Carol was an absolute hero for us, accepting our request on short notice and going above and beyond during her check ins. She followed the instructions perfectly and her communication and daily reports were very appreciated. She also showed a lot of patience with our very shy cat, Crumb and eventually won her over. We would be delighted for Carol to look after our cats the next time we are away!
