About: I’ve had police working dogs that were obedience and agility trained and also took part in multiple dog shows. I also have had experience breeding dogs as my dog had a litter of her own. I’ve always thoroughly enjoyed being around dogs and walking them so I take care and walk my friends dogs too. Just an all round dog lover! Perfect fit during a day and nights. Garden and home facilities available. Enjoying spending my time with the dogs at home and walking around nature. I can do both but prefer my home. It's absolutely safe at my home and Garden is big enough also safe for the dogs all day long

“This was Casey's first drop in visit with Hamish and all seems well. Casey followed the instructions to the letter and Hamish seems to have had a good time playing. Thank you Casey. See you soon.”

5. Jessica S.

“Jessica looked after my 5 cats with drop in visits for a week while we were away, I'm always nervous leaving them but this time could relax knowing they were all being looked after and cared for, the daily pictures and video's put my mind at ease. My youngest cat has cerebellar hypoplasia which means he's a little bit wobbly, he manages fine but can miss the litter tray, I use puppy pads in various places, this was no problem at all for Jessica, would highly recommend and would definitely trust her again for my next trip 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”

6. Lily S.

“Anthony has looked after both of my dogs a few times. He’s clearly an animal lover who gives them lots of care and attention. We trust him in our home, he’s leaves it exactly as it was before he arrived. Both dogs love him and will continue to use him in future. Highly recommend 😊”

8. Lucy A.

“We would 100% recommend Lucy. She watched our Dachshund Bertie whilst we were away for a few days and instantly put us at ease. She was friendly and professional and was really good when with meeting Bertie for the first time. She was also really responsive and flexible when arranging. Thank you Lucy.”

About: I always was passionate and loving about dogs ever since I was little. Dogs has always been a part of my life and I cannot imagine life with out them. I have adopted a cocker spaniel about 2 years ago and found my best friend. All dogs have a place in my heart and I’ll always treat them like my own. I work in care homes. Which allows me to be flexible and spend more time at home during the day. I also have many days off so I can completely focus on fluffy friends. I drive a lot and I’m able to visit many places with the dogs to have some fun. I have a fenced garden for dogs to do whatever they need and wish. Also I have a nice field across the street where I could take them and have some fun. My cocker spaniel is very understanding dog and is friendly although he understands boundaries and personal space (just not mine :D) I don’t have a crate but if the owner does and wished for me to put in my house I do not mind at all. I will always stick to the owners wishes.

About: I grew up with Dobermans and love dogs. I had a border collie for 10 years and loved going out for long walks with him. I mostly work from home so can drop in to walk your dog, drop in to check on them and give them some fuss or stay and work and your place to make sure your furry friend isn’t alone. I can follow any and all instructions given for your best pal to ensure they’re safe and well looked after. Plenty of cuddles and walks 😃

About: I've owned dogs for overs 10 yrs, and provided dog sitting services for other family members for various reasons from dog walks to calling into feed them. To looking after them in both mine and their own home whilst they've been on holiday. I have raised dogs from puppies so am aware of the different needs. Every dog has its own personality and as such I like to arrange a meet and greet prior to looking after your pet to ensure I am aware of all their needs and daily routine. I currently work from home full time so I am able to plan my time around the needs of your pet. I am also an active person who enjoys being outside so I am able to give your pet plenty of exercise if required. I am a calm natured person and have found that dogs do settle easily with me. If caring for a dog in their own home then I would just stick to their daily routine as I find that this keeps your pet content and settled. If caring for pets in my home, I have a fenced back garden that they will have access to. I also have the countryside on my doorstep so they will get plenty of good walks. I am also able to offer plenty of interaction too.

About: With over 15 years of experience caring for dogs and 10 years for cats, I genuinely enjoy providing attentive care for pets of all ages. I have a special affinity for senior pets, ensuring they receive the love and support they need, including administering medications when required. My flexible services allow me to care for pets in their own home, mine, or during enjoyable walks. I thrive on creating a safe, loving environment where pets feel happy and secure, and I take great joy in building connections with each furry friend. I work from home, which allows me to integrate pet care seamlessly into my daily routine. My life revolves around my two dogs, Jet, a 3-year-old Staffy mix who enjoys daily walks, and Fendi, a 12-week-old Frenchie who is still learning the ropes. I also have two cats, Jinxi and Joy, who keep things lively. Each day starts with morning playtime and a walk for Jet, while Fendi gets plenty of indoor play and socialization. Throughout the day, I take breaks to check on them, ensuring they feel loved and secure. I prioritize feeding schedules and maintain a clean environment, including deep-cleaning litter trays regularly. My passion for animals drives me to create a nurturing atmosphere where all pets feel happy and cared for. As someone new to pet sitting, I am dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming environment for pets in my home. I ensure that all areas are pet-proofed and clean, providing a comfortable space where pets can feel at ease. With my two dogs and two cats, I foster a friendly atmosphere that encourages positive interactions. I prioritize following detailed instructions from pet owners to maintain their routines and preferences, which helps pets feel secure. Building trust with both pets and their owners is essential to me, as I want everyone to feel comfortable while I provide attentive care. My goal is to create a nurturing environment where pets receive the love and attention they deserve, giving owners peace of mind while they’re away.

“Heather was really great! We have an elderly dog with mobility problems and she had no problems looking after him and keeping him company for the drop in sessions. Would definitely recommend for anyone with elderly or anxious dogs!”

About: I've grown up with dogs, and since 2007 have owned my own - I currently have four dogs (and five cats). I have worked as a dog walker for years, and have recently retrained to work as a Dog Training Advisor. I work full time as a self-employed Dog Training Advisor, Canine Behaviourist and Dog Walker. I am available to work Mon-Fri, but do offer some weekend drop-ins, walks and training sessions too. As a Dog Trainer, I take the time to find out about your dog - their likes, needs, age, health, abilities and any behavioural issues. Although I do offer multiple dog walks, this is only ever done after dogs have been assessed for temperament. Dogs are kept on-lead until engagement has been built up, and are never let off lead if it is your request not to do so.

About: I am really good with all animals as I have been brought up with them all my life. I love caring for them making sure they have everything the need. Which includes toilet breaks, food, walks, and cuddles/play time. I’ll be more than happy to look after anyone’s animals if they aren’t able to. I am fully available so able to look after anyone’s animals at any age and at any time. I do not drive so I would be travelling to the place via public transport. I have a lovely home but unfortunately I will not be taking any animals on in my home as my own dogs aren’t very friendly with other animals and I’m in the process of training them.

About: Thankyou for viewing my profile! I’m 20 years old, I have 2 years pet care experience that I completed at Myerscough college, however, I have owned pets, particularly dogs my whole life! It is my dream to set up my own dog walking business and be my own boss! I joined rover to earn a little bit of extra money for my family. I hold a full drivers license. Being a dog owner, I know they mean more to us then ‘just pets’. I assure you I will take care of your pet as my own and give them the best experience while they’re with me. I am currently unemployed, as I have a 1 year old daughter who is not yet in nursery. However, I have adequate childcare for her. I am fully flexible Monday-Friday for dog walking, dog sitting, drop ins etc. I have 2 dogs of my own, so your dog would need to be friendly with others, if you wanted to board your dog with me. I have an large enclosed yard, but this is stones/decking, not grass. I also have a young child, so your dog/s must be okay being around children. Preferably I would choose to pet sit/ board animals in the owners home. As the animal will be familiar with is surroundings, and this works better for me with my schedule. I am able to follow any instructions/ commands you leave me for your pet such as feeding times/walks etc.

He's such a chilled out dog, I just think he's a little tinker and could do with company, but is also quite happy playing with me I think I am quite a caring animal lover who is happy to walk or also happy to play throw n fetch which doesn't always work on the fetch

19. Ty L.
“During my extended business trips, I entrusted Ty with the responsibility of caring for my cat, who occasionally experienced loneliness. Ty consistently demonstrated reliability and compassion by visiting my home to provide companionship and nourishment for my feline companion. I wholeheartedly endorse Ty's services to anyone seeking a dependable pet sitter.”

About: PLEASE DO NOT ENQUIRE IF YOUR DOG CANNOT BE AROUND CATS AT ALL. THANK YOU. READ MY PROFILE CAREFULLY BEFORE ENQUIRING. I have been dog walking for 8 months & volunteer for doggy daycare (been there 2 years nearly). I am fully insured & can provide evidence upon request. I am looking to mostly gain experience as well as make some pooches and their owners happy. If you have anymore questions or need more information please don't hesitate to give me a message and I'll try to help in any way I can! Thank you all and looking forward to meeting you all and all the pooches too. Please note that my availability and schedule changes depending on my college timetable. Thanks. I have 4 cats of my own and a 4 year old son named raven. If your dog isn't good with children feel free to let me know & I can see if I can work around that. Weekdays I can only most likely do evenings unless summer holidays, where I will usually have availability all day. However weekends I am available all day. I like stimulating dogs mentally in all sorts of ways, from scent work games to dog treat puzzles, to walks and taking their environment in through scent & playing fetch. I also enjoy taking them places and booking in to dog parks as it gives us some off lead time & training can be involved within this for recall etc. I have a Facebook - Zephyrs Furry Friends which I upload photos on. I also have reviews in my photos from Facebook :) if you do use my services please do leave a review! I am also on PetBacker. If in college I usually upload my timetable & work from that. I’m free all weekend usually every weekend. I have a 6 year old who loves dogs & cats. When I’m off college for the summer holidays I have way more availability than I do in college but I can work my schedule out during college hours and do weekends always. My garden is secure & fenced off. I have a dog crate, dog toys, dog bowls & enrichment activities. I can provide long walks & provide working exercises to keep their minds happy. I enjoy spending time with dogs and I’m always learning new things to then apply to your pooches to mentally stimulate them. If the dog is a chewer, I need to know. If they are & they are crate trained this will not be an issue. However - if they aren’t crate trained & I witness any chewing behaviours on furniture despite mental stimulation & walks & you’re unhappy with a crate trained dog (for their own safety & so they do not chew my walls through etc) then I have to turn them away I’m afraid. Any chasing behaviours of my cats, any growling behaviours towards cat or child & any negative behaviours in general that I deem a health & safety risk to the household I have to turn your dog away I’m afraid.
