Dog Walking Sefton

About: We have both grown up with dogs, and other pets, our whole lives, and still involved with looking after family dogs. We would love some more dog company and are excited to meet some new doggos! We both work 8am-5pm but with notice, we can work from home for one day at a time. We are often free at weekends Friday - Sunday with notice. We are unlikely to be able to have a dog board for over 2-3 nights due to needing to work from the office most days, but please enquire if you have a query and we'll share our availability. We have a fenced garden. We live right by a large green area, dog parks and the beach, which are perfect for walking dogs. We have tiled/laminate flooring through most of the house.

About: I absolutely adore animals and have had cats since I was a child. I also love dogs and enjoy going out for long walks with a furry friend by my side. I am very flexible and currently can accept bookings for same day. I am home all day and am available most weekdays and weekends to look after your furry friend! In your home I am very patient and can offer feeding, litter changing, cleaning of cat bowls/accidents, grooming, playtime, companionship and medication support. If boarding, I have a large house with plenty of space for your cat to wander round. All doors and windows are kept secure. I have 3 cats but have the space to separate them.

About: I am a caring person that loves to give as much as attention to a dog as possible. I have been around so many in life and therefore have the confidence to approach any on the street for a stroke or cuddle. I am organised and like to stick to routines for myself or pets I look after. I am definitely an outdoors person but also can relax inside with a lovely cat when I am feeling in the mood for that on a rainy day or for an indoor cat to be loved. I have worked in a lot of customer service roles and therefore have the ability to deliver great experiences for any owner I connect with I have recently completed an Animal and Behaviour psychology course via Alison courses and learn't about various topics - communication, social structure within the animal kingdom, cognitive processes including memory, learning and problem solving for domesticated animals too. I am happy to evidence my certificate and course transcript for any owner and I am keen to do anything else which improves my skills and knowledge about animals in the future too. Any questions, just drop me a message Mike 😊 I am a general volunteer for a community theatre group (In another place) and a self-advocate for People first Merseyside so a lot of my voluntary work is split between those organisations that are very important to me in the week. I generally help In another place on Saturdays in the castle where games and shows happen until 3pm so my day is busy from 10am-3pm on most Saturdays. I can work my hours around my voluntary work or hikes during each day of the week unless there is something that is extremely important not to miss out during my advocacy work at People first. Church for me is attended on 1st or 3rd Sunday of the month as it's part of the open table network and therefore allows for Sunday pet sitting opportunities too I have a secure locking system on my door and a indoor camera which is good for looking at what's going on indoors as well as outdoors in the estate I live in. There is a beautiful canal nearby me and rimrose valley which has plenty of space for dogs to run about in. I like to keep my home as quiet as possible and don't like disturbances much from neighbours either so dogs or cats can relax easily when I am watching TV a low volume or reading a book in the evening in bed. I have very high standards and like to keep my flat as clean as possible through an organised system of tasks to complete each week. I don't have a lot of clutter around me and tend to keep floors as spacious as possible for me or animals too.

About: I've had cats and dogs since I was just 1. I have always grown up and loved them unconditionally all my life. I treat every animal like family and as the friend that they are. Every animal has their own personality and I'd love to get to know your dog/cat better also 😊 I work full-time 3 days a week, on a 3 on 3 off basis. So I am available for bookings on my 3 days off work or at extra times throughout the year when I am on leave. Which will give your little family member someone to have fun with if they board with me. If I am sitting in your own home, I have plenty of experience of caring for dogs and cats, as I've had them since a very young age continuously throughout my life. About: I have had family dogs since I was very young and now have my own dog, Teddy. He's 5 now and i've had him since a puppy. He's very friendly and enjoys walks and playing with other dogs but I am also happy to do walks and drop ins without him. I have now been on rover for over 2 years and have been lucky enough to care for many lovely dogs! I have regular and one off clients for walks, day care and overnight stays so have had lots of experience in ensuring your pets have a caring, fun and safe stay with me. I work from home in a flexible role so am almost always available for walks, drop ins and doggy day care at my house too! I have a flexible job meaning I can take your pets out for walks as often as needed. I have crate training experience so am happy to do so if you wish but i'm more than happy for dogs to join me on the furniture too for a more relaxed cuddly stay!

Within this role I split my time between the office and home, working remotely two days a week. In my home, pets are treated like part of the family. I don’t use crate training—instead, they’re free to roam around the house and make themselves comfortable. I also have a safe, fenced back garden where they can enjoy fresh air, playtime, and exercise under supervision. Whether in my home or a pet owner’s home, I make sure their routine is kept as close to normal as possible—meals, walks, playtime, and cuddles—so they feel secure, happy, and loved while you’re away.

About: I have had my own cat for 17 years now. I am very comfortable around animals and care for them very much. I have often cared for my families and friends pets, ranging from cats and dogs to chickens and lizards! I work 35 hours per week, this is shift work and varies each week. With notice I can arrange my schedule to suit as best as possible. I am happy to make early morning and late calls and also happy to spend my days off caring for pets! About: I have completed my zoology degree and have experience at the RSPCA, a doggy day care and a veterinary practise. I also have a CPR certificate specifically for choking or drowning. I work Wednesday to Friday, so I’m fully available for pet care on Mondays, Tuesdays, and some weekends, during these days I am able to do morning or evening walks and check-ins. I am also available Wednesday late afternoon/evenings. I provide care in the pet owner’s home so pets can stay in a familiar, low-stress environment. I follow your routine closely, including feeding, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions. I take time to build trust with each pet, using a calm and patient approach, and I’m attentive to their behaviour and needs. I make sure homes are kept secure, pets are always safe on walks, and I’ll keep you updated with messages and photos for peace of mind. I do not offer boarding in my own home, so all care is provided in yours.
