I have many years of experience caring for different animals with different needs and temperaments! Now semiretired, I have a background in healthcare, and am a practical person. I am now able to do my dream job of pet sitting and dog walking, having the necessary experience and practical attributes for the task. About: My family have taken care of friends pets for years when I was younger. I loved animals as a kid and wanted to own a Kennel to help pets and owners out! I also used to have 5 cats at one point :) I am a University student so my schedule can be quite flexible, I’m not in university for most of the week with having 4 out of the 7 days a week off most of the time! I can’t have pets at my home as it’s a university house, however I am more than willing to do whatever the owner requires when I do home visits to make the owner and pet as comfortable as possible.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. From a young age I was trusted — and even paid — to look after other people’s dogs, which taught me responsibility early on. I’ve also volunteered in dog kennels, giving me hands-on experience with dogs of all ages and temperaments. I’m currently studying animal behaviour and hope to work with the RSPCA in the future, supporting vulnerable dogs. I’m doing this not just because I love animals, but to gain even more experience so I can give every dog the understanding and care they deserve. As a university student, my schedule is very flexible, which means I can easily fit in walks and pet care around my studies. I work most weeknights from 5–8pm and occasionally on weekends, but outside of those hours I’m generally available for daytime walks, drop-ins, and cuddles. I’m reliable, organised, and always happy to work around your dog’s routine to make sure they get the care and attention they need. When looking after pets in someone else’s home, I always make sure to follow their routine as closely as possible so they feel safe and comfortable. I take time to understand each pet’s needs, from feeding and walking schedules to any quirks or comforts they rely on. I keep the home tidy, respect your space, and make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, playtime, and reassurance. My goal is to make their time without you feel relaxed and familiar, while keeping you updated so you know they’re happy and well cared for.

About: Recently relocated to Chester! I've been working with animals for 8 years at first opinion practices as well as specialist referral. I have dog sat for friends (and vet surgeon colleagues!) whilst they are on holiday, and nothing is more important than ensuring the trust that you are given when you are asked to look after their pets. I make sure to treat them as my own. Any rules you have in your home regarding your pet I will continue to enforce in your absence. Your pet's safety and care will always be my top priority. I do work full time, but I am free weekends and most bank holidays with appropriate notice. On Fridays I am available from 5pm if weekend care is needed. I will be sure to implement any rules you have in your home while you are away and will always send picture updates so you can be sure your pet is safe and happy.

About: Growing up, I have always been around pets and taken care of them for family members, friends, and neighbours. I have a love for any range of animals, especially from having a dog and cat myself. I am flexible with any Rover needs, just at least a few days notice is required, and your pet will be happy being walked or looked after by me! I am currently a student at the University of Chester, which is very close to my house, and I only tend to have one or two classes a day so I am available the majority of the days to look after pets. I am happy to go on constant walks and to play with the pets. am also happy to go to someone else’s house to look after their dog or cat, as well as check-ins.

About: I have cared for family and friends pets in particular dogs and cats throughout my whole life and secured a job as a dog groomer aged 14. I have cared for puppies and senior dogs and have assisted in training and giving medication. I have been consistent in walking dogs for family and friends too. I am currently a teacher so I am able to drop in mornings and evenings throughout the week and can spend more time with your pets during the evening. On Mondays I have more time around lunch time and can offer 30 minute walks. I can also offer walks during the evening. Weekends I am able to be more flexible and can offer longer walks. I will care for your pet at your home as I live in a flat. If I need to drive I will need somewhere to park. I can take dogs out in my car for walks if needed.

About: I've had a dog for 4 years now. I've also taken care of a lot of street dogs, taken them to vets, cleaned their wounds but I'm not qualified for any medical procedure without instructions. I've walked and sat dogs for friends as well. I know how to physically and mentally stimulate a dog if required. My own doggo is back home and I would love to shower yours with all my love and care. I'm currently a full time international post graduate student and free on most weekends and evenings most weekdays. I go on walks myself a lot and would love to have the company of your doggo while I do so. We could just hangout all day playing and taking naps which fits right in with my routine as well! I naturally make sure there's nothing hazardous around your doggos vicinity at all times. I make sure to not leave around any stuff that could be mine as well. I hope to have a meet with the doggo before the family decides if I'm a good fit just so everyone's comfortable and better adjusted. Also any details that is relevant to your doggo - all their quirks and uniqueness is something I'd like to know about beforehand in order to have a smooth service.

I grew up in Prague surrounded by the gentle giants of the dog world—Caucasian Shepherds—and the elegant companionship of Persian cats. When my family moved to the countryside, I discovered my calling: rescuing cats from the bushes and giving them the love they deserved. About: I’ve been and animal lover my entire life to the point I’ve grown put to study zoology in order to dedicate my life to them. I’ve owned cats and dogs most of my life and have been dog sitting and dog walking for many years before getting a dog of my own. I’ve looked after big, small, aggressive and friendly dogs I’ve pretty much seen it all. I’m not easily freaked out and have cleaned some of the most horrific messes whatever the worst is you’ve seen I’ve seen it too. I am patient and am dedicated to getting to know your pet personally to meet there specific needs I’m a uni student so my schedule does differ week to week but even days I am in lectures they usually only last a few hours normally around midday. At the moment I’m free 4/5 days a week depending on the week but at happy to care for your pet before or after my lectures I believe that trust with animals is built on their own terms so I believe in the animal approaching you when they are ready, by caring for you pet in a familiar environment it gives them a chance to be in control of how we get introduced without the excitement or pressure of a new environment. I understand everyone has different boundaries with there pets in their own home and I am dedicated to maintaining your house rules and routines for your pet while caring for them in the best way possible

About: We have 4 years experience volunteering in a dog rescue centre, 6 years experience raising and training our family dogs, aswell as 2 years experience caring for cats. I am currently working full time Monday to Friday, I am free on Friday evenings and most weekends. My partner Nathan works varied shifts and often has weekdays off.
