About: One of my dogs had serious health issues from the moment I found him on the streets. I have been caring for him from the moment I found him till his last day (10 years in total). Special food, different medications, you name it I am currently unemployed, therefore I have the ability to cater for different times throughout the day. In general, I manage to work either remotely or hybrid due to the nature of my profession (Software Engineer) I have experience of 13 years in total with my dogs (German Shepherds), so I have a significant experience in caring for them. Both of them we have been having them since they were small (one was a puppy, the other one was less than a year old when I found him). I live within walking distance to Orford Park (5 minutes walk), which has a dedicated dog park.

“We highly recommend Laura she was brilliant. Great communication every day and she sent us pictures of our cat which was lovely. Laura came over initially to introduce herself and get to know our cat and additional needs he may have she is very lovely and professional. We have already booked Laura in again:)”

“Absolutely brilliant. Great communication, time keeping, understanding and got on well with Bertie. It’s not easy trusting a stranger in your house with your dog, but Gillian put us at ease and has been fantastic.”

About: I've grown up with a family labrador from a young age. Myself and my partner, Sophia, have recently lived with 3 labradors when living with family and regularly look after one, or more, of the 5 dogs within the family. Myself and Sophia work full time in hybrid roles. We work from home on average 2 days a week. When looking after the family dogs, we will usually walk mornings, lunch and evening. Our weekends can be planned around any dogs that need looking after! Please feel free to message if you require a service on a date that is not flagged as available. We are quite flexible and may be able to move stuff around. Our house is animal and baby free, unless looking after one of the friendly family dogs. Garden is fully fenced and a locked gate down the side of the house. We are confident to walk dogs on or off the lead, depending on the dogs temperament & owners preference of course. We live right by a popular walking path, that has various routes to choose from. The path leads to a couple of large playing fields in either direction, the closest being less than a 5 minute walk. These fields are perfect for a game of fetch or just a general run around.

About: We have both owned dogs throughout our lives, from pup to senior. We treat our dogs like one of the family and we do what we can to have them involved in our day to day routines as much as possible. We've owned a number of different breeds over the years spingers, collies and more recently miniature schnauzers. We both work hybrid so between us there is someone at home each day, which means there is flexibility to go for walks or play with the dog in between calls. We had a small fenced in yard and a park within a couple minutes walk of the house to get out quickly and stretch those legs. Rosie our 5 year old miniature schnauzer is extremely friendly and would be more than happy keeping your pooch company.

About: What sets me apart is my firsthand experience as a cat parent to two very different personalities—one extremely shy and one highly energetic. I understand the patience and gentle approach needed to gain a shy cat’s trust, as well as the energy and engagement required to keep an active cat entertained. Whether your cat needs quiet companionship or interactive play, I can adapt to their needs and ensure they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I’m available after 4pm every weekday and free on the weekends. Happy to discuss about the time to take care of your cats. Xx 💋 Whether in my home or a pet owner’s home, I tailor my care to each cat’s unique personality and needs. For shy cats, I provide a calm, patient presence, giving them space while gradually building trust. For energetic cats, I engage them with interactive play and mental stimulation to keep them happy and active. I ensure they have fresh food, water, and a clean litter box at all times. Most importantly, I prioritize their comfort, safety, and routine, so they feel secure even when their owners are away.

“Excellent cat carer for our mischievous young cat, and our rather irritable elderly cat. Plenty of pictures and updates gave us lots of reassurance that all was well.😀”

About: What sets me apart from other dog sitters is the depth of my experience and the genuine love I have for dogs of all breeds and personalities. I cared for my own two dogs for over 17 years, developing a strong understanding of canine behavior, health needs and daily care routines. Growing up, my family also had dogs, so I’ve been surrounded by them since childhood. In addition to providing daily walks, playtime and affection, I’m experienced in administering medications and paying close attention to any changes in behavior or health. I know how important consistency, patience and trust are when it comes to caring for dogs—especially when they’re away from their owners. Whether your dog is energetic, shy, senior or has special needs, I treat every pup like my own, ensuring they feel safe, happy and loved. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I work as a part-time tutor and travel around Warrington Monday to Friday, which gives me a flexible schedule to accommodate pet visits and check-ins throughout the day. My work allows me to plan ahead and be reliably available for morning, midday or evening pet care as needed. Whether it’s feeding, walking, playtime or simply providing companionship, I’m able to integrate pet care into my routine in a way that ensures consistent, attentive service. When caring for pets in either my home or a pet owner's home, safety, trust and a calm environment are my top priorities. I always take the time to understand each pet’s routine, personality and specific needs so I can create a comfortable, stress-free experience. In a pet owner's home, I follow their usual schedule closely—whether that includes feeding, walks, medication or playtime—to maintain a sense of familiarity and stability. I’m respectful of their space, keep things tidy and make sure pets are never left unattended for long periods. If caring for pets in my own home, I ensure a clean, pet-friendly environment with plenty of attention, affection and safe spaces for rest and play. Clear communication with owners is key—I keep them updated so they can feel confident their pet is in good hands.

Ben & Charl H.
“Charl and Ben are the perfect hosts to look after your puppy/dog. Their house is super clean and dog friendly. They both are fantastic with dogs. My puppy (working chocolate cocker spaniel) has stayed with them twice now and she can be quite a handful, but she's super loving and she instantly loved them both. She was taken on multiple walks in parks etc and was super well looked after. Couldn't recommend them enough :).”

Candice O.
“5 Stars – Highly Recommend! I can’t say enough great things about Candice. She took great care of my animals with such love, attention, and professionalism. From the moment we met, I could tell she was experienced, trustworthy, and truly passionate about animals. While I was away, she/they provided me with regular updates, including photos and little notes about how things were going, which gave me peace of mind. My pets clearly felt comfortable and happy — it was obvious from their relaxed behavior when I returned home. The house was left spotless, and all of my pet’s needs were handled perfectly. I would absolutely hire candice again and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Olive, Nano and Ferguson.”
