She was really helpful,took loads of pictures , kept us updated, cleaned after Zuzu every time she visited, did evertything to make him feel loved. We are very grateful. “Jane looked after our two indoor cats whilst we were away for a week. I was a little anxious as both cats are very nervous with strangers and normally hide when we have company! After meeting Jane, she immediately put me at ease that Marcie and Peppermint would be well cared for, she took notes of their routine including feeding times and what food to give. Both cats even came up to her for a sniff and Jane was very patient with them. During her visits Jane sent updates and photos letting me know that both cats had eaten and used their litter trays. It was reassuring to see photos of the cats coming out to see her and they got more confident with her with every visit. I will be happy to use Jane’s services again and would recommend her to anyone looking for pet sitting. :)”

“Keighley has dog sat our two French bulldogs lots of times. She is fantastic with our boys and they love her. She takes them for long walks and lets them play in the garden. She spoils them rotten and they have stayed with her overnight and up to two weeks at a time. They never want to come home !! I would recommend keighley to anyone if they want an experienced dog sitter.”

About: My name is Lyla and I live near Chorley. I have three cats and a rabbit (so I know how to look after different animals, with very different personalities and needs). I have always loved look after my friends and family’s animals, frequently taking neighbour’s dogs for walks and dog-sitting them while they went out. I would love to talk your dog for a long walk or run, or just relax and cuddle with them on the sofa. Feel free to message me if you have any questions I work in the hospitality sector, meaning that my hours can be a little bit here, there and everywhere but I’d love to work around this to find a time to meet your animal. I definitely have free time everyday to make sure your dog is loved and taken care of. I’m fairly flexible despite my work, so do message me and we’ll work out the perfect time that works for both of us. I’ll keep a close eye on your animal and make sure they’re not getting up to anything they’re not supposed to be, to make sure they are safe in my care.

About: We have 2 dogs from working background, a working springer spaniel and a young Vizsla. So we have a calm and focussed home. Lots of walks and runs for the more energetic dogs, we also have an open fire where our dog snuggle down next to when they are tired. We live in a detached home with a high fenced back garden, with stones for easy cleaning. Both my husband and I exercise daily and generally take the dogs on walks/runs depending on their age, and long walks at the weekend. We face open fields where the dogs can run on long leads to their hearts content. Both our dogs are good with other people and dogs, they are both very placid and like to play. We are happy to take dogs for boarding or daycare.

About: I have been caring for dogs ever since 2012 when i was around 7 years old and have also had some experience with rabbits and birds around the age of 4 years old. I’ve been wanting to be a vet my whole life and i have done work experience in a kennel, a cattery and a vet clinic. During my experience in those places, i have learnt how to analyse basic animal behaviour well and have learnt how to follow a schedule of feeding times, medicine that need to be given and how to meet the needs of both dogs and cats. I’ve helped with grooming and bathing at the kennels and i am patient at all times, giving space to animals when they feel they need to. Im currently available at all times but will be doing babysitting for children which means my availability could change. I am also waiting for A level results. But i will make time and space for anyone who would like me to help on the days i have available. In my own home, i have an attached house which is kept clean at all times and has a back garden with tall fences and no grass. Its a relatively big garden with lots of plants and vegetables around and a water fountain with fresh water for dogs to drink from. I do have a dog of my own in the house who’s a 6 year old Sproodle who is playful but is no threat to other dogs as she loves to greet them no matter the age. She is gentle with puppies and sleeps in her own bed in the kitchen. In my house, i live with two sisters and my mother. No matter the house im caring for your pet in, i will stick to a schedule and your rules however you prefer. I will make sure your pet is entertained and cared for well and will return home happy!

“If you are looking for a home from home for you fur baby Beth is ideal! Beth is an avid dog lover and has her own cocker spaniel (Izzy) who is well natured around other dogs and puppies. They live in a spacious home with a huge park just down the road and a good sized secure garden. They dog sit for friends and family, including myself. I have no doubt they would make brilliant dog sitters for anyone with a fur baby.”

About: I've taken care of dogs for years and have always been around them since an early age. Realistically I am not 100% fully ready to take on the responsibility of adopting one of my own just yet, so I thought this would be great for me and for owners and their peace of mind. I have so much love, time and patience to give just no one to give it to. Your fur babies will know nothing but love while I take care of them. I've looked after family and friends furbabies and I love it, the trust from the animals and the trust from the owners is an amazing feeling. Prices can be negotiated as they do take a chunk from earnings on here and I personally I think the prices are high! I work in a pet friendly pub and live just above the pub so I'm never far away, they'll be with me as often or as little as they wish. With my very own yard and plenty of walking spaces the options are endless and with Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays off who knows what we can get up to. I don't have any pets of my own, I'm not ready to 100% commit just yet but working in pet friendly pub and with plenty dog loving regulars the company and socializing is endless and being just downstairs from your furbabies I'm never far away. I can adapt to how you look after them such as crates/feeding times/walks/sleeping arrangements etc. If at your own home routine can be the same for him/her and routines/patterns can be talked, im easily adapted.

About: I’ve had pets, cats and dogs, since i was born and have always take. pride in looking after them. Over lockdown, i discovered even more of a passion for pets and loved getting outdoors with my dog. Family and friends have always trusted me to look after their pets from, hamsters, labradors and cute like kitty’s. I’m working part time at the moment and thus have plenty of time to look after your pets (and my own!). My work schedule is regular so i will be able to accommodate weekly visits/ walks. In your home and ensure to give your pet all the space it needs or all the cuddles it needs so he/she feels comfortable. I will keep eating schedules and rules the same to avoid any discomfort.

About: I have experience working in a doggy day care and a rescue cattery. I have owned a dog for 8 years and have had cats for 11 years. I am available most days during the week to look after your pets either overnight or during the day at your house. I can look after dogs or cats. I own 1 dog and 2 cats so I am very aware of keeping them safe from the road, other animals, choking and food hazards etc.
