Justine was absolutely fabulous! I was so worried about leaving my cat alone but Justine sent me lots of pictures and updates which made it a lot easier. Winnie clearly loved her, and Justine went above and beyond and cleaned a few stress sores Winnie had.

Absolutely lovely person who really made our cat feel at ease. Our cat takes a while to warm up to people but she was cuddly with her straight away. We felt safe and comfortable having her in the house and she was very creative in helping switching different lights on and making sure different cat friendly music came on at different times. She sent pictures everyday and the place was spotless. Cannot thank her enough 🤍

This was our first time using a service such as this, usually a family member is available, but this time we were stuck. I read Emily's existing reviews and took the plunge. Well, she is our little cat whisperer 😻 and we will 100% be using her again. Our cat Ruby, is very nervous, most visitors don't see her as she'll hide, and they certainly wouldn't get to interact or stroke her. Emily came morning and evening to feed her and at every visit we received multiple pictures of Ruby playing, taking treats, nuzzling into her hand and even laying on the floor with her tum exposed - Ruby clearly felt same and liked Emily very much 💕 We met Emily the week before going away and instantly liked her, as did our two year old little girl, who Emily was also a hit with 😊 We handed over our key and alarm fob after showing Emily everything just once - all ran smoothly, house was secured and Ruby not just fed but cared for. Thank you, Emily!!! We will definitely be in touch again ✨

About: Hi, I’m Jenni! 🐾 Although I’m new to Rover, I’ve been caring for dogs in a busy boarding kennels for over four years. I have hands-on experience with walking, playtime, feeding, fresh water, administering medication, and giving extra care when it’s needed. I always treat pets as if they were my own. I’ve grown up around dogs and cats since I was five years old and have always loved being around animals. I’m super reliable, love getting to know each dog’s personality and routine, and I’m always happy to keep things consistent so your pet feels relaxed, happy and well looked after while you’re away 🐕 Your pet’s safety and happiness are my top priorities. I carefully follow all instructions and preferences you provide and always make sure the environment is safe and secure, whether we’re at home, in the garden, or out on a walk. You can feel confident knowing your pet will be well cared for, loved, and treated with patience and kindness. I’d love to meet you and your furry friend! 🐶🐱

Laura took care of our two cats very well and sent us photos of them each time she visited. She was very friendly and helpful and she was also happy to fill up our wild bird feeders in the garden. Everything was left clean and tidy. We will use her again and would definitely recommend her.

Anna was absolutely amazing with our kittens. She was super patient to try and get our shy girl to socialise and we felt 100% at ease with her check-ins. Unfortunately our girl decided to have a dissapearing act, but Anna done everything in her power and beyond to support us as we were far away. We really could not have asked for someone better to look after our stressful cretins. 100% would recommend Anna to anyone with feline needs.

About: I often dog sit for friends and family's pet whilst they're away. I have owned dogs for most of my life and I am very familiar with schedules, feedings and how each dog is different. I have looked after dogs as small as Jack Russell's and as big as Bull Mastiff's. I am comfortable with dogs from all breeds and will happily look after more than one. I work as a Postman. I have lot of free time when I finish work at 2pm. Afternoons, evenings and some weekends are best for my schedule. I do have days off in the week that I can commit to home visits and overnight stays. I care by tending to the needs of the dog that are laid out by the owners. I can adapt to different needs and breeds depending on what is best for the dog.

About: I’m 23 years old and currently living at home, where I’m lucky to be surrounded by family—and my adorable dog, Max my 13-year-old Shih Tzu is the calm, gentle presence in the house. He’s has such a sweet, wise nature. Growing up with max has taught me a lot about patience, responsibility, and finding joy in the little things. Whether we’re out on a walk, playing, or relaxing at home, spending time with them keeps life grounded and fulfilling. It’s a simple rhythm, but one that’s full of love, connection, and meaning.

Services I offer:
✨ Overnight Stays: Keeping your dog safe and happy in the comfort of their own home while you’re away.
✨ Day Visits: Drop-in visits for feeding, playtime, cuddles, and toilet breaks.
✨Dog walks: Tailored walk to suit your dogs energy and needs
✨Dog boarding: A home from home experience with plenty of care, play and cuddles. (Dog would need to get on with other dogs)
Available for short notice bookings, weekends, and holidays. 🐶 I’m currently working as a trainee accountant, gaining hands-on experience while studying toward my qualifications. Within this role I split my time between the office and home, working remotely two days a week. In my home, pets are treated like part of the family. I don’t use crate training—instead, they’re free to roam around the house and make themselves comfortable. I also have a safe, fenced back garden where they can enjoy fresh air, playtime, and exercise under supervision. Whether in my home or a pet owner’s home, I make sure their routine is kept as close to normal as possible—meals, walks, playtime, and cuddles—so they feel secure, happy, and loved while you’re away.

About: I have had dogs for the entirety of my life, and they have all been rescues. I grew up with a dog that had previously lived in a bad environment, and we instilled trust in her while providing a loving home and changing her life. My mum and I have two three-legged dogs, which I have lived with for years. They too had bad experiences in their past, and also require extra care and attention than normal dogs. I have always adored dogs, and often prefer them to people. I know each dog is unique and I am capable of adapting behaviour to ensure minimal stress to dogs that may suffer from anxiety. I love dogs of any size and age, and will most likely be able to cater to any special requirements your pup has. I have recently started my own cleaning business. As I am self employed, I am flexible in my hours of availability. I will be able to accommodate to suit the best times that work for you, wether walking or pet sitting. I will care for your dog in your home or while walking, by ensuring I take the time to get to know your dog on an individual basis. I will take the time to listen to all your advice regarding your dog, and follow all instructions while also getting to know your dog in person.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats my entire life, and caring for animals has always been second nature to me. Additionally, I grew up with pets such as guinea pigs, lizards, hamsters and rabbits. I’ve completed a month of veterinary work experience across two clinics, where I observed consultations, treatments, and even caesarean care and surgeries. I also volunteer at an RDA horse riding school, giving me experience with a wide range of animals and their needs. I’ve looked after many family pets over the years and always treat every animal like my own—patiently, gently, and with genuine love. I am currently working on my own business which means I am very flexible with time, working from home. I would love to incorporate pet care into my daily routine. You can trust me in your home. I have backpacked various locations, and when I wanted a change from hostels I would often stay in air b and b's. This means I value people's homes and I am grateful for their trust. I am an organised and cleanly person, keeping your house clean.

About: I have Autism and really feel the pain which animals experience from unexpected sounds by them hiding, shaking or sitting next to a loved one at home due to a fireworks display going on. I feel that dogs have a level of intelligence that really understands my emotions so if I am feeling unhappy or crying they comfort me greatly. I am such a caring person who has raised complaints about the mistreatment of animals on the estate I live on and know how wrong it is to leave them indoors for hours on end - dogs more than cats of course! Animals help to relax my senses particularly when I am overwhelmed by a change or a loud noise around me. It’s the softness of their fur or enjoyment of play time that really makes me forget about the challenges experienced as a result of depression or Autism too. I am ready to offer something by looking after animals now and not people. Many have been taken advantage of because they can be really defenceless and although owners try their best they need relief from the pressures associated with animal ownership, pet bills and their health in general. Thanks for reading. Happy to receive enquiries about my health or work experience. Please not my experience is around animals my mum have had and many times minding them whilst she goes on holiday abroad or out to social events Mike I am a general volunteer for a community theatre group (In another place) and a self-advocate for People first merseyside so a lot of my voluntary work is split between those organisations that are very important to me. I generally help In another place on Saturdays in the castle where games and shows happen until 3pm so my day is busy from 10am-3pm on most Saturdays. In the week, I occasionally see friends for a few hours at a well-being group, a nice restaurant or nice walks around the city or country parks. I have a secure locking system on my door and a indoor camera which is good for looking at what's going on indoors as well as outdoors in the estate I live in. There is a beautiful canal nearby me and rimrose valley which has plenty of space for dogs to run about in. I like to keep my home as quiet as possible and don't like disturbances much from neighbours either so dogs or cats can relax easily when I am watching TV a low volume or reading a book in the evening in bed. I have very high standards and like to keep my flat as clean as possible through an organised system of tasks to complete each week. I don't have a lot of clutter around me and tend to keep floors as spacious as possible for me or animals too.

Rebecca has looked after Kit and Ginger for us a few times now and has done a perfect job each time, which is not easy as we have a nervous boy who also needs meds! We had a great communication experience each time and really enjoyed the updates via photos etc. She was also incredibly flexible and accommodating when we had to reschedule and also extend care due to delays in our travels. We would definitely book her again!
