About: Hello! I’m new to the pet sitting world, however since moving to Manchester City centre only a couple of weeks ago I’ve already sat for a few of the residents in my building- both cats and dogs. I’ve got experience of previously having my own springer spaniel (crazy but fun!) they definitely prepare you for any situation 🐕 I’ve moved from Bolton to Manchester so I’m still fairly local to ‘home’ where my family cat, Twix is my main highlight when I go back to Bolton, he’s independent and affectionate when he wants to be and I’ve grown up with him so I’m also comfortable around cats too. Would love for the opportunity to look after your pet in a safe and fun environment! I work from home most days and I’m also very flexible when I go to the office making my availability fairly open. Myself and my boyfriend are around each evening and usually free on weekends! I live in an 18th floor, secure apartment within Manchester City centre The apartment features a communal outdoor terrace, is pet friendly- for both cats and dogs It also has a courtyard to play ball/ for dogs to go to the toilet etc and is shaded so very cool especially for this weather. About: Hi! I’m Jess (jess_sits_pets_xo) I have grown up around animals and have had the pleasure of owning two cats in my own flat up until recently. I have experience with paid dog walking and dog sitting for up to 1 week for up to 2 dogs at a time in my flat, including Chihuahuas, a Miniature Pinscher and Shih Tzus. This included regular walks, toilet break and regular play times! I am happy to adapt to your pets style of living as I allow cats and dogs on my furniture. I enjoy driving to the countryside for walks and feel it would be great to take a dog along for a walk for the day! “Saffron and her partner were BEYOND amazing with our two timid at first kitties. They played and fed them, even clearing the litter box when it was a little too full. Before booking they came and spent some time meeting our cats and getting to know their little personalities a bit, which we were so impressed and happy with. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better to look after our two cats while we were away for 5 days. Liz was incredible from the very first meet & greet. She was so thorough and really took the time to get to know both of the boys, their personalities, their routines and exactly what they needed. While we were away, we got daily updates along with the cutest pictures and videos and it meant we could properly relax knowing they were happy & so well looked after. Wouldn’t have wanted to leave my baby girl 🐱 in anyone’s hands other than Natalie’s as I went away on holiday. It was my first time using Rover having recently moved with no friends or family nearby and her responses were especially prompt - we got a meet and greet arranged in no time and my cat is usually timid and shy around new people but she was relaxed around Natalie, which was a really good sign. Natalie was kind enough to check-in before the visit and I looked forward to her check-in updates as they were thorough and included plenty of pictures. If I were to go away again, I’d definitely look to use Natalie as well as recommend her to anyone looking for a friendly face to take care of your pets! No doubt you’ll feel at peace knowing they’re being well looked after.
We were really happy with the care our two cats received. Sum Yin Y. was kind, reliable and clearly loves animals. She kept us updated while we were away, which gave us great peace of mind, and it was lovely knowing they were in such good hands. We would definitely recommend Sum Yin and ask her to come and help us with our furry friends.
Really fantastic - on top of being so sweet, GG really went above and beyond to take care of my kitties. I got tons of pictures and videos every day, plus full reports on everything going on: from the state of the litter to the cats' moods to any instances of vomits or other causes for concern. She was even willing to stop by for one extra visit when my plane was delayed 5 hours, so the kitties wouldn't go unfed. 5 stars, would give more if I could - will definitely book again next time I go on holiday. Thank you for taking such good care of the babies!

I can’t recommend Joanna enough. She was so sweet and caring with my little cat and put me at ease throughout the entire process. It was seamless communicating with Joanna and I especially appreciated the detailed report cards, it mentioned how sometimes he wasn’t that social and things usually a cat sitter would prefer to omit, but adding them and having the reassurance that the report card reflects exactly what is happening put me at such ease during my trip. Will definitely be booking again!

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
