She was very attentive to Aspen's needs and made sure she used the same command words that we use. Hannah was really flexible about timings as I had to change our time last minute. Hannah came and picked Aspen up and dropped him home after. She was due to be gone for 30mins but took him for slightly longer which was so helpful.
