“Bob is an anxious terrier, he really needs to bond with someone to trust them. He is very discerning and also a bit needy. He has developed an amazing bond with Jess in a very short space of time. Jess has been amazing: helpful with dates for my work schedule and incredibly calm and patient with Bob. It’s clear he is very fond of her already ❤️ Jess has a lovely calming manner and asks all the right questions to make sure Bob is feeling secure and loved in her care. Highly Recommend. Jess has been absolutely brilliant.”

7. Georgia M.
About: Hello, my name is Georgia and I absolutely love dogs. I have been looking after dogs since I was very young in my family, taking them on fun and exciting walks and giving them all the love in the world they deserve!! My boyfriend and I have a gorgeous little rescue dog who is our world. We are keen to give her the best life she deserves, whilst ensuring she is effectively trained and well-behaved at all times. Having a rescue dog has enabled me to gain an in-depth awareness of adapting my approach to meet my dogs needs and ensure she remains happy and comfortable with other humans and dogs and how important this is for dogs when out on walks. I love to walk and visit new places, and absolutely love dogs! I have completed a qualification in first aid and CPR for dogs, therefore your dog will always be in safe hands. I am more than happy to share some of the love and take some furry friends on adventures or just provide some extra loving to your dog where needed!- this can be with or without my little dog if required or just to drop in to give a little cuddle and all the TLC needed to keep them company. Currently, I work 4 days a week in the NHS, but am available most weekends and Wednesdays at any time of the day. I am able to meet early morning requests as well as later on if required. I do also have availability most evenings Monday-Friday should anyone require. I am very flexible and open to fitting into people’s preferences.

8. Saras R.

Saras went above and beyond to ensure my cats were taken care of. I look forward to booking her again in the near future.”

She is very knowledgable with animal care which is a huge bonus! Katie is an excellent communicator and a lovely person to everyone around her, animals and humans alike 😊”

12. Gabriel S.
“Gabe is one of the biggest dog lovers I've ever met, he cannot pass a dog in the street without smiling and hoping he gets to say hello. He has spent time looking after my dog Nova, and he always has energy to play with her and give her attention. You leave your dog with Gabe, you will be leaving them in safe paws.”

13. Lauren G.
“Lauren was amazing with my little pup Buster. She was attentive to his needs and wants while I was away and made sure he felt very comfortable as being away from me he can be anxious but he had a great time with Lauren and enjoyed himself allot which was very reassuring! Would recommend.”

14. Alice H.
“Alice & Adam looked after my Cockerpoo Stanley at short notice . I was a little apprehensive as we all are with our little fur baby’s as Stanley can be a bit of a handful but I needn’t have worried . He had the best time Alice kept me up to date with regular photos to show he was settled & having fun. I was a little upset as when I went to collect him as he didn’t want to come home but that’s a good thing & so won’t hesitate if they would be willing to have him again .. thanks soo much Alice & Adam x”

15. Bethany T.
“Beth looked after my dog for several days while I was away on holiday, and I was very impressed with her professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail. Beth went above and beyond in taking care of my dog. She always made sure that my dog was well-fed, well-exercised, and well-hydrated. She followed my instructions carefully and kept me updated on my dog's well-being by sending me daily updates and pictures. She also took the initiative to research local dog-friendly places to take my dog for walks and adventures. Beth has a natural ability to connect with animals and understands the importance of establishing trust and respect with them. She was patient, gentle, and affectionate with my dog, which made me feel confident that my dog was in good hands. In addition to her skills in dog care, Beth is also a reliable, responsible, and trustworthy person. She always showed up on time, was respectful of my home, and communicated clearly and professionally. Overall, I highly recommend Beth for any position related to dog care.”

17. Rachel W.
About: I have taken care of dogs since I was a child, I would always help my mum out with feeding and general care and I loved going for dog walks. I am a qualified veterinary nurse so you will know your babies are in good hands. I work shifts so have extra time in the mornings or evenings for dog walks as well as planned days off during the week if I have worked weekend shifts. I am a very vigilant person and providing top tier care is my main priority. I am happy to walk dogs, medicate them or just provide cuddles if required!

18. Emma F.
“Emma is super experienced with dogs and cats, having had her own flurry friend, Bruce for many years, who she had from a pup and her current cat, Willow. She's got a full understanding of everything that goes into raising an animal and I know she would provide excellent attention and care for yours. She's kind, empathetic and would be a great companion to your pet - I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her!”

19. Abbie L.
About: I’ve always grown up with a dog from since I was a baby until I turned 18 and moved away from home to start university. My favourite part of the day was going home to walk and cuddle my dog. I’m a teacher so I’m currently on my summer holidays which means I have a lot of free time whilst my partner is working. I love going for walks so if I can help someone else out that’s why I’ve signed up to this app. I unfortunately cannot look after a pet in my house as I am not allowed pets in the current apartment I live in. Another reason why I’ve signed up to be a dog walker

20. Andrew S.
“I highly recommend Andrew as a dog sitter on Rover.com. He is a caring, loving pet owner himself who has the highest standards and empathy for caring for all pets. I have had many opportunities to personally observe his interaction with dogs and cannot think of anyone who is more qualified.”
