I have over 7 years experience caring for dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes. I have cared for high-energy puppies and kittens as well as slower, more gentle adult pets. I am well-versed in basic puppy training and positive reinforcement. I am confident and experienced in administering oral medications, following strict medical schedules, and monitoring for health changes. I own a Shiba Inu dog (a high prey drive breed) and understand the importance of a secure harness! I also understand the importance of providing daily enrichment, and we have lots of toys and puzzles to keep your pet’s brain active!

Sarah house sat our rescue dog for a long weekend and she nothing but attentive, communicative and looked after our house so well. Our dog can be a bit wary and anxious around new people but when we’d received images of her cuddling up to Sarah within a matter of hours, we knew we’d hit gold! I’d have no hesitation in booking her again.
Sarah was very kind and welcoming with Spark. She planned and carried on some nice walks in the nearby parks and provided a nice and cosy area, cuddles and pretty pictures.
Sarah was absolutely brilliant with my dog, Pepper. It always feels like a risk trying a new sitter, but Sarah asked lots of questions to make sure they understood Pepper's needs. They also asked if Pepper could meet her Dog (Taro) before we went ahead, which I think is essential. Sarah gave regular updates and photos, which helped me feel at ease and put a smile on my face. Pepper got plenty of walks and attention, and they loved hanging out with Taro. My pooch came home content, calm, and clearly well looked after. If anything, I think they were a little gutted to be back with us! I'm so glad I came across Sarah's profile, and I'll definitely be booking Pepper in for another visit.

Schedule
I’m home full time, so caring for pets is naturally built into my day. My own dog and cat already keep me in a steady rhythm of walks, playtime, feeding, and cuddles, so adding visiting pets fits seamlessly into my routine. We go on daily walks to a nearby park and have safe spaces for lounging and play throughout the day. I love having animal company around me, and I make sure each pet gets plenty of attention, exercise, and comfort as part of our daily flow.

I live in a two-storey house with a small garden that is a short walk away from a park. We have a large living and dining room space as well as a spare room, so we have plenty of extra room. At my home, pets have access to a cozy, pet-friendly space shared with my calm Shiba Inu and friendly kitten. I make sure everyone feels safe and settled, with gradual introductions and separate areas available if needed. We keep to each pet’s usual schedule for feeding, walks, medication, and bedtime routines to reduce stress and help them feel at home. When I’m caring for pets in their own home, I aim to follow their established routine as closely as possible. I will provide regular updates with photos, ensure fresh water, meals, and outdoor time, and keep their environment tidy and comfortable. Whether I’m hosting or house sitting, my goal is always to make pets feel safe, loved, and well cared for.
