“Teddy stayed at Holme and away for the first time and he absolutely loved it, he loved it that much he didn’t want to come home!!😂 We received lots of pictures and videos of Teddy during his stay and it was so lovely to see how much fun he was having during his stay. “We are over the moon with Sarasa, Alex & Coco. They have welcomed our corgi pup into their home and treat her like one of the family and gave us some really good advice with being new puppy owners. “Would highly recommend Beth for boarding/ sitting. Beth had Pippin for one night. We arranged a meet and greet first which immediately put our minds at ease and allowed Pippin and Barney to meet and make sure they got on ok. It was warm weather when Pippin was staying over and Beth had already planned out the stay to ensure Pippin was comfortable; including early morning and late evening walks to avoid the hot weather and also prepping some frozen goodies for them! Beth shared regular updates including photos of walks and feeding. Barney is a lovely boy who was happy to welcome another dog into the house. We will certainly use Beth again”

Such a welcoming home from home for Maggie.Karen was so reassuring and has such a calmness about her. We did a visit and a walk first to meet her and her lovely dog Reggie before Maggie had her first sleepover. Karen sent several videos and photos over the 2 days ,totally reassuring us Maggie was absolutely fine and very happy....asleep on the sofa,playing on the bed and out for a walk. About: I cat-sit for both of my sisters when they go on holiday. These range from young adults to elderly cats requiring daily medication. My sister once brought home a pregnant stray cat and I helped nurse her, and was present when she gave birth to 3 beautiful kittens. I stayed with her for the first week, to help watch over the kittens whilst my sister went to work. I have also looking after various animals on a small holding whilst the owners went on holiday. This included cats, reptiles, poultry, pigs and sheep.
About: I’ve taken care of cats most of my life as I’ve always had them as pets growing up, recently looked after my friends for 2 weeks, he has a Bengal who is beautiful, our last family cat was a Maine Coon called Dylan who was honestly the best cat.

About: Taken care of dogs for over 13 years.. cocker spaniels, labs, goldens retrievers and more. From playing, walking and just sitting with them, I love it. Looked after a couple of cats for 3 years whilst at uni too so happy to look after any furry friend. I'm currently managing a few health issues whilst finishing my university dissertation remotely and otherwise currently very much available to look after your pet! Week days and weekends are equally free for short or extended periods in my current circumstances so please reach out if you're after a sitter or just after someone to pop in to feed, let-out or walk your dog(s)/cat(s)!! Currently at home I'll feed, walk and pet Zoe (my dog). She's getting a bit old so I make sure to keep on top of her meds and keep the door into the garden open for her to roam freely if she needs the toilet or just a sniff and explore around the garden. If at other homes, I'll practice the same level of care and attention needed as well as plenty of walks whilst typing up my dissertation with any mini breaks I can find during their naps. I'm very outdoorsy so walking the dog(s) close to home or driving to be further a field in the hills or the beach to explore is all on the table :) Will find plenty of time for them as I can mostly work around other commitments at the moment.

About: I’ve taken care of my parents dogs for the last 4 years from puppies to adults, I’m now in a position where I can’t have my own animal just yet, but would love to earn some money to make those dreams come true - and what better way than by helping other dogs to be looked after! Very good a training techniques, treat giving, fetch playing, and loving your baby just the way you would. Our pets are our family and so it is important you feel they are in the safest of hands. I work a hybrid job, that is very flexible and so I am lucky enough to be wherever whenever. I love nothing more than starting my day with a long walk so why not have a companion with me. I will ensure I have a full list of any allergies, triggers, dietary requirements, enrichment requirements etc. I am fairly used to reactive dogs so this is not a worry to me and shouldn’t be for you either. Your dog will be on a lead with me on any walks and never off lead unless advised. The same goes for shutting doors within the house, as I will not be having any escape artists.

About: Growing up with on a farm I have a wide range of animal caring skills. The dogs I have experience with include everything from a border collie, yorkie, vizsla, labadore, cockapoo, spaniels to a St Bernard and many more. All dogs are treated like part of the family, my dog Luna is my world and I completely understands your feelings around leaving your dogs in a new home. About: I have/had 2 dogs myself, both who I raised from puppies. The first was a very energetic and independent German Spitz. The second is a very chilled and sweet Chihuahua, who lives with me now and would be here to keep your dog company. I also lived with a council approved professional dog walker and sitter for a year, so I had plenty of experience with a range of dogs such as Cocker Spaniels and Cockapoos. I helped to walk and feed the dogs. I looked after a family friends rescue Husky for 6+ months whilst they travelled, and loved the extra walking and exploring (and all the snuggles). He came to us unable to be off lead and left us a confident dog who would walk at your side voluntarily. I believe every dog is different and every animal deserves respect. I will listen to your dogs needs and be considerate of what they want and your training schedule. Dog walking and sitting is my main work so I can be flexible to your dogs needs. I will be at home with your dog if choosing dog sitting or boarding. I live on a canal boat, so for boarding or day care your dog will be aboard the boat. The boat is very safe (it is the same as a small flat) and I will take the time to get your dog used to the boat. I live on a private marina so there are no people passing, it is very calm and quiet and dogs are on a lead when not on the boat. There are lots of fields nearby where I can walk the dogs.

I offer home based dog sitting in Glossop, providing a safe, fun, and caring environment where your dog will be treated like one of the family. I share my home with a friendly, playful 2-year-old Sproodle who loves having a companion to play and socialize with. For this reason, it's important that any dogs staying with us are sociable and good around other dogs. As I work from home, I'm around all day for plenty of attention, cuddles, and supervision. Your dog will join us for two 1-hour walks a day with my own dog, plus lots of playtime in the house and garden with enrichment toys, puzzle feeders, and soft toys. I can accommodate a shorter or longer evening walk if that's more appropriate for your dog. About: I have a 2 year old female Saint Bernard who I love dearly. Shes a big friendly giant who loves playtime with other dogs. I also regularly care for my brothers 2 Cocker Spaniels who are lovely nutters. I understand how nerve-wracking the thought of leaving your precious pooch with others can be but I would endeavour to make them one of the family while they are in my care. For the last 4 years I have volunteered at an animal assisted intervention organisation, which takes dogs and small animals to schools and hospitals for outreach visits. When I lived in Edinburgh, I worked with a charity that volunteers to walk people’s dogs who find it difficult to get out and keep their dog exercised. I love hiking, getting out in nature and seeing dogs enjoy the outdoors too. I volunteer on a Monday and Friday, for a full or half day depending on the week, however I have lunch free. Outreaches finish at 4 at the latest, so I would be available after this to feed, exercise or play with your pet, and stay overnight if needed. On other days, my commitments are small and take an hour or two out of my day at most. I am flexible - I can stay in your home full time, drop by for shorter periods, and/or stay overnight. Just detail what best suits you and I will endeavour to meet your pet’s needs.

I am now retired, I volunteer for a charity however these times are flexible and I plan my involvement with them according to my diary. About: Taken care of dogs for over 13 years.. cocker spaniels, labs, goldens retrievers and more. From playing, walking and just sitting with them, I love it. Looked after a couple of cats for 3 years whilst at uni too so happy to look after any furry friend. If at other homes, I'll practice the same level of care and attention needed as well as plenty of walks whilst typing up my dissertation with any mini breaks I can find during their naps. I'm very outdoorsy so walking the dog(s) close to home or driving to be further a field in the hills or the beach to explore is all on the table :) Will find plenty of time for them as I can mostly work around other commitments at the moment.

“Would highly recommend Beth for boarding/ sitting. Beth had Pippin for one night. We arranged a meet and greet first which immediately put our minds at ease and allowed Pippin and Barney to meet and make sure they got on ok. It was warm weather when Pippin was staying over and Beth had already planned out the stay to ensure Pippin was comfortable; including early morning and late evening walks to avoid the hot weather and also prepping some frozen goodies for them!
