Abby looked after my dogs for the day. She was excellent in handling them and one of them is scared of people so is a little bit more difficult. She had tremendous patience and I was very happy to leave them in her care.

Beth is absolutely amazing. She is very knowledgeable about all pets, enthusiastic animal lover, very caring & loving and extremely dependable. She has previously cared for my two dogs, Ronnie and Reggie, whilst we have been away and walked them on occasion and the standard of care and love received was second to none. Reggie can be quite nervous around new people but was more than comfortable with Beth. She provides really good updates whilst your pet is in her care and has excellent communication. Would highly recommend her services.

Mike was absolutely fab with Stanlay We had Mike helping us with our dog many times now and knowing that Stanlay is happy and properly looked after is priceless. First time leaving Stanlay with a sitter overnight and we're so pleased we chose Mike. I was getting frequent photo updates of Stanley and he was really happy and enjoying her time with Mike. Highly recommend!

Beth was just lovely with our wee springer Tallulah and I left for holiday feeling very secure in the knowledge that our pup would have as much fun as we would. She stayed at the house with Tallulah to so she didn't have to change her routine and it all worked brilliantly. Beth LOVES animals and it shows in the way Tallulah reacted to her from the word go - with wags and snuggles. Highly recommended.

Malwina looked after our 4 month old puppy for the day. We were nervous as this was the first time we’d left her with anyone but Malwina made sure to send us regular updates and the way she bonded with our dog immediately put us at ease. Her experience with dogs and love for animals in general is so comforting and we would definitely choose her to dog sit for us again.

About: *CAT SITTING ONLY* 🐱💓💓 I work at a veterinary clinic in Altrincham (Barrington Lodge Vets) as an animal care assistant, this is teaching me real animal care. I am planning to go on to train as a vet nurse! I understand allergies in animals, medication they need and most importantly the positive enforcement they need for a happy life. Working here has allowed me to understand different behaviours in cats, which I find very interesting! I have a true love for animals and would do anything in order to help them! I volunteer in my spare time at Carrington Saving lives, we mainly look after cats here, where I have learnt different cat behaviours and how to respond to different cats and their needs. I also have fostered kittens in the past and nursed them back to good health! I have grown up around animals and currently have a 6 month old rescue kitten 💓💓Hopefully from this you can tell I am very animal orientated! I work weekdays normally 4/5. I have mornings and evenings available, I am mostly free weekends but can be flexible to when needed, happy to do 1 or 2 visits a day :) I am very conscious when it comes to animal care. I understand this will be my main responsibility when looking after your little friend. I keep my own dog safe in my fenced garden and while at roe Clare we ensure the dogs are safe when on walks by using a slip lead, ensuring if they get spooked they won’t be able to slip out of a collar/ harness. Also will the cats, I am certain to close any doors behind me, this being at the vets and cattery. It would break me know a cat went missing because I wasn’t alert.

About: Hi, we are Mia and Megan! After growing up with pets in our home, moving into our own property has given us the opportunity to extend our love for animals. We have cared for an elderly staffy who loved snuggles on the sofa to a lively cockapoo who always wanted to play and particularly enjoyed running around the park opposite our home. We are currently working part time so have plenty of time to play and run around with your pups. We are also available on weekends. We have a two bedroom home in the heart of Altrincham with a spacious fenced garden and park with a larger field directly opposite. Pets would be consistently well cared for in a loving and safe environment.

I have known Hannah personally for a long time and know her to be responsible and trustworthy, as well as being very gentle and caring towards cats, dogs and other pets. Hannah is wonderful with my chihuahua, Sweet Pea, who is very selective about who she does and doesn't like, but she absolutely adores Hannah! Sweet Pea is very small and therefore requires extra special consideration, but I wouldn't hesitate in leaving her in Hannah's care, in fact she's my first choice for pet sitting. You couldn't leave your pet in better hands.

About: I've loved caring for my own pets all my life, from tropical fish to budgies, and from lizards to chickens! We now have a gorgeous 14 year old female cat who we adopted as a kitten, and recently welcomed a puppy into our family, a very loving 7 month old female Labrador. I have been working hard on training our puppy at home, on walks and by taking her to puppy training classes, and am so pleased with her huge progress! We also often enjoy caring for cats and dogs of friends and family. I live with my lovely husband and children, aged 3 and 8, who all adore animals too and understand the importance of good care and respect towards pets and their owners. I was a nurse for 14 years and recently decided to return to working in retail so I could be closer to my family and pets! I love taking my dog out for walks, eating, dancing and pet cuddles 😊 I'm currently working part-time, working every other Friday and have most weekends off, so I'm often available for boarding, house-sitting, day care, drop-in visits and dog walks at weekends, and most weekdays. Boarding and day care in my home: Unfortunately because my puppy is not yet spayed, we can only care for female dogs or neutered male dogs, who would get on well with our dog and are ok around young children and cats. I'm afraid we are unable to care for cats in our home as our cat is usually very afraid of other cats. For dogs, we have a fully fenced medium-sized back garden and lots of space for a crate if needed. We live at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac so don't have much road traffic here. We don't mind dogs being on our beds or sofas, but will continue with all preferences you and your pet already follow. We are very careful to keep dangerous foods away from pets, which we have also taught our children to do. They do not feed our pets any food unless we ask them to and understand why they need to be gentle with pets. Day care, drop-in visits and house-sitting at your home: I am also able to travel to your home for day care, house-sitting, drop-in visits or dog-walks, have a full UK driver's licence and drive my own car. I would continue to care for your pets in the same safe way I do at home, and respect your preferences for how to care for your pet(s) and home. I do not need to bring my dog with me to care for pets in your home, but can bring her along if you would prefer that and there are no intact male dogs in the home (excluding overnight stays).

Owner of 2 dogs at home - Hands-on experience in caring for and managing the needs of pets. - Continued involvement in ensuring the well-being and happiness of your own dogs. Experience as a volunteer in animal shelters - Ability to provide care and support in various situations and for different types of animals. - Managing stress situations and adaptability in varied environments. My ability to communicate effectively with animals and understand their subtle signals helps me create strong and trusting bonds. In addition, I have acquired excellent skills in managing stressful situations and anticipating the needs of animals to ensure a pleasant and safe experience for both them and their owners. I am excited to bring this passion and experience to your team to provide the best dog grooming and walking services. To ensure safety, trust and a comfortable environment for pets, I consider the following measures in both my own home and the pet owner's home: Environmental Assessment Before the service begins, I conduct an environmental assessment to identify potential hazards or objects that could endanger the animal. This may include checking the fence for walks or identifying safe places to rest and play. Constant supervision: During the service, I pay special attention to the animal and constantly supervise it to prevent any incidents or unwanted behaviors. I understand the importance of close supervision, especially with dogs with different personalities or animals with special needs. Adaptability I adapt my approach to each animal's individual needs and preferences. I understand that each animal has its own habits and needs, and accommodating them is essential to providing quality care. Emergency Preparedness I am prepared to act quickly in the event of an emergency, such as an injury or illness on the job. I have knowledge of animal first aid and have an action plan in place to effectively intervene in such situations. These practices reflect my commitment to the safety and welfare of animals and demonstrate my attention to detail and my skills in handling the various situations that may arise during their care.
