About: I grew up around my family’s German Shepard and have looked after my family cockapoo since 2018. I was responsible for walking, feeding, playing with and cleaning up after these dogs. I am a recent graduate with a very flexible schedule, which means I have plenty of free time to dedicate to caring for your dog. Whether you need regular walks, last-minute help, or overnight stays, I’m happy to adjust to your routine. I love spending my days outdoors and would be thrilled to have a furry friend to join me! When caring for pets, my top priority is always their safety, comfort, and happiness. I make sure they have a calm, secure environment and follow their usual routines as closely as possible to help them feel at ease. I pay close attention to details like feeding times, walk schedules, and any special needs or instructions from the owner. On walks, I always use secure leashes and stay alert to surroundings to keep them safe. Whether in my home or yours, I create a warm, trustworthy environment where pets get plenty of attention, affection, and care—just like they would with their own family.

About: For the past two years, I’ve been caring for small and medium-sized dogs - a journey that began as a way to heal after the loss of my beloved Harvey. His passing left a void, and I found comfort and joy in surrounding myself with the unconditional love and affection that dogs bring. What started as looking after the pets of friends, family, and neighbors has blossomed into a fulfilling part of my life. Along the way, I’ve built wonderful relationships with both the dogs and their owners, and this experience has deepened my passion for animal care. Spending time with dogs not only brings me immense happiness but also benefits my mental and physical well-being. I truly adore all things cute and fluffy - dogs, cats, and beyond, and believe every animal deserves the best life possible. If I can contribute to making their lives better, it’s a privilege and a joy. As I work full-time, Monday to Friday, I am only able to commit to evenings anytime after 5.30pm, weekends and bank holidays. This is for all services. I currently don’t offer dog-boarding as a service. This is because I have a very boisterous cat who demands attention, love him but he’s a drama queen.

I’ve grown up with animals all my life — from cats and dogs to smaller pets — and I adore caring for them. I had a beloved Doberman, Diesel, for 10 wonderful years, so I know just how special the bond with our pets can be. 💙 I can visit, feed, walk, play with, and give lots of love to your cats or dogs while you’re away. I also have experience giving basic medications and always take time to get to know each pet’s personality — whether they’re shy, excitable, or somewhere in between. You’ll get regular updates (photos & videos) so you can relax knowing your furry friends are safe, happy, and well cared for. I run a home services business along side pet sitting, which mean I am able to plan my own diary to accommodate cat sitting bookings easily. I have been an animal owner all my life so I understand the importance of routine your pet is used to. Making sure doors and windows are closed to indoor pets don’t escape.

About: I have been pet sitting, mostly dogs, over the past 4 years and have happily taken care of dozens of dogs. When combined with my experience as a volunteer at the SPCA in New Zealand (equivalent to RSPCA in the UK.) I am very confident and comfortable looking after any dog and love to spend as much down time as possible with dogs. I volunteered over a 6 month period in Wellington exclusively taking care of puppies. Often we would have over 10 puppies with us at a time and spent most of our time socialising with the puppies, doing some basica training and getting them used to small walks. It was so rewarding to spend so much time with puppies I would always leave feeling so happy. I then spent a further 6 months volunteering in Nelson where this time I worked with predominantly adult dogs. I would spend a lot of time walking the dogs but also socialsing them with other dogs. It was a great experience and gave me time with lots of different breeds and sizes of dogs that I previously hadn't been able to. I take care of both my siblings dogs regularly, a cockapoo and a golden retriever so am already getting some time with dogs but even more would be fantastic. I have recently returned from an extended holiday and have returned to work only on a part time basis and would love to be able to have enough pet sitting to compliment my normal job. I only work 3 days a week which means I have alot of availability and obviously am available any evening or even overnight when needed. I am primarily able to offer sitting and pet care in the owners home but for short periods or with advanced notice i would be able to take care of a dog at my home. We have a lovely house on a quiet road and an enclosed large grass garden which is a great space for a dog.

About: I’ve taken care of pets for not just friends but people I have met on dog walks just passing by. I have grown up with all sorts of animals and have a real soft spot for them. How this fits in my schedule - I currently work at Co-Op and do mostly early or late shifts starting at 6am or ending at 10pm but I will always have time before work or after work to look after your pets! I do not care for dogs in my own home as I do not own my house and live with my boyfriends parents so I only will do it at your home, and I will take into account any rules and restrictions you may have

About: Hello, My name is Julie and I would love to help you to take care of your cat or dog. I have been looking after my own pets for more than 25 years. I love seeing their eyes light up whenever they have someone to stroke them or play with them, or take them for a walk. I am happy to go into your home and feed/play with and change the litter tray of your cat. If he/she need a brush, I'll do that as well. An added bonus of this is the extra security for your home, as I will open blinds/curtains and then close them at night. I will switch lights on and off and my car will be on your driveway or outside your house twice a day, making it look like someone is home.

About: I am studying veterinary medicine and come from a background filled with animals. I love my degree and can't wait to apply it in my future career. Growing up on a farm has taught me from day one how to keep dogs happy and healthy. Since then, my love and knowledge concerning dogs has only flourished. When, at 16, I got my own puppy, I put my heart and soul into training and caring for her, helping her grow into the beautiful dog she is today. From working dogs to beloved pets, I have seen it all. I began dog sitting for family and friends, enabling me to work on my adaptability to how other people like their dogs to be loved. Studying zoology has given me a solid foundation of behavioural knowledge, and I apply that to all the dogs I care for, being firm but always kind. I am a full-time student, but with long holidays I am entirely flexible. I have always had dogs, cats and other animals, I have two grown daughters who are occasionally around. We have always had dogs, including at different times, labradors, cocker spaniels, working collies and sight hounds. I have experience of puppies from birth. I have cared for relatives and friends dogs on multiple occasions and have experience of house sitting caring for dogs and cats. I have very positive review on another house sitting site, I’d be happy to share. I work at home 3 days a week, so am happy to work in your home spending the day with your pet. I am confident walking dogs, experience of up to 5 at a time, but prefer to limit to maximum of 3 at a time. I provide positive reinforcement and plenty of affection. I will care for your pets and animals as I would my own, with calm and affection. I work from home 3 days per week so when pet sitting I will be available all day for company and up to two walks a day. About: Hi there, thanks for your consideration. Dogs have been a part of my life since I was born. Labrador, Doberman, Jack Russell, GSD, Rottie x Mastiff and American Bulldog. I've also worked for a few years for a raw dog food retailer as well as feeding raw. I'm the kind of person who will cross the road to meet a new dog on the other side, lol! Currently I don't have a dog in my life, so I thought it would be good to open my home to looking after other people's beloved dogs. My style is laid back yet firm. I get along with all types of dogs, but I really shine with giant breeds. The only dogs I find slightly challenging are shepherding dogs like collies. My home with it's private secure garden, is very much a home from home for your pooches. Your dog can share my couch with me as well as my bed (I feel the cold, so I certainly won't complain lol), but if you've taught your dog to lay on the floor, I'm happy to keep up the same practice. For walkies, I have a Green Flag park 200m away, another park 300m in the opposite direction and miles of promenade and beaches starting from just 400m away from my home. Short 15min drives can access private dog fields that can be rented by the hour. In short, oodles of choice for your four legged friend! I am starting this new year by dedicating all of my work time to dog sitting, day care and walking. I look forward to providing lots of care to a bunch of new furry friends :) I have a fenced and secure yard. Although I don't have a dog of my own any more, I am dedicating all of my work time to dog sitting. This means that your dog will be with me at all times (okay, maybe not when I use my bathroom, lol!).

About: I have over 10 years experience of working with dogs, rabbits and some experience with cats. I have experience as a dog walker and also have my own little frenchie called Jeff, who i look after at home. I work full time mainly over 4/5 days a week depending on hours available in my job. I tend to get at least 3 days a week off, most weeks. However, I finish work around half 6 in the evening. my shifts are normally 2 full days a week and 2 half days. Any queries about my availability please ask I have a fenced garden at home with a gate on the rear so no dogs can get out. When out dog walking i always make sure that the lead i have been given is secure and wont snap.

About: Cared for dogs for over 15 years and had dogs for my whole life. I'm self employed and have time to spare, I lost my Lab a few months ago and miss being out with a dog so much. Really excited to care for more dogs and take advantage of my work/free time situation. I'm a self employed photographer and filmmaker so I spend a lot of time at home. I'm an early bird and often have lots of time to nip out for walks. I love getting out in all weathers and have done for many years whilst caring for my own dogs. My dogs have sadly passed now and I'm looking to get back out and exercise whilst caring for your pooch too! :) I'm home a lot and live near the beach, a nature reserve and an enclosed field so lots of lovely options for dogs to walk on and off lead if needs be. My home is secure and just inhabited by myself and two dog loving older children.
