Myself and Gorby both work full time, field based roles. Which allows us the flexibility to work from home when required and balance our diaries around our doggo, Pepper. Our weekends tend to revolve around making a plan with Pepper. Going to the beach, or planning a nice long walk with friends, followed by lunch or a coffee stop. Pepper is never left alone for any longer than 4 hours.

We have a fully enclosed back garden, with 6 ft fences. Dogs are free to roam the house and we are happy for them to sleep wherever they feel most comfortable (Pepper sleeps in our room, mostly in the bed). When we’re at home, we always have the back door open so the dogs can toilet whenever they need. We live on a private drive, set just aback from the road, which offers peace of mind. As mentioned above, walkies are our favourite, and we live right next to the race course in Chester where Pepper loves to have zoomies! Pepper is fed twice per day, with lots of treats (being a sighthound this helps to keep her weight on) but we are more than happy to feed your dog as per your instructions.

Information Yasmine W. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know of any behaviours your dog has prior to booking. As mentioned above I have years of experience with different breeds and personalities, however we would only accept dogs who would get on and be able to live with our dog, Pepper (she is extremely placid and loving). It would be good to know feeding times, allergies, food needs or medication needs. Good to know if they can have treats and typically how long they are walked for.
A typical day
Pepper has 2 walks a day, which we like to vary to keep her stimulated. This could include a zoomies with some tennis ball play, or a neighbourhood walk on the lead for some sniffing, so we’d do the same with any dogs we look after too!

Hi I’m Yas and I have loved animals from as long as I can remember. I grew up with a house full of animals, at the most; 3 dogs, 2 cats, 2 horses and always had foster kittens. So you can see where my love of animals came from! From puppy training to caring for my old bestie, my 13 yr old retriever who I sadly lost 2 years ago. From retrievers to whippets and Italian greyhounds, I’ve cared for and love every breed of doggo! My husband (Gorby) and I have a whippet x Italian greyhound, Pepper, who is our baby - most would say is treated far too much like a baby! But that’s just how we like it, and any doggo we welcome into our home is treated just the same ☺️

Gracie had a fantastic day with Yas and Gorby (and Pepper). Smooth drop off and pick up. Kept up to date via message and Instagram. Beautiful photos at the end and informative handover. Pickle had an absolutely wonderful time with Yasmine and Pepper! Thanks so much for looking after him so well, taking him out and about, and for sharing updates with us whilst we were away. We'll definitely be booking Pickle in to stay with Yasmine again! 😁
Yasmine looks after and cares for our Labrador Rosso as if he is her own dog. I have absolutely no hesitations about choosing Yasmine every time we need a dog sitter! Couldn’t choose a better person to take care of our boy!
