About: I stay local to the Chinley area and only take one dog out at a time, or more if the dogs live together. My experience with pets includes having worked at a dog rescue centre, where I cared for dogs of all ages, and sizes — from nervous newcomers to high energy pups. It was hard not to take them all home! I have hands-on experience with walking, basic training, and building trust with dogs who need extra patience and love. Whether it’s a playful puppy or a senior in need of gentle care, I find out their unique needs from the owners and help them feel safe, calm, and happy. I am highly experienced with cat care and have looked after horses also. I will show love to any pet that needs a bit of time from me. I work from home so can come to look after your pet before I start work at 8 and after I finish work at 5, I can also call in at lunch and in the evenings. I have Friday afternoons free also. Im from Chinley and stay within a close distance of the village. I treat your home with the same care and respect I give your pet. I follow your instructions closely, maintain a calm, clean environment, and keep doors, windows, and routines secure for your pet’s safety. I stay attentive to any changes in behaviour or health and always keep you updated, so you can feel confident and at ease while you're away.

About: I’ve always had dogs growing up, mainly German shepherds, Rottweilers and even tiny dogs like Cavapoos and jack Russell’s, I spend my spare time going on new adventures with my own dog Darcy, I’ve only just started my business but I excel in new challenges like basic training, working on recall and lead pulling so you and your dog can then go on amazing adventures together. Working with puppies is something I’ve always wanted to do aswell as they can pick things up so much quicker and who wouldn’t want to spend there time playing with puppies. I’m currently working Part time so il have loads of time to spend with your animals, which will include fun walks, cuddles and lots of treats. Your animals will be spoilt and will be treated as if they were my own, morning and evening walks for your fur babies, if it’s just cats then it will include playing around the house with toys, plenty of cuddles and affection. They will never be left for longer than 3-4 hours Il be offering pet sitting at owners homes so will follow all instructions that you leave for your fur babies to be looked after, whether that’s daily medication at specific times, vet visits, il make sure we stick to your animals normal routines so they don’t feel too much of a change, they’ll be treated as if they were my own animals and will get lots of attention and mental stimulation

About: I've grown up with animals in the Peak District since being 6 years old and had my first pet care job at 13. I hold a Dog Training Diploma (CPD, QLS) and Canine first aid qualification (CPD, UKRLP) meaning that you can be confident in my care of your canine friend. A great lover of the outdoors I am out hiking or running in the beautiful surroundings of the Peak District daily with my own rescue hound Rupert. I've grown up with dogs of all sizes and been lucky enough to have three of my own rescues. My current boy Rupert was adopted at 11 weeks and I have trained him to be a friendly and obedient beast (he's 45kgs!). I have a dog training diploma and canine first aid qualification and I'm in the process of studying for diplomas in dog behaviour and nutrition to formalise my experience. I would want to know everything from you about your pets needs, from daily routine to key voice commands to ensure a safe and trusting environment is maintained. I'd follow your lead on their needs and work within the four pillars of of the positively approach (as taught by Victoria Stilwell; appreciate the dogs point of view, recognise and meet the dogs needs, understand and apply positive training/ leadership, avoid fear and intimidation).

About: I've owned pets - cats, dogs, chickens, ducks, rabbits and Guinea pigs - since childhood and have owned every age from kittens and puppies up to seniors and am comfortable with every personality of cat (as we all know that they're not always in the socialising mood!) I'm currently working remotely 3 days a week and am available on weekends. My days from home are fairly flexible each week. I'm also available most weekends. I currently have my own dog who I walk daily, so could either take on walks with another dog, or could do drop-ins and walks independently. As I have a toddler, I'm not able to bring other pets into my home; however, I can do drop ins and walks for pets who are staying within their own home. This could either be with my lovely labradoodle or on their own - whichever your pet would prefer!

About: Taken care of dogs for over 13 years.. cocker spaniels, labs, goldens retrievers and more. From playing, walking and just sitting with them, I love it. Looked after a couple of cats for 3 years whilst at uni too so happy to look after any furry friend. I'm currently managing a few health issues whilst finishing my university dissertation remotely and otherwise currently very much available to look after your pet! Week days and weekends are equally free for short or extended periods in my current circumstances so please reach out if you're after a sitter or just after someone to pop in to feed, let-out or walk your dog(s)/cat(s)!! Currently at home I'll feed, walk and pet Zoe (my dog). She's getting a bit old so I make sure to keep on top of her meds and keep the door into the garden open for her to roam freely if she needs the toilet or just a sniff and explore around the garden. If at other homes, I'll practice the same level of care and attention needed as well as plenty of walks whilst typing up my dissertation with any mini breaks I can find during their naps. I'm very outdoorsy so walking the dog(s) close to home or driving to be further a field in the hills or the beach to explore is all on the table :) Will find plenty of time for them as I can mostly work around other commitments at the moment.

About: I’ve taken care of a number of dogs and cats over the years as well as done drop in visits for exotic animals! I started off walking neighbours dogs alongside my family dog, as well as dropping in to feed animals and give them loads of love! I also have experience caring for animals with illnesses who need additional care and medication. I babysit in the evenings and clean early in the morning, but the rest of my day can be dedicated to caring for, walking, and looking after any animals :) I have my own indoor cat who I love dearly and is extremely spoiled!! I am a kind and caring animal person who loves to ensure all animals are safe and happy! Any needs your animal may have I can adjust to, making sure they get their needs met alongside all the lovings!!!

About: I have grown up with family pets including horses, fish, birds, hamsters and mostly dogs! I was a regular Borrow My Doggy walker and have provided overnight dog sitting for family and friends. Dogs I have cared for and grown up with include cairn terrier, lurcher, cockapoo, beagle, mixed breed. A year ago I rescued my first cat Willow from the RSPCA and have never looked back! She's been the best addition to our family. My main job is a registered nurse. I've been a cancer/palliative care nurse for 26 years so if you're looking for someone who is thoughtful, caring, reliable and trustworthy that's just who I am. My availability will be mostly ad hoc on my days off and holidays. I work to a monthly rota in my main job as a registered nurse so pet drop ins, walks and sitting will fit in around this. *Message me for dates from August '26 onwards - current availability released for April, May, June and July* I will be guided by you and care for your pets as you would; how you manage their behaviour, walking on or off the lead, feeding, cleaning and providing love and attention. I will also respect and care for your home during drop ins and overnight stays. I have always stood by the saying, "treat others as you would want to be treated yourself".

About: I have always loved animals and I would love to be able help help with your pets. I will always have treats and toys on hand to keep your dog or cats happy. I also have lots of enrichment for dogs if they come to my house. I will always make sure I put your pets needs first. I have also volunteered at a kennels so I can learn more about dog and what then need. I will always keep you in the loop with everything about your dog or cat I will send pictures and let you know they are safe and happy. And if something would to go wrong I will try my best to help the situation but I will also let you know what is happening. I work part time mostly cleaning but have free time on weekends and after work. I'm just hoping I can do something to help out. I will listen to everything I'm told carefully and make sure I follow it so that no animal should have a the opportunity to run away or hurt themselves.

About: Ever since i was little i have always owned and been around dogs. I have always adored them and think they deserve the world. I have trained Border Collies from the puppy stage all the way to adulthood. It’s hard but hard work pays off! From lead training to obedience to recall. We’ve also had our own Jack Russells who can be hard to train as-well! They're both a working breed so require a lot more time put into them and their mind stimulated so I'm not afraid of hard work with your furry friends! Recently ive took the leap to make this my full time job along with my own dog walking business called Heathcotes Cloud K9 (on facebook and now on google) so will have plenty of time plus the weekend for your pets. Just enquire and I'm sure with no doubt i can fit you in! Your pet could even join in the fun during my time pet sitting them. I have my own border collie who is a working dog so i know how it can be with dogs regarding trust and safety. We can always take things slow if you have any nervous animals i am very patient and understanding. I will always meet your animals needs.

About: I have had experience with dogs since 2 years old, I have trained various dogs and assisted in taking caring of family and friends dogs. I have experience, feeding, caring and bathing pets. I work Monday - Friday. 9 till 5. I can do morning or evening drop ins or walks and weekends I can board pets. They will be cared for as if they are my own. I have a gated large garden which is secure, we own one chocolate labrador, she is 11 years old and is super friendly and good with all dogs and cats.

About: I have been around dogs since I was a child, my grandparents always had boxer dogs who were crazy energetic and who I created special bonds with even at a young age. I now have the pleasure of having 3 dogs in my life. My own 3 year old Spaniel. My partners 3 year old German Shepherd. My Aunties 7 year old Spaniel. All of which I walk, train and love endlessly (obviously this goes without saying for my own). I am a performer so I am in and out of work. So my flexibility and availability is extremely good for the most part of the year. In your home I will tailor my care to fit your guidance and your dogs needs. I will provide fun and playful care making sure your dog is entertained, entertained and fed and watered.

About: I've grown up with dogs ever since I was a baby. I currently have a 3 month old pup and two family dog who live with my mum (one of which is a lockdown pup) & they are my world. Walks, cuddles and play time are my favourite. I'm that person who will pay more attention to the dog walking past then the person. I have a working from home role so I am able to come and go as I please or schedule in walks when needed. This also means I can move my working space to somewhere suitable. My own pup gets a few walks throughout the day and lots of cuddles, so I will always work around to make sure they don't loose out also. I moved to manchester (glossop) from southampton in may 2023. Unfortunately luna and darcey are family dogs (luna is my weimaraner in my profile photo) so they have remained at home with my parents and siblings. However.....we have recently got our own fur baby, hunter who is the weimaraner pup in my photos. He is so wonderfully behaved with the sweetest nature. He is great. I still have so much free time on my hands and wanted to extend this to pub sitting, walking and cuddles. About: Hello, my name is Ella, I am a keen animal lover!! I often visit friends just to spend time with their dogs and cats! Growing up, me and my Nana's dog Charlie spent a lot of time together on the beach. He would actually only go in the sea if I went in first! I have lived with Cats for the past 8 years and was the No1 pet sitter on my street growing up. I love building a bond with animals as they have so much love this share and it's like you are communicating on another level. I work as an Arts and Horticulture Facilitator with lots of different people including vulnerable young people so have a full DBS check with no criminal record. I pride myself on being trustworthy, kind and caring. I look forward to meeting and taking care of your gorgeous little babies and keeping them safe while your are away. I am a freelancer so can often stay with your animals so they get lots of attention from me. Or I can visit them Inbetween my work. I will take things at the pase your animal prefers and we will get to know each other and hopefully become close. I am happy to give your pet as much space or as much love as they want. As well as giving your animal some food and a lot of attention I'll change litter trays, give treats and brush your pets if they enjoy that. I can also give tablets where they can be put into their food, but I would need to discuss administer pills by hand. I'm happy to collect your post, water and check plants while you're away. If there are any other odd jobs in the house I can do to give you peace of mind, I'm happy to discuss this with you - just let me know! Also I can send updates and pictures too.

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs my whole life and have my own little cockapoo, Willow, who’s currently back home while I complete my biology degree. Here in Manchester, I regularly care for friends dogs and other pets, giving me hands on experience with a variety of breeds and personalities. I treat every dog like my own - offering plenty of love, attention and tailored care. I have recently finished my studies and have a lot of free time over the summer for pet care! Wether that be daily walking or a weekend onboarding I make sure pets in my care get plenty of toilet breaks, with green spaces just outside my home and plenty of great walking routes nearby. I also have access to a car, so I can take dogs to larger parks for longer walks and proper exercise. When caring for pets in their own homes, I always follow the owners instructions and ensure each pet feels safe, loved and well looked after.
