About: In the last 10 years I've regularly looked after several dogs owned by family members. This ranges from cockapoos to German shepherds of various ages. I live within walking distance to Crosby beach with my fiance and our lazy cat Lei. I work from home 2 days a week with weekends free. On days when I'm working in the office, I'm back home by 17:30. My partner runs a restaurant in town which opens in the afternoons, so is free most mornings. We have a walled patio garden at the back of the house and are within a 5 minute walk to Crosby beach which is perfect for dog walking.

About: I am a caring person that loves to give as much as attention to a dog as possible. I have been around so many in life and therefore have the confidence to approach any on the street for a stroke or cuddle. I can work my hours around my voluntary work or hikes during each day of the week unless there is something that is extremely important not to miss out during my advocacy work at People first. Church for me is attended on 1st or 3rd Sunday of the month as it's part of the open table network and therefore allows for Sunday pet sitting opportunities too I have a secure locking system on my door and a indoor camera which is good for looking at what's going on indoors as well as outdoors in the estate I live in. There is a beautiful canal nearby me and rimrose valley which has plenty of space for dogs to run about in. I like to keep my home as quiet as possible and don't like disturbances much from neighbours either so dogs or cats can relax easily when I am watching TV a low volume or reading a book in the evening in bed. I have very high standards and like to keep my flat as clean as possible through an organised system of tasks to complete each week. I don't have a lot of clutter around me and tend to keep floors as spacious as possible for me or animals too.

About: I’ve taken care of different breads of dogs from a young age, growing up with both a high energy Labrador retriever and calmer Cookerpoo. Currently living with my partner and our energetic sprocker spaniel, Pepper. We walk pepper atleast twice a day, often in local woodlands and parks as well as playing fetch in our fenced garden. About: I feel that cats are the funniest animals to be around as they're so energetic, random and look after themselves well. I used to mind two of them when I lived with a friend between 2019-2021 as she needed to go to work and enjoy social time with friends, so I welcomed the opportunity to be around Star and raven. They would chase each other round this 3 bed apartment for hours but one of them would make me feel so appreciated by sleeping on the end of my bed every night too. About: I absolutely adore animals and have had cats since I was a child. I also love dogs and enjoy going out for long walks with a furry friend by my side. I am very flexible and currently can accept bookings for same day. I am home all day and am available most weekdays and weekends to look after your furry friend! In your home I am very patient and can offer feeding, litter changing, cleaning of cat bowls/accidents, grooming, playtime, companionship and medication support. If boarding, I have a large house with plenty of space for your cat to wander round. All doors and windows are kept secure. I have 3 cats but have the space to separate them.

About: We have both grown up with dogs, and other pets, our whole lives, and still involved with looking after family dogs. We would love some more dog company and are excited to meet some new doggos! We both work 8am-5pm but with notice, we can work from home for one day at a time. We are often free at weekends Friday - Sunday with notice. I can work my hours around my voluntary work or hikes during each day of the week unless there is something that is extremely important not to miss out during my advocacy work at People first. Church for me is attended on 1st or 3rd Sunday of the month as it's part of the open table network and therefore allows for Sunday pet sitting opportunities too I have a secure locking system on my door and a indoor camera which is good for looking at what's going on indoors as well as outdoors in the estate I live in. There is a beautiful canal nearby me and rimrose valley which has plenty of space for dogs to run about in. I like to keep my home as quiet as possible and don't like disturbances much from neighbours either so dogs or cats can relax easily when I am watching TV a low volume or reading a book in the evening in bed. I have very high standards and like to keep my flat as clean as possible through an organised system of tasks to complete each week. I don't have a lot of clutter around me and tend to keep floors as spacious as possible for me or animals too.

About: In the last 10 years I've regularly looked after several dogs owned by family members. This ranges from cockapoos to German shepherds of various ages. I live within walking distance to Crosby beach with my fiance and our lazy cat Lei. I work from home 2 days a week with weekends free. On days when I'm working in the office, I'm back home by 17:30. My partner runs a restaurant in town which opens in the afternoons, so is free most mornings. We have a walled patio garden at the back of the house and are within a 5 minute walk to Crosby beach which is perfect for dog walking.

“I cannot thank Gugu and Steve enough. I was really nervous at first as I’ve only ever had my dogs looked after by family, however Gugu did a meet and greet with the dogs prior to boarding and put me at ease straight away, and seeing my dogs getting along with hers straight away I knew my boys would be in safe hands. Admittedly, I am a bit of a worrier when it comes to the dogs, however I was provided with frequent updates and photos which not only put me at ease, but genuinely put a massive smile on my face. The dogs were loved, cuddled, and didn’t look like they missed me at all! I’m sure I’m not the only one, but having two dogs, especially bulldogs in the family, has at times proven difficult in terms of putting restrictions on what you can and can’t do as there’s always the question of “what about the dogs”… the level of care Gugu and Steve provide goes further than looking after my two little rascals, but gives the whole family the opportunity to do more things and take more trips together, and do those things without worry. I really cannot recommend them enough and cannot thank them enough! They are SUPERB!!”
