“Heidi has looked after Giles perfectly again! We have a 3 year old ragdoll cat that underwent a teeth extraction operation a couple of months ago. It was quite taxing on Giles, so we were a little apprehensive leaving him whilst we were away, but as usual Heidi went above and beyond. She made sure we were updated through the entire booking with videos and photos, letting us know how he was with his eating, sleeping and toilet trips. On top of that, she was so supportive and very patient with us in our communication; we made the (in hindsight, mad) decision to travel around Rome with our 3 month old baby, so our organisation was scattered to say the least - but she took dealing with two new parents with a lot on their plate in her stride. It was such a relief to know we could trust her with Giles, knowing he was being perfectly cared for when we couldn't get to the phone as much as we would have liked. We've booked Heidi multiple times now and will be sure to again - we came back to a happy, pampered and content cat! Thank you Heidi.”

About: I have always had pets growing up. I have previously worked for the RSPCA as an animal carer, I have experience with all sizes of dogs and cats from very young to very old. As well as private dog sitting/walking in the past. I am comfortable grooming animals as well. About: As an AuDHD person, like many other neurodivergent people, I connect with animals very easily and love to spend time around them. I was born into a house that already had a cat so I have been around animals of one kind or another since day dot. Over the years my family have had cats, hamsters, rabbits, and a dog. While living with friends I’ve helped take care of small reptiles too. Since having my own place I’ve had cats and rabbits. I currently have 2 cats who I love with all my heart. I take care of a friend’s dog, a 6-year-old cockapoo with the energy of a puppy called Cooper, semi-regularly & help an elderly woman down the road with her dog walks now she can’t go as far as she once could. Since I work from home and have no children, your pets will have all the company & attention they could ask for with me! I own my own small business, work from home and don’t have any children so I am available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This also means that I can continue to work from your home if necessary so your pet will have all the company they could wish for! While I’m taking care of your pet I am also taking care of your home. Your place will of course stay clean and tidy and I’m happy to get on top of anything you need doing while I’m there if you would like me to. Even if I am only stopping in rather than staying to take care of your pet, your home is their home too so it will be looked after just as well as they will be!

“We’ve had Sam walking our old staffy cross everyday whilst we’ve been on holiday and we’ve been very happy with the service. He turned up on time everyday and walked his sufficiently to his ability. I got regular updates and pictures throughout the day which was so reassuring. I picked them up this morning and I think they would have quite happily stayed with Tracy and Dani. They are staying next week and I can go away confident and relaxed knowing my boys are in the best place and will be well looked after.. thank you so much Ladies, Highly recommended 🤩”

“Sarah and Kevin were wonderful at looking after our dog and sent daily updates where he was clearly having the BEST time! They took such good care of him he was genuinely reluctant to leave when we picked him up!! They have the biggest dog toy box and a lovely garden for the dogs to play in and have nice walks to go on. I really loved that Sarah and Kevin took time to understand our dog's characteristics and behaviour! We would definitely recommend Sarah and Kevin and would not hesitate to use them again!
