About: I have two cats and one dog of my own, so I truly understand how much pets mean to their families. I grew up with cats and have cared for them my whole life — from playful kittens to older, more independent cats. I also volunteer at a local doggy day care, where I help look after dogs of all breeds and sizes. On top of that, I take my own dog to training classes, so I’m confident handling dogs with different personalities and energy levels. I work full-time for the NHS on a bi-weekly shift pattern, so my schedule stays the same every two weeks. I keep my calendar updated so you always know when I’m free for dog walks, cat visits, or last-minute help. My consistent routine means your pet’s care will always be reliable and stress-free. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priority. I have experience handling animals in different environments — from my own home with my two cats and dog, to volunteering at a busy doggy day care. I know how to keep pets calm, secure, and happy, whether we’re out on a walk, playing at home, or just having a quiet cuddle. About: I provide calm, attentive and individualised care for dogs in a quiet home environment overlooking Corporation Park in Blackburn, with easy access to larger walking areas including Witton Park and Billinge Woods. I have a background in occupational therapy studies, which has shaped the way I now approach dog care. I pay close attention to behaviour, routine, body language and individual needs rather than treating every dog the same way. Some dogs need more activity and engagement, others need a calmer and more predictable environment, and I adapt accordingly. As a child, and teenager, our family pet (a Jack Russell) gave me an early understanding of canine behaviour and communication. More recently, I have gained additional hands-on experience helping care for dogs with varying temperaments and energy levels. I enjoy walking, hiking and trail running, so active dogs are very welcome, but I also value structure and calm routines. Walks are purposeful and suited to the individual dog, and evenings are generally relaxed and settled to help dogs feel secure and comfortable away from home. At the moment I am taking time away from my studies, which means I have the flexibility and availability to dedicate proper time and attention to the dogs in my care rather than fitting them around a busy schedule. I offer home boarding, walks, and house sitting, and I aim to create an environment where dogs feel safe, understood and well looked after. For first bookings, I prefer to arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand so I can understand your dog’s routine, behaviour and needs, and make sure everyone feels comfortable and settled. At the moment I have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give dogs consistent attention, regular walks and a calm home environment throughout the day. I enjoy walking, hiking and trail running, so active dogs are very welcome, but I also adapt to dogs who prefer a slower pace and more routine-based care. I live in a quiet area overlooking Corporation Park in Blackburn, with access to larger parks and woodland walking routes nearby. I take a calm, observant and individual approach to dog care, paying close attention to behaviour, routine and comfort levels. I also arrange meet-and-greets before bookings to help make sure everyone feels comfortable and the environment is a good fit.

About: I have been surrounded by dogs my entire life. Sally was the first and a Jack Russel cross with fox terrier (we think). She was with us until the grand age of 20. During this time we also had Sally and older rescue dog. I now have Simba, who is an crazy springer Spaniel. My dog is my baby and I would treat your dog with the same care and attention. If you have specific requirements or you have any questions please feel free to message. I am currently working as part of the emergency services however I will be leaving in August for a role with a better work-life- balance. I will not show my self available if I am not able to dedicate the time for your dog. I am flexible to you and your dogs needs. I am available to look after your dog in your home and if you just need your dog walking whilst you are at work, ill or otherwise unavailble then that is where I can assist.

About: I have two very well trained and behaved dogs, Wispa and Mavis, and lifelong experience of dog ownership. I can accommodate all types of friendly dog into usual walks and I drive to a large enclosed field at least once daily, with a separate park walk too. Love dogs, enclosed garden, won't be left any longer than you feel comfortable. Your dogs will have their own room at night I work at home so I'm always around the house. Lunchtime walk nearby and a long evening off lead walk (if allowed) at an enclosed field is our routine, as my dogs have a lot of energy to burn off. Dogs have an enclosed back garden, and I have a large front garden too. Your dog will have its own room at night away from our dogs. Lots of attention and won't be left any longer than you say. I have two dogs, Wispa and Mavis, who I see all day working from home. I walk my dogs at least twice daily, lunchtime and evening, and they are seldom left. I have a car so drive out for a walk every evening in an enclosed space to throw a ball. I have always owned dogs and have experience with many breeds and sizes. My spare room will be your dog's in the evening for the stay, away from my dogs.

About: My doggie died a few months back after 14 years , grown up around dogs & horses! Previous dog sitting & walking neighbourhood dogs! I have looked after dogs from puppies, to elderly dogs, it’s part of my nature and comes very naturally! I call myself the dog whisperer:) I am self employed, moved from London to Darwen. So I move my own schedule around and I find myself very bored most of the time. I feel a big gap in my life currently since my dog passed away, and would really love to get back into looking after dogs! I live in a 3 bedroom house, pretty much on my own. My partner works full time, 6 days a week. I have access to a lot of space , and a fenced garden. Easy access to beautiful countryside walks.

About: I have looked after so many of my family and friends dogs so I have plenty of experience with different sizes and temperaments of animals and am equipped to take care of them. I love dogs and thought this would be a great way to spend my time while at university away from my dogs at home. I’m currently a student at the University of Surrey doing paramedic science and am in Tuesday and Friday so have plenty of free time during the week. I take care of my dogs and for family members and friends taking them out for walks, feeding them and playing with them inside and out.

About: I’ve been caring for others cats and dogs for a few years now but started walking and sitting over the last two years. Many in my village have trusted me to care for both their cats and dogs including household with both. I love animals and have been known to take great care of the animals in the owners absence. I’m currently a full time uni student with time to spare especially at weekends. However I have free time during the week to take your pet out for walks or toilet breaks. In owners homes I have put the pet in a crate over night and managed the areas the pet is allowed to go well. I take great care of your furry family members as well as the home. I’ve administered eye drops and medications along with food and breaks outside for your pets.

About: Hi! We are Jess and Andy! I understand it's really difficult leaving your fur baby and entrusting them with a complete stranger, but they will be so loved and in completely safe hands. We've had the absolute privilege of looking after many different pets! 🐱 Cats: I have helped to train from kitten age, right up until their twilight years. 🐶 Dogs: we have petsat for a wide variety of dog breeds and simply loved them all. We are very experienced with dogs, having both grown up with them and later had them as an adults. 🐶🐱The dream would be to buy a field and have as many pets as possible😅😂 Until then, we give all our attention and TLC to yours☺️ 🐶🐱 We are completely comfortable with administering medication to both cats and dogs as have had to do it on numerous occasions. - For example; we pet-sat two Staffordshire bull terriers and had to give one eye-treatment 4x a day for a week. - Our family cat, Rolo, lasted until he was 17 but had numerous health issues in the end which required that extra time and care. 🐶 We have been trusted with looking after a two year old Rhodesian Ridgeback. He needed a lot of training so I attended two training sessions with the trainer per week. 🐶🐱 We are mindful that it's hard not being around your pet and make it our duty to send regular photos and messages keeping you updated on how they are. 🐶🐱 If you would like us to stay in your house to look after your pet we are aware of not only being in a new space, but a home. Andy and I are respectful of the space and like to keep things neat, tidy and sparkling clean. Andy works 9-5 but loves coming home to pets and giving them even more love when he's back. We live in an incredibly safe neighbourhood! I've lived here all my life and everyone here is lovely. We live opposite a leafy park which we would make full use of to run and play! There are also longer walks available on our doorstep. If you didn't want them to leave our house, or leave your space, that is totally understandable. I work from home most of the time so I can come to you and provide lots of love and attention to your beloved while you're away. This is a non-smoking child-free household and we are fortunate to not have disruptive neighbours nearby. It would just be Andy and myself, or just me, and we absolutely adore animals. We don't have our own currently as we like to travel but if we did we'd feel more than comfortable raising a pet in our home.

About: Academically, I hold a Level 3 Technical Diploma in Animal Management and recently graduated with a 2:1 in Wildlife Conservation with Zoo Biology, earning a First for my dissertation. Whether you have a playful puppy, or a senior pet needing extra TLC, I’ve got the knowledge, experience, and genuine passion to care for them like they’re my own. About: Thankyou for viewing my profile! I’m 20 years old, I have 2 years pet care experience that I completed at Myerscough college, however, I have owned pets, particularly dogs my whole life! It is my dream to set up my own dog walking business and be my own boss! I joined rover to earn a little bit of extra money for my family. I hold a full drivers license. Being a dog owner, I know they mean more to us then ‘just pets’. I assure you I will take care of your pet as my own and give them the best experience while they’re with me. I am currently unemployed, as I have a 1 year old daughter who is not yet in nursery. However, I have adequate childcare for her. I am fully flexible Monday-Friday for dog walking, dog sitting, drop ins etc. I have 2 dogs of my own, so your dog would need to be friendly with others, if you wanted to board your dog with me. I have an large enclosed yard, but this is stones/decking, not grass. I also have a young child, so your dog/s must be okay being around children. Preferably I would choose to pet sit/ board animals in the owners home. As the animal will be familiar with is surroundings, and this works better for me with my schedule. I am able to follow any instructions/ commands you leave me for your pet such as feeding times/walks etc.

About: I've looked after dogs personally for over 26 years. I've trained puppies and I've trained older dogs. I'm super fit as I go to the gym and walk miles each week. I currently work from home so I can provide a personal service for your dog any day all day. If you would like me to visit your home then that is OK also. I also have a dbs certificate for peace of mind I have a fenced yard and a open house where the dog can walk and play. I have leads and dog bowls and food if necessary
