She was flexible with timings, allowing us to drop Willow off towards the later end of our agreed window and collect her at the latest possible time, which made planning our day so much easier. Throughout the process, Fiona was friendly, responsive, and easy to coordinate with. Willow spent the day with Fiona, her own dog Luna, and another dog she was caring for called Rosie. While we were naturally a little cautious about introducing Willow to new dogs, Fiona's confidence and experience gave us reassurance, and she was absolutely right. Luna and Rosie turned out to be the perfect companions for our energetic one-year-old Golden Retriever, providing a great balance of play and calmness throughout the day. Fiona kept us updated with regular photos and videos, which allowed us to see just how much fun Willow was having and helped us relax and enjoy our day out. The updates, combined with Fiona's obvious understanding of dog behaviour and group dynamics, gave us complete confidence that Willow was in excellent hands. About: I went to study at Llysfasi college to do Animal Care, worked with a variety of animals including dogs and i passed the courses successfully. I am now 25 and have moved from North Wales to Chester and Own a tuxedo cat that I've raised from 3 months old. I have plenty of time for dog walking. I am available for bookings on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. I have 1 cat at home called sage. He is very playful and energetic. My normal routine with him is to feed him give him water, play with him, and clean his litter regularly. I will always keep a close eye on your animals if I look after them in your home and will give you prompt updates whilst I am looking after them so your mind is at rest knowing they are okay.

About: I have done dog sitting and dog walking for about 4 years now and absolutely love it ! I have a 4 cats and a horse and I absolutely love animals. One of my main passions is walking and running so why not do that with a doggie! I am a property investor and I work from home so I am super flexible with hours and days. Patricia was amazing! Luna was well looked after, and was taken in many adventures every day! She was always looking forward to going to Patricia’s and was loving her stays there. When you meet Harriet and Nathan it’s very obvious they are both animal lovers! Our little Arthur spent the day with Harriet and he had a great time judging by all the lovely pictures we were sent. He’s been a little anxious lately, so we were worried he wouldn’t settle. Within 10 mins he was snuggled up in Harriet’s arms. Thank you so much ☺️

Heather was exceptionally helpful throughout the process of using her service for the first time. She was very quick to respond to my messages to get my dog booked in for her first day in Heather's care, put my mind at ease straight away. She made everything very easy. Heather was brilliant on the day of looking after Ruby for the first time too. We regularly send Pepper to Kirsty and it is one of the few places that we feel happy and confident that she is going to be well cared for whilst there! We just want to say a big thank you to Amber! We felt very at ease leaving our dog Daisy with her. Amber kindly accepted Daisy at short notice and took the time to ensure she would get on with another dog she was already caring for, which we really appreciated. Daisy was taken on some lovely adventures around Chester and even came back washed down after a muddy walk, such a thoughtful touch. She seemed so happy and content (and tired) when we picked her up.
