About: Hello! Dogs have been a huge part of my life for 6 years, ever since I have owned my boy, Buster. Whether your dog loves long, energetic walks or just wants to snuggle on the couch, I can tailor my care to their exact needs. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, running, and I work as a dental therapist and am also studying alongside at university to become a dentist! About: I have been around animals all my life, having had dogs and cats, as well as hamsters. I look after my sister's dog when I can, she is a yellow Labrador. This also includes house-sitting at their house in London. I also sometimes look after my aunt and uncle's dogs (Labradors and a Sheep Dog) at their house in the Lake District. I have been a member of Borrow my Doggy in the past to help look after dogs or take them for walks. I've looked after her both in the Cotswolds and in London. - Juniper: a loving black lab, she's so affectionate and is always climbing on my lap. Not a huge fan of the rain which doesn't help when she lives in the Lake District! But she's always the first in the sea when at the beach. - Polly: an older girl who is more of a cat to be honest, she loves spreading out in the sun or in front of the fireplace. She's not as active as she used to be so prefers being left at home for longer walks, but will have a good run around the garden. - Willow: a French Bulldog. I spent three weeks looking after her while her owners were abroad. She’s the sweetest pup and was crazy for a tennis ball. We went on many adventures and walks around the countryside. I am a mature student completing my research degree and have plenty of time to fit pets into my routine. I’m always up early and I have my own car so am able to travel, and I am happy to take dogs in my car too. I am unable to take pets in my accommodation so am not able to host. However for owner’s homes I am always respectful of property, I clean up after myself and bring minimal belongings. I prefer clear instructions/guidance on what each pet needs and will always follow these.

About: I used to be scared of dogs when I was younger, we only had cats, then my mum married a man with 3 retired greyhounds! Because of their calm temperament, I learnt to love not only them, but all dogs. I have had a handful of different dogs in my life, from Greyhounds to Collies, to Staffies to Cavapoos. Each of them filled my life with joy and purpose, I really feel so much happier and at peace around animals. Since moving to the city, I can't keep pets at my flat so i am actively searching for a way to get my fix! I can promise you if you let me look after your companion in any way, they will be shown nothing but love and care. I find cats so relaxing to be around, I love hearing the sound of them purring and I find it hilarious when they get a sudden burst of energy or start shouting at you. I work in a coffee shop in Preston so usually I'm out of the house by 7:40. Then, it's a few hours of chatting with customers and occasionally actually doing my job. But when we get pets in I'm even less inclined to make coffee... I'm usually home by 15:30-16:00 and I spend the rest of my evening working on my radio bulletins for a local station. It's important to note that if you need me for the whole or a specific day it's very easy to schedule time off at the last minute as the rota isn't released until Sunday, so just let me know! At my home, my dogs rarely go a minute without me trying to play with them or show them affection, unless they've made it clear they aren't interested!I wont be able to care for your pets at my flat as it's too small an environment for them, however if you trust me enough to look after them in your/their safe space, I will ensure that no boundaries are crossed for you or your fur baby. In previous dog sitting arrangements, I've either stayed in the spare room so i'm with them 24/7 or driven there to spend an hour or two with them a few times throughout the day, Whatever you think is best.

Debbie & Andrew did a great job looking after our 2 cats. They are both usually quite shy but they really took to them and were out playing and having tickles. It was really nice to get daily pictures and also a little paragraph about how they were and what they had done. Would highly reccommend adn definately use again
