“Katie has looked after my cat Jj three times now, and each experience has been excellent. She is always punctual and takes great care of everything—feeding, cleaning the litter box, and spending time playing with and grooming Jj. She is responsible, attentive, and clearly cares about the pets she looks after. I feel completely at ease knowing Jj is in such good hands. Thank you, Katie! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter.”

“Melissa dropped by a few days before looking after Rory, our cat, and was really lovely and friendly. She visited and fed Rory everyday at the time we requested, and even did an extra visit in the hot weather to check he was ok. Would definitely recommend.”

About: I’ve had pets of my own for over 40 years and truly treat every dog like family. I love spending time outdoors and enjoy long walks, playtime, and making sure dogs feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I recently lost my two senior dogs and would absolutely love the company of another furry companion! I am a teacher so due to my schedule, I am free evenings, weekends and school holidays to look after and entertain your beloved pets! Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I provide a calm, clean, and pet-friendly home where dogs are treated with the best possible care. I’m attentive to routines, instructions, and any special needs to ensure peace of mind while you’re away. I have a medium sized fenced garden and a huge meadow right by my house, perfect for big walks and lots of exercise!

“Leylee was amazing as always! Cats all fed and played out, poop scooped, and seemless key exchange as always. Lots of pics sent over too. Wouldn’t go to anyone else ! Thanks again Leylee Xx”

About: I have a 2 year old cockapoo who myself and my husband have raised from 8 weeks old. He is very well trained and gets along with anyone, aswell as other dogs. Both myself and my husband have grown up with dogs and have always been around them. Your pet will receive plenty of love and attention from us. I work from home 3 days a week so I can work pet sitting into my routine very easily. There are a lot of local parks within walking distance so I can give your dog a walk in the day as well as after work alongside my own dog. I live in a spacious 2 bed flat with an enclosed private garden so your dog will have plenty of opportunities to go to the toilet. I have my own car so I'm happy to do pick ups and drop offs if required. I live with my husband Tom who will also be helping with the care of your pet and assist with walks. I have a crate if your dog needs it. I live in a flat so I won't be able to take in large dogs unfortunately. Small and medium dogs are perfect and will be in great company with my friendly cockapoo. I have an enclosed private garden so your dog will be safe with me. If you would like to come and visit before making a booking, that can be arranged for you to know your dog will be left in the best place.
About: I’ve had dogs all my life. Sadly having recently lost our family dog of 15 years I’m looking to fill the big gap left in my heart. Not wanting to totally commit to another dog at the moment, I would love the opportunity to care for others as my own in our dog loving family home. With more than 40 years experience of all kinds of dogs, and other animals I’m well equipped with all the tools and most importantly patience and love to care for your furry friend. Our dog was a rescue who came with issues which we managed to work through enabling him to live a happy 15 years with us. I will treat yours as my own, being mindful to respect any rules and values you may have, offering plenty of walks, love and affection. I’m currently working part time from home which means I am extremely flexible and have plenty of availability. I am generally at home and would enjoy the company of a dog in the house again with me as we lost our dog of 15 years and miss him terribly. I am happy to drive a short distance to collect or do home visits and walks. There are no young children in the house, we are all confident, experienced animal lovers especially dogs. Our dog always slept in his own bed, either downstairs or in one of our bedrooms at night and was generally not allowed on the sofa or beds unless invited. Any dog would be treated like part of the family and we would accommodate any particular needs as best we can. I would always respect the rules that you have for your pet as I appreciate how frustrating it can be when these are not adhered to. I have experience of caring for both young and old. There are currently no other pets in the house and I would only ever have a maximum of 2-3 dogs at a time depending on their individual requirements and temperament and assuming they are tolerant of others and happy to have playmates. We have a large garden which is fully fenced and secure.
“So lucky to have found Dilly at short notice and what a relief to be on holiday knowing our cats were in very safe hands! Super communication, really friendly, cats very happy, will definitely book again.”
“Saras was absolutely fantastic with our little Lola, she’s made a friend for life there! We received great updates and had full confidence in Sara. We’d absolutely book her to look after Lola again”

“Jess was lovely and knowledgeable, Moose can be quite intimidating, as he is a very large dog and he is weary of strangers. Jess understood all this and handled him beautifully, had him taking treats out of her hand very quickly. We highly recommend Jess and we will definitely use her services again 🐾”

About: I have been fortunate to own and care for many dogs throughout my whole life. From puppies to seniors, I have experience with many different breeds and temperaments. I look after family and friends dogs and have the time, patience and space to provide a home from home when their owners are away. I’m semi retired and only work a few hours a week from home; so I have plenty of time to play, walk and be there for your dog. I’m available 7 days a week. I live in a detached house with a large secured front and back garden. There’s plenty of space for your dog to roam around freely, sniff and explore. Our furry guests are always supervised when out playing in the garden. We live near some lovely open spaces and scenic walks.
About: Dogs have been a big part of my life since I was young. I grew up in a dog-loving family, took on walking duties as a teen, and later became the sole caregiver for my family's senior dog, so I'm comfortable providing the extra support they need. I’ve also cared for friends’ and family’s dogs of all sizes and personalities, from steady seniors to playful pups and anxious dogs who need a bit more understanding. --- I'm now pursuing my long-term dream of starting my own dog care business - Soft Dogs Club. The name reflects what I believe all dogs deserve: a life filled with comfort, kindness, fun, and thoughtful attention. I tailor my care to each dog’s needs and personality, whether they live for adventure or prefer the slow life. My aim is always the same: to make every pup feel safe, understood, and truly cared for. Let your dog join the Soft Dogs Club! --- Please note: All prices shown apply to Rover bookings only. Pet sitting prices are for dogs that can be left for at least 4 hours only. Other dogs can still be accommodated for a slightly higher cost - just ask! Dog care is at the centre of my routine now as I run Soft Dogs Club full-time. My days are planned around walks, visits and the individual needs of the dogs I’m caring for, which gives me the flexibility to offer consistent timings and reliable routines. I keep my schedule structured and calm so every dog gets focused attention and an enjoyable, enriching experience. When I’m caring for a dog in their own home, I focus on keeping things familiar and comfortable. I take the time to learn their routine and follow your instructions closely, whether that’s diet, medication, enrichment or how much space your dog prefers. --- Walks are tailored the same way. I mainly offer small group walks, matching dogs by personality and energy level so everyone feels comfortable and enjoys their time together. Solo walks are also available and tailored to your dog’s pace and preferences. I’m naturally cautious and safety-focused, always aware of our surroundings. For group walks, I ask that dogs are up-to-date on routine vaccinations so all pups can stay safe and well. --- Whatever the service, you’ll always receive clear communication and updates, so you know exactly how your pup is getting on throughout the day. I’m also fully insured, DBS-checked, and Canine First Aid Trained so you can feel confident that your pup is in responsible, caring hands. --- My aim is simple: for your dog to feel happy and secure, and for you to feel completely at ease.

About: I’ve always had dogs in my life - from my first family dog growing up to my soul dog, Lucy, who me and my boyfriend, Joe, have now! We’ve always been happy to take care of other dogs no matter their age or size. This means we’ve had experience with 2 puppies, right up until caring for a senior dog who had multiple illnesses and required medications and extra loving. I’m work from home Monday-Fri, and Joe works fairly flexibly so there is usually at least one of us at home. We have our own dog so she is always built into our plans and we often like to take day trips out in our campervan to give Lucy a fab day out. We have a safe, enclosed garden with plenty of room to run about and our living room door backs onto this so we can always keep an eye on pups playing outside. Lucy isn’t crate trained but we’d be happy to accommodate a crate if provided.
About: For several years, I have regularly looked after and walked many of my friends’ dogs while their families are away on holiday, as well as helping with occasional daily walks. Though I don’t have a garden I am located close to worthington park and sale water park

Sally looked after our cat Gertie whilst we were away on a short break. She did an excellent job and sent an update following each visit, which was much appreciated. This was the first time we had used a cat sitter rather than a cattery and we could not have been more pleased with the service and care Sally provided.

Luan is truly wonderful and highly recommended. She genuinely loves cats and took great care of my two senior cats with patience and attention. She didn’t just handle the basics, but also spent time interacting and bonding with them. My cats felt comfortable and relaxed with her. Very reliable and caring—would definitely recommend!
Maisie was great to communicate with—quick to reply and flexible. She came for a meet and greet with Bertie beforehand, and he took to her straight away. He woukd have been excited to see her again for his drop-in and walk. I’d definitely book Maisie again for Bertie.

Booked Harry for daily visits to care for my cat, Robin, over the past two weeks. Robin was healthy and doing well when I returned, which is the most important thing. Communication was generally smooth, and the visits covered the essentials. I was surprised that Harry updated photos almost every visit. When I got home, Robin was especially affectionate and eager for attention. He may simply have missed me, but overall, he seems to be doing fine. Overall, a positive experience for this booking.

Absolutely outstanding, Sophia was fantastic with our cat and was a great help in the house too. Floria warmed to her immediately and Sophia made our trip away so much easier knowing Floria was in good hands. We are a repeat client with Sophia and highly recommend her. Thank you so much for everything, Christina, Floria and family x x x ❤️
Harriet's visit to my puppy Reggie was really appreciated. I had to go into work for a long meeting, and it gave me peace of mind that Reggie had some company. Harriet provided great communication and some photos & videos of her play date with Reggie. Would definitely recommend 👌 🐶🐾

Kim is honestly the kindest and most caring pet sitter ever. I’m very picky with who I leave Namak with but I didn’t have any worries when leaving her with Kim. She looked after Namak like she was her own and sent lots of updates. I can’t recommend her enough and Namak had so much fun over her stays either Kim.

Jess was lovely and knowledgeable, Moose can be quite intimidating, as he is a very large dog and he is weary of strangers. Jess understood all this and handled him beautifully, had him taking treats out of her hand very quickly. We highly recommend Jess and we will definitely use her services again 🐾
