“Laura and Jonny took such wonderful care of my elderly dog, Poppy, for 13 nights. Poppy is 14½ and has quite a few medical needs, requiring medication several times a day and a strict diet due to allergies, none of this fazed them in the slightest. They really took the time to get to know Poppy and understand her routine, and they were happy to stick to it even though it was different from what they do with their own dog. I received plenty of photo updates, which was lovely. I felt completely at ease knowing she was in such kind, capable hands. I have absolutely no qualms about recommending them to take care of anyone else’s dogs.”

About: I’ve looked after and worked with cats for over 2 years now as well as growing up With my own! About: I’ve always had dogs in my life - from my first family dog growing up to my soul dog, Lucy, who me and my boyfriend, Joe, have now! We’ve always been happy to take care of other dogs no matter their age or size. This means we’ve had experience with 2 puppies, right up until caring for a senior dog who had multiple illnesses and required medications and extra loving. I’m work from home Monday-Fri, and Joe works fairly flexibly so there is usually at least one of us at home. We have our own dog so she is always built into our plans and we often like to take day trips out in our campervan to give Lucy a fab day out. We have a safe, enclosed garden with plenty of room to run about and our living room door backs onto this so we can always keep an eye on pups playing outside. Lucy isn’t crate trained but we’d be happy to accommodate a crate if provided.

About: I have experience with big dogs, having had a Rottweiler, and Huskies, as well as energetic dogs like border collies. I frequently look after a nervous Romanian rescue called Mabel I work from home, so have a lot of time during the day for dog walks, and am always ready to give pats. A typical day looks like this: Breakfast Clean up Chill time Lunch (if your dog has lunch), then clean up Walkies - I tend to have a regular schedule for walking routes, with different places on different days Home for clean up Dinner TV, play time and relaxation in the evening My dogs sleep in my bedroom with me - I have a double bed and they sometimes sleep on the bed but other times, choose the floor or the landing. There are crates available downstairs with beds in and covers over, so if anyone wants some quiet time, they will take themselves in their preferred safe place There is an automatic dog flap on the back door and everyone has their own sensor on their collar so they are free to leave and enter the house for toileting day or night I am regularly moving between the garden, house and grooming salon so any mess that needs sweeping up is cleared frequently Downstairs at home is all hard floors and is mopped as often as is needed throughout the day If there are any accident on the carpets upstairs, I have a pet carpet shampoo machine so it's quick and easy to do and is done as soon as anything happens

About: I moved out of my family home 3 years ago and miss my childhood dog so much but not in a position to have our own yet. This is why I’d love to take care of dogs again and be around them. About: I have had 2 years plus experience working with and caring for all animals! Both cats and dogs as well as reptiles and rodents :) I currently work as a freelance photographer so I have a fair bit of time during the week available to play with and look after your pets! I have several of my own and have a very flexible schedule! I volunteer at a rescue 3:30-6pm on a Wednesday so that time on a Wednesday is unavailable. Most days of the week I can be flexible. I will happily look after your pet with any instructions you may want to give me. My pup has her own routine most of the time and I know a lot of people are the same and I will be more than happy to stick to that should owners want that. I have a pup who I’m more than happy to introduce with permission if that’s something you’d want. Should your pup be looked after at my house, I have a secure garden with space to run around, with a back and patio door so easy access to come back in for food/water. I have plenty of toys/balls as well and knowledge of a lot of local parks for more interesting/stimulating walks.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs with multiple different needs one for example being blind and another being deaf. I can look after any kind of dog and will love them like they are my own I am currently in full time education so am able to do any weekend starting from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening. Aswell as weekday evenings! I have a large garden which is fenced and safe and a friendly dog who loves to play to keep them company. If at your home I am able to walk them whenever needed and what ever you think is best

I am generally at home and would enjoy the company of a dog in the house again with me as we lost our dog of 15 years and miss him terribly. I am happy to drive a short distance to collect or do home visits and walks. There are no young children in the house, we are all confident, experienced animal lovers especially dogs. Our dog always slept in his own bed, either downstairs or in one of our bedrooms at night and was generally not allowed on the sofa or beds unless invited. Any dog would be treated like part of the family and we would accommodate any particular needs as best we can. I would always respect the rules that you have for your pet as I appreciate how frustrating it can be when these are not adhered to. I have experience of caring for both young and old. There are currently no other pets in the house and I would only ever have a maximum of 2-3 dogs at a time depending on their individual requirements and temperament and assuming they are tolerant of others and happy to have playmates. About: I currently own a 5 year old dog and 8 year old cat so have had many years of looking after them!! I also regularly pet sit for my friends and I love getting to take care of them. “This was the first time we have ever used Heather, and all I can say is she is fantastic! We went on a visit with our puggle Tilly and not only was Tilly made to feel welcome, we were too! The day came when we dropped Tilly off for her overnight stay, and like all dog parents leaving their dog for the first time we were apprehensive, but we needn’t of worried because Heather kept us updated and Tilly absolutely loved it, it was like home from home, she was allowed on the couch and even though we left her crate for her, Heather let her sleep on her bed with her. About: I have dogs of my own (Cockapoos) and am home with them the majority of the time. I have a grooming salon which I run from home and I also breed cockapoos from time to time. I'm a whelper, canine fertility specialist and I love all things dogs. I hold a license with Trafford Council for breeding and dog boarding, so you know I run a high quality business and will always put the dogs' welfare first I am already caring for my own dogs and I find when boarding additional dogs, they quickly settle into the routine we have here. A typical day looks like this: Breakfast Clean up Chill time Lunch (if your dog has lunch), then clean up Walkies - I tend to have a regular schedule for walking routes, with different places on different days Home for clean up Dinner TV, play time and relaxation in the evening My dogs sleep in my bedroom with me - I have a double bed and they sometimes sleep on the bed but other times, choose the floor or the landing. There are crates available downstairs with beds in and covers over, so if anyone wants some quiet time, they will take themselves in their preferred safe place There is an automatic dog flap on the back door and everyone has their own sensor on their collar so they are free to leave and enter the house for toileting day or night I am regularly moving between the garden, house and grooming salon so any mess that needs sweeping up is cleared frequently Downstairs at home is all hard floors and is mopped as often as is needed throughout the day If there are any accident on the carpets upstairs, I have a pet carpet shampoo machine so it's quick and easy to do and is done as soon as anything happens
