About: I always said that I preferred dogs over people when I was a child… and it’s still true today. Myself & my fiancé have rescued 3 beautiful pooches over the years, giving us a huge understanding of dogs with varying personalities and traits. Your dog will be safe, loved, and truly understood in my hands. Dogs aren’t just pets to me - they’re family. In our home is myself (Hi I’m Kate 👋), my partner James and our 2 lovely small rescue pooches. I will be solely looking after your dog for: House Sitting, Dog Walking, Drop-in Visits and Doggy Day Care. As my partner works daytimes. However, if your dog is booked to stay in our home for Boarding, my partner will be looking after your pooch too - evenings and weekend. He is also a true dog lover and has grown up with dogs all his life. 🐕‍🦺 What I Specialise In: • Small dog care • Rescue dog understanding • Nervous, anxious, reactivity, or special quirks • Medication management and experience with chronic health issues (our beautiful dog Benji lived with cancer for 18 months, therefore I’m use to regular vet visits and administering medication) • Long-term stays: I have regularly looked after our previous neighbour’s dog, often for up to 3 weeks • High prey-drive dogs • Managing allergies • Supporting behaviour challenges like lead reactivity • Gentle, positive and understanding care 🏡 Home life: Your dog should hopefully feel right at home in our home. • Large, fully enclosed garden with 6ft fencing, perfect for zoomies • Dogs are welcome on the furniture • Dog-friendly environment • Playtime with my 2 dogs, walks and lots of affection Please see the about me section below 😊 I am currently at home daily, therefore your dog won’t be left alone. I will check beforehand if your dog can be left at home at all (in case I nip to the local shop etc) - If they can’t, don’t worry, they won’t be left. When my partner is off during the weekends, we like to go for longer dog walks. This includes the beach or large parks. I will always walk your dog on lead for safety. We have 2 gorgeous rescue dogs. Opal (around 6 years old). She’s a gorgeous mixed breed (Romanian street dog rescue). Very quirky, fun and super clever. Niblet - our newest fluffball, (around 2 1/2 years old). A tiny, friendly Chinese street dog rescue (possibly Shih Tzu/Poodle cross). Incredibly playful and silly. Both my dogs are neutered / spayed and good with other dogs. Sadly unable to take raw fed dogs. Please feel free to ask any questions.

About: I run my own local dog walking business and specialise in small, carefully matched group walks. I prefer keeping my groups relaxed and chilled, so every dog gets proper attention, plenty of sniffing time and the chance to actually enjoy their walk without being lost in a huge pack. I’ve also have experience working within a dog rescue and have experience caring for deaf, blind and elderly dogs, as well as dogs who need a little extra patience or reassurance. I love getting to know each dog’s individual personality and quirks, and I’ll always make sure they’re placed with dogs who genuinely suit them. As a lifelong dog owner myself, I know how nerve-racking it can be trusting someone else with your dog. I’m reliable, attentive and always happy to send photo updates, because I know owners love seeing that their dog is safe, happy and having an adventure. I currently offer dog walks on Wednesdays and Fridays, usually during the morning. In warmer weather, I prioritise earlier walks where possible so dogs can enjoy themselves safely and comfortably before the hottest part of the day. I keep my availability limited so I can give each dog reliable, unrushed care. I am canine first aid trained and carry a first aid kit on walks. I take the time to learn each dog’s routine, temperament, triggers and individual needs on solo walks initially. Dogs are carefully matched for small group walks, and I never place a dog into a group unless I’m confident they’ll be comfortable. I use secure leads and equipment, keep owners updated, and always put safety before squeezing in extra dogs.

About: I have worked in a office with 7 German Sheppards. I currently have a 13 year old gorgeous retriever called Molly, and a 4 year old grand dog retriever. I have looked after friends and family dogs I currently work on a Tuesday and Thursday daytime but I will be available on these days after 5.15pm. I have full availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. I have a pet friendly home. My three cats don't share the same area although they could if they wanted to. One of my cats is timid, one is in your face, and one is frightened so I have a whole mix of cat temperaments. Our elderly family dog is used to cats, kittens and tortoises and doesn't bother at all.

About: I’ve always been surrounded by dogs, helping friends and neighbours with walks, cuddles, and care over the years. My love for dogs really grew when I helped raise and train a Hungarian Vizsla puppy named Winston with my ex-boyfriend. He taught me patience, consistency, and just how much joy a dog can bring to your life. These days, there’s a special dog in my life called Bobbie, my dad’s cockerpoo, who I absolutely adore. Since moving away from the North East, I don’t get to see her as often, so I’m hoping to fill that cockerpoo-shaped gap with some new furry friends. 🐶 When I’m not out walking or running with dogs, you’ll usually find me painting them. I love capturing their personalities and quirks on canvas. Caring for dogs and painting them are two of my biggest joys. 🎨 I’m usually home all week and especially looking for some furry company from Monday to Wednesday. I spend a lot of time painting, often with relaxing music on and the fire crackling in the background. It’s a peaceful, cosy space with plenty of room for a snoozing sidekick. As an artist, I have lots of flexibility in my days. I love to read, paint, and get out into nature to walk, run, or sketch, so your pup will have a lovely mix of calm time and outdoor adventures. I am calm, patient and consistent with dogs, and I believe they feel most secure when routines and boundaries are clear. I make sure every dog feels safe, understood and settled, while still enjoying plenty of affection and enrichment. I pay close attention to each dog’s needs and behaviour. I have experience helping dogs who pull on the lead, including energetic labradors, by using gentle guidance and positive reinforcement to encourage calm walking. Whether we are out exploring or relaxing at home, your dog’s wellbeing, comfort and safety always come first.

About: I have always loved dogs, and hope to one day have my own, if my cats and husband allow it! I regularly walk and look after my in-laws’ 2 dogs, and I would love to meet more dogs in my neighborhood. I work from home so have good flexibility, and I am careful, diligent and caring. If you want your dog walked and cuddled whilst you’re at work, then please reach out! Although I work full time, I work from home with good flexibility so pet care fits very easily into my routine, and I’ll always aim to get to your cat at a time that is as close to their normal routine. My two cats are young and love to adventure. To keep them safe, I have trackers on their collars so I can keep an eye on them if I want to! When caring for other cats, I always take great care when entering and leaving your home to ensure there’s no potential for escapes!

About: I’m Ros, i’m an animal lover and proud dog mum! I grew up with dogs and now have my own dog Atlas who I have had since a puppy and who loves other dogs. Any other dog will be treated as part of the family and be given a home away from home. I am self-employed part-time and work predominantly from home. I have a flexible schedule and work around caring for my own dog and any that stay with me. I don’t often leave my dog but if I do it is only for short periods of time. I have a medium sized back-garden which is fully enclosed and secured by high fences, it is a mixture of lawn and decking which your dog will have full use of. I have pet beds and crates if needed or your dog can sleep on the bed or sofa alongside our resident dog.
