Heather was really great! We have an elderly dog with mobility problems and she had no problems looking after him and keeping him company for the drop in sessions. Would definitely recommend for anyone with elderly or anxious dogs!

Katie came for drop in visits to check on both my dogs whilst I was away and she was fantastic, followed instructions which I left for her and they were both well looked after which put my mind at ease. Would defiantly recommend x

Alex was an absolutely wonderful dog sitter! I had absolutely no concerns leaving my dog with him (and his lovely wife Sarah and gorgeous dog Luna of course!) He is incredibly responsible and kind with Dougal, which made me feel so comfortable leaving him. Afterwards, Dougal was so happy (and tired out!) and my only concern is him wanting to stay with his new friends for longer and not wanting to come home !!

About: I've grown up with dogs, and since 2007 have owned my own - I currently have four dogs (and five cats). I have worked as a dog walker for years, and have recently retrained to work as a Dog Training Advisor. I work full time as a self-employed Dog Training Advisor, Canine Behaviourist and Dog Walker. I am available to work Mon-Fri, but do offer some weekend drop-ins, walks and training sessions too. As a Dog Trainer, I take the time to find out about your dog - their likes, needs, age, health, abilities and any behavioural issues. Although I do offer multiple dog walks, this is only ever done after dogs have been assessed for temperament. Dogs are kept on-lead until engagement has been built up, and are never let off lead if it is your request not to do so.

About: I previously had a Pomchi called Sandy who is now 2 years old, we got her from the young age of 9 weeks. From having Sandy, I’ve gained relevant experience in looking after a puppy/dog from puppy training, house training, walks & getting barking under control as much as possible. I also have had cats from a very young age (they live at my mums), I am an absolute animal lover & love taking care of pets, showing affection & love. I would take thorough care of any pet that comes into my care & it would be lovely for Sandy to have a friend as she is forever running around the house with new toys to play with! My dog loves having other pets round the house & so do we. I have a park just down the road where I regularly walk my dog, it’s a spacious park & a lovely walk for myself. Currently working Part Time with a maximum of 18.5 hours per week, I am available Thursday - Sunday full time at home but my dog stays at home Monday - Wednesday and I visit her on my dinner so she isn’t on her own for longer than 3 hours at a time. I have a fenced yard, my dog regularly spends time in the yard running around. At night time, Sandy has access to the living room & kitchen until bed time where she will then come upstairs and is welcome to sleep on the bed if she likes. This will be the same with any pet I look after. Plenty of time to play with your animals, I do work round the corner so can easily pop home on lunch too. I work 3 days a week so 4 days will be spent at home. I can provide a crate for your animal if you would prefer, they will be able to roam the house/yard freely and also can sleep where they like!

About: All my life my family has raised many happy and healthy animals and I've always had a love for other people's pets and wild animals. I will go above and beyond to provide safety and love for all creatures large or small. I am at my most happiest when I am caring for or spending time with animals. Its all I do in my spare time and would love to do it full time. I own a leopard gecko and small dog. Both I care for daily but I do have family in the house to help so I have spare time to help out friends and other family with there animal care too. I love to spend time with nature more than people

About: I am currently undergoing a diploma in Advanced Canine Behaviour through the British College of Canine Studies. I have had dogs and horses in my life for almost 30 years with experience of training dogs; I have recently rescued a young Spanish Podenco (hunting dog) and am going through staged training with him with a view to undergoing further Kennel Club awards and agility training. I work part-time and am available most Fridays and weekends to help with your furry friends at the moment. My aim is for the time I can offer to increase. I am hugely conscientious and safety-conscious. I will of course adapt to any needs required if possible at my own home, and will not hesitate to decline a job if I do not think it would work taking into account my own dog. In terms of sitting at an owner's home, I will abide by all rules and requirements and will always give your pet 100% and as much love, care and attention as I can possibly offer (more than any kennels could offer!). I know being away from their owners can cause stress and anxiety in dogs and will always do my best to help your dog through this if needed.

She has routinely looked after and cared for both family and friends dogs, both large and small breeds. I have no hesitation in sponsoring her for this application.

About: I have had multiple pets throughout the years so I am well personally experienced with domestic pets. Growing up with animals has reflected on who I am today as I am a big animal lover who genuinely treats all animals as if they were my own. I have looked after multiple family and friends pets whilst they’ve been away and have even helped some of them train their new puppies. I’ve volunteered at a few animal shelters, including going to Turkey to care for stray cats and dogs, which has taught me the amount of responsibility needed for animals. I am aspiring to become a veterinary nurse as I love spending time with animals, looking after them but also giving them the attention they deserve. I know I will be able to look after any animal that comes my way! At the moment I have lots of free time so I’ll be able to prioritise daily/weekly pet care and be able to put my full attention into it. My garden is fenced and gated so it is very secure for dogs to be running around in. If your animal needs assistance such as being crated I can also cater to that. The pets health is number one priority for me so I will always make sure their needs are met

About: I’ve have owned dogs and cats for the last 18 years, from puppies and kittens all the way through to Seniors. I now have two lovely house cats called Astrid & Angus who are Siamese X Ragdoll X British Shorthair. They’ve just turned 1 in June 2023. Due to working from home, I also regularly walk my mums dogs Coco, Betsy and Hetty and care for them during the week whilst she’s at work. I will treat your fur-babies like they are my own and ensure that the best possible care is provided to them. I work from home full time so I have the flexibility to work around yours and your pets needs when needed. I have full access to a vehicle Whatever your usual routine is, I can follow that, ensuring that your absence does not disrupt your pets daily routine. Lily was great with my senior dog giving him attention and love whenever he wanted. She cared for him just like her own. We were provided with updates throughout her care so we constantly knew how everything was going which put us more at ease. Our dog loved playing with her little dog. I would definitely ask Lily to care for my dog again.

About: PLEASE DO NOT ENQUIRE IF YOUR DOG CANNOT BE AROUND CATS AT ALL. THANK YOU. READ MY PROFILE CAREFULLY BEFORE ENQUIRING. I have been dog walking for 8 months & volunteer for doggy daycare (been there 2 years nearly). I am fully insured & can provide evidence upon request. I am looking to mostly gain experience as well as make some pooches and their owners happy. If you have anymore questions or need more information please don't hesitate to give me a message and I'll try to help in any way I can! Thank you all and looking forward to meeting you all and all the pooches too. Please note that my availability and schedule changes depending on my college timetable. Thanks. I have 4 cats of my own and a 4 year old son named raven. If your dog isn't good with children feel free to let me know & I can see if I can work around that. Weekdays I can only most likely do evenings unless summer holidays, where I will usually have availability all day. However weekends I am available all day. I like stimulating dogs mentally in all sorts of ways, from scent work games to dog treat puzzles, to walks and taking their environment in through scent & playing fetch. I also enjoy taking them places and booking in to dog parks as it gives us some off lead time & training can be involved within this for recall etc. I have a Facebook - Zephyrs Furry Friends which I upload photos on. I also have reviews in my photos from Facebook :) if you do use my services please do leave a review! I am also on PetBacker. If in college I usually upload my timetable & work from that. I’m free all weekend usually every weekend. I have a 6 year old who loves dogs & cats. When I’m off college for the summer holidays I have way more availability than I do in college but I can work my schedule out during college hours and do weekends always. My garden is secure & fenced off. I have a dog crate, dog toys, dog bowls & enrichment activities. I can provide long walks & provide working exercises to keep their minds happy. I enjoy spending time with dogs and I’m always learning new things to then apply to your pooches to mentally stimulate them. If the dog is a chewer, I need to know. If they are & they are crate trained this will not be an issue. However - if they aren’t crate trained & I witness any chewing behaviours on furniture despite mental stimulation & walks & you’re unhappy with a crate trained dog (for their own safety & so they do not chew my walls through etc) then I have to turn them away I’m afraid. Any chasing behaviours of my cats, any growling behaviours towards cat or child & any negative behaviours in general that I deem a health & safety risk to the household I have to turn your dog away I’m afraid.
