At no point in time, your pet child will be left alone, be rest assured of this. We live in a semi-detached 3-room house. One room is dedicated only to our furry friends. Plenty of sunlight and fresh air ventilate through the large window of our pet care room. We have a backyard where they can move around freely with a protected boundary wall. There are plenty of parks and dog-friendly walk areas around the place where I live. Worthington Park, Crossford Bridge canal side, and Sale United Football Club fields are all in very close proximity to my place. “Matt has looked after my dog on a number of occasions. Olive doesn’t like going to other peoples houses as is most comfortable when she is at home in familiar surroundings. Matt has come to look after her when we have been on holiday and taken great care of her, often for a couple of weeks. We received many pictures whilst we were away of her enjoying her walks and time with Matt, and when we got back home, she wasn’t even too fussed to see us! He went above and beyond taking her on lovely walks to the beach, scenic hikes, going on runs etc. he made sure to check with us before taking her anywhere we hadn’t discussed before (such as the beach), but she absolutely loved it according to the pictures! You can 100% count on Matt to take care of your extended family member :)”

About: From a very young age I have had pet cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, goldfish and a tortoise. As an adult I have had cats and a toy poodle. For the past 15 years I have been a volunteer for the RSPCA as a cat and kitten fosterer and have fostered and rehomed almost 300! I have also been the Home Visit Co-Ordinator for the RSPCA Altrincham Cheshire Branch for 13 years, training volunteers and carrying out home visits. I have worked as a cat sitter for 6 years, looking after pet cats in their homes whilst families are on holiday. I love all animals and whilst looking after them I treat them as if they are my own, keeping them happy and relaxed until their family returns. I'm available 7 days a week and will always try my best to fit in booking requests but do need to consider the animal first so I will say if I think I won't have the appropriate time due to other bookings or commitments. When looking after a pet in their own home, I try to make everything as happy and relaxed as they are used to. I will chat with the family to make sure that I can keep the animals routine as close to normal as possible. When looking after a dog at my home, I have a friendly toy poodle who loves everyone so they will have a companion but will never be left unsupervised. The front of my house is fully enclosed with fencing and gates so the dog won't be able to get out onto the road. I have a large side garden which is paved and fully fenced and a smaller, more quiet back garden which again, is paved and fully fenced and enclosed. We have a large tiled kitchen and a comfortable living room where we do allow pets onto the furniture! For new clients, I would always recommend a meet and great at my house so that they and their dog can meet us and our dog to make sure they will get along and be comfortable here. We do have a cat but it is very unlikely anyone will see her as she usually takes herself off upstairs!

About: I have been responsible for looking after our family dogs since I was a young teenager- including puppy training and caring for our senior dog. Now I own my own home with my partner Louis and we don’t have a dog of our own so we enjoy looking after other peoples pets! I work from home full time so I am able to walk your dog, play with them and let into the garden as often as required and on a schedule that works for them. I have a enclosed walled garden / courtyard where your dog can safely play and enjoy the outdoor space without any risk of getting out.
