“Rebecca has been amazing with our puppa! He has anxiety and struggles with us being away for longer periods, she has kept him entertained and walked him regularly giving him lots of love when he began to get anxious! We’ll sure book again! Thank you”

“Leah was absolutely fab and we knew straight away that she would be amazing with our dogs. She was so lovely and the dogs fell in love with her straight away. If we lived up in her area we would use her every time She is a natural with dogs and would very highly recommend her 🥰🥰🥰”

“This was the first time I had done this so was a little nervous but it was really easy to arrange and Faye contacted me straight away making me feel better about the whole thing. Faye came round for a meet and greet so she could meet Milly and I could go through some things. Faye kept me up to date with some pictures of Milly throughout the stay which was great. She did have some problems with Milly howling at night which was unexpected but she dealt with it great. She left everything as she found it the house was nice and tidy, overall a great experience and would use both the app and Faye again.”

About: I always said that I preferred dogs over people when I was a child… and it’s still true today. Myself & my fiancé have rescued 3 beautiful pooches over the years, giving us a huge understanding of dogs with varying personalities and traits. Your dog will be safe, loved, and truly understood in my hands. Dogs aren’t just pets to me - they’re family. In our home is myself (Hi I’m Kate 👋), my partner James and our 2 lovely small rescue pooches. I will be solely looking after your dog for: House Sitting, Dog Walking, Drop-in Visits and Doggy Day Care. As my partner works daytimes. However, if your dog is booked to stay in our home for Boarding, my partner will be looking after your pooch too - evenings and weekend. He is also a true dog lover and has grown up with dogs all his life. 🐕🦺 What I Specialise In: • Small dog care • Rescue dog understanding • Nervous, anxious, reactivity, or special quirks • Medication management and experience with chronic health issues (our beautiful dog Benji lived with cancer for 18 months, therefore I’m use to regular vet visits and administering medication) • Long-term stays: I have regularly looked after our previous neighbour’s dog, often for up to 3 weeks • High prey-drive dogs • Managing allergies • Supporting behaviour challenges like lead reactivity • Gentle, positive and understanding care 🏡 Home life: Your dog should hopefully feel right at home in our home. • Large, fully enclosed garden with 6ft fencing, perfect for zoomies • Dogs are welcome on the furniture • Dog-friendly environment • Playtime with my 2 dogs, walks and lots of affection Please see the about me section below 😊 I am currently at home daily, therefore your dog won’t be left alone. I will check beforehand if your dog can be left at home at all (in case I nip to the local shop etc) - If they can’t, don’t worry, they won’t be left. When my partner is off during the weekends, we like to go for longer dog walks. This includes the beach or large parks. I will always walk your dog on lead for safety. We have 2 gorgeous rescue dogs. Opal (around 6 years old). She’s a gorgeous mixed breed (Romanian street dog rescue). Very quirky, fun and super clever. Niblet - our newest fluffball, (around 2 1/2 years old). A tiny, friendly Chinese street dog rescue (possibly Shih Tzu/Poodle cross). Incredibly playful and silly. Both my dogs are neutered / spayed and good with other dogs. Sadly unable to take raw fed dogs. Please feel free to ask any questions.

About: Hi! I'm Lilly and a student in Newcastle! I study mathematics and in my second-year house we aren't allowed any pets and it might be the end of my life. I love connecting with cats and trying to earn their trust as they're such intelligent animals. My stepmum (training to be a feline psychologist-how cool is that) fosters up to 13 cats at once and is part of an organisation that rescues cats so I'm used to them being everywhere. I love to sew, play guitar, play minecraft and other arts and crafts that I get sacked into for about 2 weeks and forget about them :). I'd love to look after your cats as I won't be able to until after university, you'd be the ones doing me the favour!

“Jacqueline very kindly looked after my mums greyhound olive during a very difficult time for her. Jacqueline was really flexible around what we were after and got along with olive amazingly. Thanks so much Jacqueline you were a massive help to us yesterday and I have no doubt that my mum will be in touch again with you soon.”

About: I enjoy bonding with pets and spending quality time with them to help keep them happy, well fed, watered and entertained. I love walking and running in Formby woods and beach regularly and would enjoy taking a small, local dog with me. I have more experience with cats from looking after my sisters cat, Baiby, and forming a strong bond. Pet care fits into my routine well, I work from home most of the time so would have the flexibility to drop in on cats or take dogs out with me multiple times a day. I love to walk and run in Formby woods & the beach and I’m hoping to take a small local dog along with me I care for pets in pet owners homes by playing with them, keeping them entertained with lots of strokes and making sure they are well fed, watered and any cat litter is clean and changed. I can also share photos, videos and live updates as much or as little as you like

About: Hi, I’m Lewis from Southport. I provide calm, reliable one-to-one dog walking, pet sitting and drop-in visits with a strong focus on making pets feel safe, comfortable and well cared for in their usual routine. I have over five years of experience caring for dogs and pets, along with a Level 2 Diploma in Animal Care. I am DBS checked, fully insured and pet first aid trained. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of different ages, personalities and energy levels, including younger dogs who enjoy more exercise and older dogs who may prefer slower, calmer walks. I understand that every dog has their own routine and individual needs, so I always aim to provide patient, personalised care and make sure each dog feels relaxed, safe and happy during walks and visits. I particularly enjoy providing solo walks and calm one-to-one care rather than large group walks, as this allows me to build trust with each dog and give them my full attention. I take pride in being dependable, friendly and professional, and I always try to keep owners updated with messages and photos for extra peace of mind. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, slower paced strolls or simply having company and care while you’re away, I’ll always do my best to make sure they feel happy, settled and comfortable. Pet care is a big part of my daily routine. I provide reliable one-to-one dog walking, pet sitting and home visits across Southport, with a focus on keeping pets comfortable in their normal routine. Whether a dog enjoys longer walks and exercise or prefers slower paced walks and companionship, I always try to provide calm, patient and personalised care. Your pet’s safety, comfort and wellbeing are always my priority. I provide calm, one-to-one care and take time to understand each pet’s routine, personality and needs. I am DBS checked, insured and pet first aid trained, and I always aim to create a safe, relaxed and positive environment during walks and visits. For pet sitting and drop-in visits, I care for pets within their own home environment where they are most comfortable and familiar with their surroundings. I understand how important routine and reassurance can be, especially for pets who may feel anxious when their owners are away. I also offer a free meet and greet before bookings so both owners and pets can feel comfortable, ask questions and make sure the service is the right fit for their needs.

Pet owners share their Rover experiences - Southport
Leah is a fantastic pet sitter who we can confidently trust with Elvis. He is reactive to other dogs which some people can find challenging on walks but Leah takes this in her stride. Elvis loves Leah and is always happy in her company, and Leah’s communication is amazing, she is always sending us lovely pictures and updates on Elvis whilst we’re away which we love! 😊

Fay was quick to respond to my initial enquiry re the dates to look after Russet. She kept in contact throughout the run up to the sitting and throughout the sitting which was very reassuring. I was able to enjoy my time away knowing that Russet was well cared for. Fay was friendly and obviously loves dogs. I would recommend Fay.

Patrick, Sharon and Gabrielle took fantastic care of Kenji. They kept us updated on a daily basis with photos and messages which soothed our worries of leaving him for the first time without his parents. On return and a week later we bumped into Gabrielle and Kenji was so excited to see her so obviously had built a great bond over the period. I would without any hesitation recommend and look forward to one day calling on them again. Thanks guys.
