About: I've grown up with pets all of my life and my wife and I have had several dogs and cats during our 30 years together. I've often been called upon to look after my family and friends cats and dogs, and love spending time with them, and I'm hoping I can do the same for you. Every pet has its own personality and that's part of the joy of getting to meet and getting to know them. I have spare time when I hope to be spending time meeting new dog and cat friends, looking after them, letting them play and going for walks. It's important, I believe, that a pet is given time to get to know and build trust in me. It's also important that they get those all important cuddles and play. I like to go on walks that are familiar to your dog and, if thought ok by the you, a few new walks too. I always consider the weather temperatures when caring for any pet, whether it is too hot or very cold and wet. Dogs and cats like attention, and that is what I would give them.

About: I I have 40 years of experience with many different breeds of dogs and cats. I love the outdoors and nature and can guarantee your dog will fully enjoy themselves on walks with me! I have a large pet crate and steps for easy travelling. I work part time from home with flexible hours selling vintage clothing. So I have lots of time to get out there walking. Short notice bookings most welcome. I can ensure your pet is fully taken care of to the schedule and requirements you need. I have dog crates, blankets and seat belts in the car. I carry a collapsible water bowl and water for your dog, doggy bags are also supplied.

About: I have grown up with two Labradors, I now have a Rottweiler. I often look after family members dogs and walk my neighbours dogs when needed. I love teaching dogs new skills at any age! I work a 9-5 from home, I go to my office once a month, however if this date falls on the day I’m looking after your pets I will inform you and I can usually change the date with prior notice, meaning I’ll have lots of time to spend with your dogs! I love the outdoors so I would enjoy walking them for however long is needed My house is gated off so your pets will be safe. I have space for a crate if your dog would be more comfortable in a crate

About: Passionate about animals, especially cats and had cats since childhood, including Tennant, my current cat, named after a Doctor Who actor as I am a geek. In addition, done Animal Care Nursing assistant L2. Other hobbies are doing my freelance art work, gaming and going comic cons and geeky meet ups. Has recently got a DBS as helps out at a local Cub Scout group. I have had a dog previously for 5 years but due to my living situation, unable to get a dog. I am able to pick up their poo, give them play, give them adequate walks, administer meds and even bathe them. Best result is to give me instructions on paper. No current employment, other than freelance artist and volunteering with Cubs. Has a cat of my own. Able most days but would prefer to book in week advance. I sadly can’t let dogs and other animals stay at my place due to my tenant’s agreement. The safety I need to raise is, I can definitely accommodate for those with additional needs, including neurodivergence (autism, ADHD) and I am neurodivergent myself. Will ask you questions about the health and safety for best outcome for your pet and myself.

Our own dog Lucy sadly passed away in 2017 and we haven't had the pleasure of having our own baby since, so we like to put all that love and care into looking after other people's companions. I am experienced with senior dogs/cats and can administer medication if need be, as our poor girl needed a lot of care in her old age. I am also fully insured and covered for things such as accidents, illness, injuries and property/possession damage. I am passionate about animals and my love for them means I will do my utmost to ensure your fur baby is always in the best hands. I strive to consistently go above and beyond for you and your loyal companion and always treat your pets as though they were my own, which means lots of cuddles, treats and love. I understand the importance of trust and security and can assure you that your fur babies are in the best hands. If necessary, I can provide enrichment activities for anxious dogs, we have licky mats, and I can on request provide extra things if necessary, all designed to soothe an anxious dog. We also have plenty of toys and blankets for your dogs comfort. It'll be their home away from home! All dog related paraphernalia are thourgougly cleaned and disinfected daily. I live in a house with a fenced garden, so your dogs can have a potter whenever they want in a safe and secure environment, and live close to many beautiful walking areas and woodland which I'm sure the doggies will love and enjoy. They will be on their own little holiday! I am at home mostly all the time and I can therefore offer a lot of flexibility if necessary. I am available 7 days a week, but please ensure sufficient availability as sometimes the rover calendar doesn't reflect this due to glitches. We do allow dogs on all furniture as I see them as part of the family. I am also willing to use a crate if that's what your dog would prefer but I'm more than happy to snuggle up with them. When I do drop ins and house sits, I will wholly respect your home and space and leave it exactly how I found it, and ensure to follow any and all care planes outlined by you so you can enjoy your time away stress free. I can also water your plants if need be or any other odds and ends that may need attending to whilst you are gone.

About: Caring, careful, can look after the pets well, treat them like children, give them company and talk to them all day, pay attention to what they need. I am currently not working so I have a plenty of time for your pets looking forward to spending time with them, can’t wait to hug them! Your pet will get all the love it could possibly get. Most of my weekly activities are flexible so I can spend as much or as little time as your pets needs. weekends are mostly for longer walks in different trails. I have a fully enclosed garden, luna mostly chills out there. Plenty of space to play too. I'm am early riser, so when its hot walks are early, in a nearby trail.

I have a lot of personal experience with caring for animals - we've always had animals in our household ever since I was a baby, and I'm often called upon to see to my neighbour's ever-expanding fur family when she's away. I have a nine year old Alsatian named Marshall and three adorable cats called Kevin (5), Keith (5) and Crystal (17). All my fur babies are full of life, energetic and love to keep me on my toes. Caring for them is an absolute blessing and it has encouraged me to start working towards a career in animal care. I'm a part-time bartender, but work flexible hours and days so can be completely flexible and will accommodate yours and your fur baby's needs as much as possible. I'm more than happy to keep you updated and send regular pictures! I know how difficult it can be being away from them! I work part-time in a local pub and my hours range from mid-day to evening to late night shifts. My hours and days can be flexible, so I can be fully flexible to suit your needs. My family have always had dogs, big and small, so I’m really comfortable with different breeds, personalities, and energy levels. I’ve also grown up with cats, including different breeds, so I understand how varied their needs and temperaments can be too. Alongside my own pets, and families pets, I’ve also done dog and cat sitting for a family friend, which included giving insulin injections to their diabetic dog and caring for their senior cat. About: I have recently gained my level 5 pet care qualification alongside canine first aid. I have two dogs who are both rescued, I have always had cats and dogs since being young. I do pet care as a full time job, this may include drop ins once or twice daily, 30 minute walks, play and company for the duration of time iam with your pet. My experience: •I was a dog walker in Spain for over a year and volunteered at animal shelters working with cats and dogs • I did work experience at a doggy daycare in Bury • I hold a City & Guilds Lvl 2 Certificate of Competence in Dog Walking and Technical Certificate in Animal Care, Lvl 3 Technical Diploma in Animal Management, just completed my HND in Animal Behaviour, and I am currently doing my top up into a BsC in Wildlife Conservation and Zoo Science while I also volunteer at a wildlife rescue! This should give an idea of just how much animals are a big part of my life, and their wellbeing is my priority- your pet will be in great hands with me :) I have just gotten back on Rover.
