“After looking at previous feedbacks provided by others who had used Simone we decided we should try using her to look after our elderly 11 year old pet dog called Cici. This was the best decision we have ever made for Cicis care , Simone is absolutely amazing. As soon as we met her for an initial meeting we could tell what a caring Pet loving person she was, and Cici was at ease with her immediately. She also came across as being very sensible & a trustworthy caring person too. We booked her to look after Cici ( following on from our initial intro meeting) whilst going on our recent holiday. She stayed at our house to look after Cici so she was settled in her normal home environment, and we were so impressed with everything. Simone sent us lots of photos during our holiday with little messages so we could get reassurance that Cici was happy & settling with her. This allowed us to have a fantastic holiday knowing Cici was in safe hands. When we returned from our holiday Cici looked happy & well cared for, and Simone left our house looking so spotlessly clean you couldn’t tell anybody had actually stayed in it. She even remembered to put out & bring back in our Bins on the collection day!. All her previous 5 star ratings are well earned & we would allocate a 6 star rating if we were able to, she is that good. We will definitely be using her again in the future when we go on future holidays. It is rare to find someone so trustworthy that you can let them stay in your house and also at the same time so caring & skilled at looking after Pets, but Simone is definitely that person. About: I have had years of experience helping family and friends out with their pets. I would always jump at the chance to look after any dogs & cats if the opportunity was given to me. Weekends, I’m free all day and night to take care of your pets, go for walks, check ins or even over night stays within your homes. I’m currently working full time, however I’m flexible to work within the evenings Monday- Friday to do evening walks or check ins or over night stays. During walks I respect the owners wishes, so I'm happy to keep them on lead if someone isn't confident about them being let off, and if I do let dogs off it's only in an open but secure park / grass area. I also use a lovely cooling mat for her in the summer so she’s never too hot. She’s an indoor cat so I am used to their silly antics when trying to wiggles themselves out😅

Georgina was fantastic with our boy who isn't easy to deal with and was especially hard work with anxiety from being away from us. Despite this Georgina gave us lots of regular updates with photos, and always responds to any messages really quickly - would very highly recommend her to anyone.

Atlanta was amazing, she arrived on time after great communication in advance, introduced her to my two dogs, after 10 minutes spoke about the requirements for feeding them etc. had several updates via WhatsApp with photos during the stay. On arriving back dogs were happy as if nothing had happened which was exactly what I was hoping for. Atlanta did a great job and I have already got a nothing booking being sorted. No issues at all, I would recommend her and her service to anyone.
