About: What sets me apart is that animals have always been a big part of my life. I have had pets since I was born, so I have grown up learning how to care for them, understand their personalities, and build strong bonds with them. I have had the privilege of watching my pets grow from young animals into their senior years, adapting their care as their needs changed. I have experience with training and teaching pets tricks through patience, encouragement, and positive interactions, as well as providing extra care, comfort, and attention as they get older. I understand that every pet is unique and deserves to feel safe, loved, and cared for like they are part of the family. Pet care is something that already plays a big part in my daily life, as I come from an animal-loving home and have experience caring for both cats and dogs. I am currently unemployed and looking for work, which means I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to the pets in my care. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, whether that’s going for walks, playing games, giving lots of fuss and attention, or simply keeping them company. I understand how important it is for pets to feel safe, happy, and loved while their owners are away, and I will always treat them as if they were my own. I care for pets by making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while keeping to their usual routine as much as possible. Whether I am caring for them in my own home or in their owner’s home, I make sure they have fresh water, meals on schedule, plenty of exercise, playtime, and lots of attention. I understand that every pet is different, so I take the time to learn about their individual needs, personality, and any special requirements they may have. I am happy to provide regular walks, play sessions, cuddles, and companionship, as well as keeping owners updated with messages and photos for peace of mind. My goal is always to make pets feel happy and relaxed while giving owners confidence that their beloved pets are being well looked after.

About: I've had dogs most of my life, we recently lost my families 13 year old patterdale but luckily I've got 2 very energetic Show Cocker Spaniels to keep me busy. Finn (Blue Roan) is 5 and Reggie (Ginger ninja) is 3. They both went to Dogs Trust puppy classes as soon as they were old enough and I've kept up with this training. Reggie has been anxious since getting him with a lot of travel sickness too. I've slowly worked on his confidence and we actually made it to Wales in November without any issues! We love going on walks to the dog park and socialising, a quiet stroll on the canal or training in the garden. I also have a nephew (Archie - border collie) who I've looked after overnight every chance I got when he was younger, he's now 9 and struggling with his mobility so I'm well versed in looking after arthritic dogs who require medication and more mental stimulation. I'm currently working flexible remote hours as a Graphic designer so I can fit around your schedule and even work from your home if your dog needs more company. Hoping to transition into full-time dog walking / sitting Happy to follow your lead in terms of what training you follow and how you structure their day but can also play and teach them some fun things if you are ok with it.

“I was really worried about going on holiday and leaving my 12yr old husky and cat in boarding kennels as they've only ever been left when they were younger .. Then someone suggested Rover ... I searched the list and came upon Anna , and I can honestly say after being away for 10days I didn't worry about my girls once , Anna is amazing she has a deep understanding and empathy for animals and she put me at so much ease , I got daily photos and videos and she went totally above and beyond to make sure my girls were made to feel loved and that they weren't being left alone ... they love her (and that's a big thing for my cat!!) She has an amazing way with animals and I can honestly say I will never use anyone else again , she will always be my go to , I don't think my furbabies would have it any other way either ... I cannot thank her enough for how she looked after them x”

About: Hi, I’m Francesca! I’m a recently graduated vet providing pet care in the Crosby area. I am happiest when spending time with animals, and I would love to provide pet care services for your dog/cat! I have been looking after pets for 3 years alongside my studies, and I have absolutely loved getting to know the personality of each and every dog I have cared for. As a pet owner myself, I understand that it can be daunting leaving your pet with someone else, which is why I aim to make the process as stress free as possible: I provide a (free) initial meet and greet, as well as regular updates with pictures as often as you would like! I have experience caring for my own dog, Daisy, a Springer Spaniel cross, who has plenty of energy and needs lots of stimulation. She has recently lost her vision entirely, and so I welcome any dogs with visual impairments as I feel confident in being able to manage this. I have experience with energetic dogs who require lots of play and interaction, as well as more laid back dogs who may require a slower pace. Within this role I split my time between the office and home, working remotely two days a week. In my home, pets are treated like part of the family. I don’t use crate training—instead, they’re free to roam around the house and make themselves comfortable. I also have a safe, fenced back garden where they can enjoy fresh air, playtime, and exercise under supervision. Whether in my home or a pet owner’s home, I make sure their routine is kept as close to normal as possible—meals, walks, playtime, and cuddles—so they feel secure, happy, and loved while you’re away.

About: I’m looking for dog owners around Crosby who would like regular walks for their dogs health and wellbeing. Happy to do off-lead walking with recall-trained dogs after checking their obedience with a new walker, but also have experience with dogs who need to stay on lead for more sniffy walks. I am studying Environmental Management with the Open University so fitting in dog walking alongside studying part-time. I try to walk or cycle to most of my clients and am based near Crosby Village. About: I’ve owned a cat for 18 years but I also have several years’ experience in looking after a large dog. I spend most of my days caring for humans & my spare time caring for animals! I work shifts so I can accommodate most days/evenings. I work 2 weekends per month, but I can always call in before or after work. My availability only filters out holidays not my shifts, but shifts are provided to you upon booking so you can decide if it is suitable. I no longer accept boarding or sitting in my own home due to my cat Mitzi being the queen of our castle! I will maintain your home to the highest of standards.
