About: Hi, I’m Lorna! I’ve been an animal lover my whole life and have grown up surrounded by pets, from guinea pigs and rabbits to cats and dogs. Caring for animals has always been a big part of my life, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality. Our current family dog, Dante, is a rescue, and we absolutely adore him. Through caring for him and other pets, I’ve gained lots of experience with things like toilet training, handling puppies, and supporting anxious or shy dogs. For the past 10 years, I’ve also helped take care of dogs for friends, family, and neighbours — including overnight stays. I live with my partner Oliver and 2 children aged 16 and 10 who are amazing with dogs. I know how important it is to feel your pet is in safe, loving hands, and I always do my best to make sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and happy while you’re away. Both my partner and I work from home full-time, so your pet will never be left alone. We live right next to Delamere Forest, which means long daily walks and lots of time outdoors. I work next to the back garden (or outside when it’s sunny!), so dogs have constant space to relax or play. On weekends, we love going on longer walks and exploring new places, and we’re always happy to bring a furry friend along. Your dog will be treated like part of the family while they’re with us! When caring for pets in my home, I treat them like part of the family. I make sure they feel comfortable and safe from the moment they arrive. I follow any routines or instructions the owner provides, including feeding schedules, exercise needs, and any special care. At home, they have access to our secure fenced garden and can stay close to me while I work from home. Yes your dogs are allowed on our furniture, they'll get lots of attention, and playtime throughout the day. If I’m caring for a pet in their own home, I aim to keep everything as familiar and stress-free as possible. I follow the pet’s usual routine closely, keep their space tidy, and send regular updates to the owner so they feel reassured. Whether I’m caring for pets at my place or theirs, I always focus on making them feel safe, happy, and well-loved.

I have a huge love for all animals but unfortunately at the moment cannot own a pet of my own so I would love to spend time and make memories with other animals! Currently, I have a lot of free time, so I am flexible and can work around your schedules in order to give your pet the best experience possible! About: I am a young adult who adores pets, walking and travelling. Pet sitting gives me everything I need in a career! I am a responsible young adult who enjoys the outdoors and really enjoy walking, hiking and spending time under the open sky. Having lived with dogs and cats I know how hard it can be to find a reliable pet sitter when you need to leave home for holiday or for business. As a family we have been lucky to find some great pet sitters in the past, and I am hoping I can help others to take a break from their homes knowing that their furry loved ones are safe. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and needs, from energetic spaniels to lazy greyhounds, young boisterous puppies to senior dogs with mobility issues. As well as dogs I have looked after cats, chickens, ducks and all manner of rodents, birds and fish. I started pet sitting for our own family animals as a young teen, and gained experience looking after others for the past few years. I have references from clients that I have sat for since I was 15 years old, from daily walking to holiday house sitting. It's really important to me that my clients can relax on holiday knowing that their pets and their home are in safe hands. My own animals include five dogs (yes, five!) - these are three whippets, a spanish galgo and a very old italian greyhound who has some special medical needs. I am not afraid of clearing up a toileting mess, and am happy to take on board any special needs your pets have. We also have rats, guinea pigs, chickens and fish. I am looking to make pet care and pet sitting my main career. As such, if you want me to house sit I am able to offer your pets the majority of my time and would not be leaving them for long periods. I live in the beautiful Cheshire countryside and enjoy walking, so if your pet likes long walks I am more than able to provide plenty of exercise. I do also enjoy video games and TV, so am quite happy to simply be a home companion if your pet isn't one for a lot of time out. I cannot look after pets in my own home as we have five dogs already. When it comes to taking care of others, I will treat your home respectfully and keep everything untouched as far as possible! I might be a young adult at 19 years old but I know how to do laundry, cleaning and would expect to leave your home exactly as I found it. Your pets have a routine that works for you and them, my aim is to maintain that as much as possible, so it's helpful if you can give me lots of information about what they do, at what time, how and why.

Alongside this, I work as a Veterinary Care Assistant, which has given me hands on experience in animal health, behaviour, and welfare. I’m confident handling everything from energetic puppies to senior pets, as well as small animals and more specialised care requirements. Pet care fits easily into my routine, allowing me to provide reliable and consistent visits throughout the week. I finish work at 4:30pm Monday to Wednesday, so I’m available for evening visits, feeding, and check-ins on those days. On Thursdays, I don’t start work until 11am, which means I’m available for morning visits as well as later in the day. My weekends are completely free, giving me full flexibility for multiple visits, longer stays, or more tailored care depending on your pet’s needs. I currently don’t offer pet care within my own home. In my experience, most pets feel far more comfortable and settled in their own environment, surrounded by familiar smells, routines, and spaces, which helps reduce stress while their owners are away. That said, I understand that every situation is different. I currently have no other pets in my home and live alone, so it’s a calm, quiet environment. I also have an enclosed garden and a park nearby, which is ideal for exercise and outdoor time. If care in my home is something you’re specifically looking for, it can be discussed and requested, and I’m happy to consider this on a case-by-case basis.

About: We don’t have any special skills other than our deep love for animals- both have grown up around dogs but unfortunately with working full time we can’t have our own at the moment! We often have dogs staying over the weekend of friends and family and we have always had a great time ! We both work full time Monday to Friday - happy to do evening walks or dog sitting for those who are less mobile or have busy lives. Otherwise boarding from Friday evening’s to Sunday evening. We have an active weekend enjoying lots of walks in the local area. I have a fully fenced in private garden (6ft fence). We live in a residential road. Our downstairs is all hard floors (easy to clean if any accidents) and our upstairs is carpet that is only ever cleaned with pet safe products. We have in dog towels, blankets and bowls for water and food.

About: I have 3 years experience working for a doggie daycare/boarding kennels, and have 2 years experience working as a kennel auxiliary at a veterinary hospital. I am available all weekdays morning/ after noon, can offer multiple hours for walks/ plays and toilet breaks, and flexible for weekends with notice given. I have multiple experience working with dogs of all shapes, sizes and with different temperaments. I can adapt my care to suit each animal needs.

About: I lost my beloved collie age 12 last year and would love to have some dog company at weekends. My house is safe, secure and in a rural setting with close access to countryside and Delamere Forest. I remember how worrying it was to leave my dog with anyone else so I can completely empathise with all the worries. I know first hand that your dog is the heart and soul of your family and hope to be able to reassure you that they will not get better care anywhere else! I'm happy to stick to any routines you may have with them which are especially important when staying somewhere new for the first time. Depending on distance, I may also be able to visit you to introduce myself to your dog (free of charge) once you've booked, before they come to stay. Only dogs though, no cats I'm afraid. I have very little on at weekends and anything I do can be tailored around a dog walk or doggy day care. Doggy Day Care hours are 10am - 4pm on Saturday and/or Sunday. I have no other dogs or pets, no children and a fenced and secure rear garden. Also am in a rural, quiet village and a dog can't see or really hear passing pedestrians (if that causes anxiety). House is warm and hard floors throughout so no problem if they have an accident or two (though I would ask that they are house trained before you book please).

Im experienced and confident in handling large packs or 1 on 1 behaviour issues. I’m trustworthy and done multiple in house boarding - happy to water plants, take out bins, feed chickens! I work part time spilt shifts - some weeks I’m available morning and afternoon and some weeks available mornings and evenings. Happy to do multiple walks/check ins if close by I offer in house boarding in your home. I always adhere to your routine and consider any behaviours or anxieties when out on a walk - if they don’t like certain dogs, nervous, cannot go off lead etc. If you have a house cat, I’ll always be sure to make sure windows and doors are secure.
