About: I have been around animals all my life, having had dogs and cats, as well as hamsters. I look after my sister's dog when I can, she is a yellow Labrador. This also includes house-sitting at their house in London. I also sometimes look after my aunt and uncle's dogs (Labradors and a Sheep Dog) at their house in the Lake District. I have been a member of Borrow my Doggy in the past to help look after dogs or take them for walks. I use Trusted House Sitters for when I want to go further away from home and have stayed at homes with multiple animals including dogs, cats and sheep. I don’t have any pets of my own at the moment due to accommodating limitations, but I plan on getting them when I am able to. Some of the pets I have looked after recently: - Bozo: he was a gentle giant and I miss him very much, I only knew him as an older dog but he was always up for a walk and would communicate when he'd had enough. - Winnie: an energetic young lab, loves walks and playing fetch. I've looked after her both in the Cotswolds and in London. - Juniper: a loving black lab, she's so affectionate and is always climbing on my lap. Not a huge fan of the rain which doesn't help when she lives in the Lake District! But she's always the first in the sea when at the beach. - Polly: an older girl who is more of a cat to be honest, she loves spreading out in the sun or in front of the fireplace. She's not as active as she used to be so prefers being left at home for longer walks, but will have a good run around the garden. - Willow: a French Bulldog. I spent three weeks looking after her while her owners were abroad. She’s the sweetest pup and was crazy for a tennis ball. We went on many adventures and walks around the countryside. I work in Education and am also a student. I am often up early in the morning and would love to fit in some visits around work. I have flexible working and work from home benefits so I can work from your home with plenty of breaks, or do a half day at home and half at work. My weekends and evenings are mostly free so plenty of time then too. I am unable to take pets in my accommodation so am not able to host. However for owner’s homes I am always respectful of property, I clean up after myself and bring minimal belongings. I like clear instructions/guidance on what each pet needs and will always follow these.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was 7 years old. I bought my own dog in 2022 at the age of 20 and she’s my best friend. I’ve fully trained her and look after her everyday. I absolutely love animals and would love to help owners look after theirs too! I am a self-employed counsellor for children and young people, specifically for parental separation and divorce. Outside of client sessions, I would love to be there for support you with pet care. I have a fenced garden and a small dog to keep yours company. She’s very friendly and is always wanting to play. I have a crate if necessary and plenty of toys.

About: I have had years of experience helping family and friends out with their pets. I would always jump at the chance to look after any dogs & cats if the opportunity was given to me. Weekends, I’m free all day and night to take care of your pets, go for walks, check ins or even over night stays within your homes. I’m currently working full time, however I’m flexible to work within the evenings Monday- Friday to do evening walks or check ins or over night stays. During walks I respect the owners wishes, so I'm happy to keep them on lead if someone isn't confident about them being let off, and if I do let dogs off it's only in an open but secure park / grass area. When taking care of your loving pets, I will always take lots of pictures and videos to give owners daily updates on how they're settling in and what they might have been up to that day - Dogs they've been socialising with, walks they've had and any other updates in general.

About: I've had three dogs and three cats over the course of my life, so for me a family doesn't feel complete without a pet 😌. As a teenager I have taken care of dogs and I am very fond of those memories, it would be wonderful to make some new ones! I work for myself as a photographer and am studying part-time at the open university so both of these occupations allow me to be quite flexible. I will always treat every pet as if it were my own. Toilet breaks, feeding times and cuddles are priorities but of course any special care requirements for your pet are also a top priority.

About: I have looked after and have experience around various animals: dogs include dachshund and malamute, being around Alaskan huskies for winter work and all types of dogs through friends. I absolutely love energetic and bigger dogs so would be comfortable with most! I have always been around cats and can look after any type! I have experience with a cattery and looking after multiple cats in the same household. I have volunteered on a horse ranch in Turkey so have experience with and riding Arabian and Anatolian horses, understand horse behaviour and body language and safety precautions. My other experience has also included being around animals in a wildlife preserve and feeding them. I also studied ecology so I have good understanding about the natural world. I work flexibly and mostly online at the moment so can work around your schedule if notice is given atleast a couple days in advance. My weeks look different every week so I can work around you! I will speak to you in detail about what your pet needs and will be able to follow routines that your pet is used to.
