This was our first time using anything like Rover and we were not disappointed. Our dog Rupert doesn’t settle in other houses, so we booked Stephanie to do 2hr drop ins so he wasn’t on his own during the day. Stephanie was quick to respond, explained how to use the app, and arranged a pre-meet visit at the house. Stephanie was amazing every day, sent lots of very good photos 🤩 which we will get framed! And gave regular updates. We will be booking Stephanie again in the future 😊 thank you so much xx

Thank you Stephanie and family for taking very good care of George whilst I was away for work.
It was a very simply process dropping off our dog. He seemed very happy and bouncy (his usual self) when I collected him. He was in a cooler/front room in the house when collecting due to the extreme temperature of the day (which shows they were thinking about his wellbeing).
Fabulous care provided again for my two poodles with lots of photos to show how they are getting on. Thank you 🥰
