Chloe has been absolutely fantastic and I'm sure she's replaced me as Miri's favorite human! It made a real difference to our holiday, having complete peace of mind that Miri was content and well looked after. I really looked forward to the daily updates that Chloe sent me about what Miri was getting up to, how she was eating, and the cuddles she was getting, and sent great photos and videos of their play sessions. Would recommend caitlin to look after your fussy pussys. Caitlin looked after my two very different cats, one shamelessly craving affection, the other very shy over 5 days. Emma was great. We had a visit prior to our booking date so she could meet our cat. He was very shy at first but she gently got him to come round. She followed our instructions to the letter and sent us regular updates on his behaviour and eating. We’ll be booking her again

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-in visits, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12.00 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our booking protection will kick in. This means you'll get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
