reassured. Jess asked about house rules and Mabel’s routine to ensure our training etc was maintained. About: I have personal experience looking after cats and dogs, ranging from young cats aged 6 months+ and older strays. I have helped with stressful situations such as distracting my friends pets when they seem distressed, taking their dogs on daily walks and handling their food and water. Additionally, I have experience minding animals who have separation anxiety and guard dogs, therefore I have common understanding on how to approach protective animals. I have currently finished my second year at college, therefore I am free for work and can work multiple shifts a week, whenever I am required. I am highly passionate towards animals and therefore will be consistent with the care I provide, meaning that I can care for pets who may need extra attention.
