About: Hello! I’m new to the pet sitting world, however since moving to Manchester City centre only a couple of weeks ago I’ve already sat for a few of the residents in my building- both cats and dogs. I’ve got experience of previously having my own springer spaniel (crazy but fun!) they definitely prepare you for any situation 🐕 I’ve moved from Bolton to Manchester so I’m still fairly local to ‘home’ where my family cat, Twix is my main highlight when I go back to Bolton, he’s independent and affectionate when he wants to be and I’ve grown up with him so I’m also comfortable around cats too. Would love for the opportunity to look after your pet in a safe and fun environment! I work from home most days and I’m also very flexible when I go to the office making my availability fairly open. Myself and my boyfriend are around each evening and usually free on weekends! I live in an 18th floor, secure apartment within Manchester City centre The apartment features a communal outdoor terrace, is pet friendly- for both cats and dogs It also has a courtyard to play ball/ for dogs to go to the toilet etc and is shaded so very cool especially for this weather. Close to Ancoats marina too which is a gorgeous dog walk!

“Absolutely loved having Imogen look after Winston this weekend! 🐶❤️ I’d never left him with someone he wasn’t familiar with before, so naturally I was a little nervous, but Imogen made me feel completely comfortable from the very beginning. She even let me bring Winston round a few days beforehand so he could get familiar with her and her home, which really put my mind at ease. While I was away, she kept me updated with plenty of gorgeous pictures and videos and took Winston on lovely walks. I genuinely felt so relaxed knowing he was safe, happy and being so well looked after. It made being away from him completely stress free. I couldn’t recommend Imogen enough and will definitely be booking with her again. She was absolutely amazing with Winston and I’m so grateful! 🥰🐾”

I’m happy to follow their normal routine and any specific instructions you provide so they feel comfortable and settled. For dogs staying in my home, I can also provide a crate if needed, and I’m happy to discuss any other arrangements that would help your dog feel safe and at home.

🐱 Home visits
For cat visits, I’m happy to help with feeding, fresh water, litter trays, treats, playtime and plenty of company. I can also send you photos and updates during each visit so you know how they’re getting on.
I’m comfortable looking after multiple cats in the same household and I’m also happy to spend a little extra time with cats who are particularly clingy or simply enjoy having someone around. Morning and evening visits are available depending on your location and the dates required.

🐶 Dogs & companion sitting
I’m also happy to care for friendly dogs and can offer longer evening visits where your dog mainly needs someone to stay with them and keep them company. This can work particularly well for dogs who don’t enjoy being left alone. I’m happy to bring my laptop and work quietly from your home while keeping them company if that suits their routine.

🏡 House sitting
I can offer overnight stays on selected dates. Please note that I work Monday to Friday from approximately 8:00am–4:30pm, so weekday house sitting is best suited to pets who are comfortable being left during normal working hours. I can return after work, spend the evening with them and stay overnight.

📍 Location
I’m based around M4 in Manchester city centre, so Ancoats, Northern Quarter, city centre and nearby areas are particularly convenient for me.
Therefore given the distance I would be happy to stay longer if needed or any urgent queries:) i can sometimes travel further depending on the booking, so please feel free to message me with your postcode and I’ll let you know.

🤍 Before your booking
I really like arranging a meet-and-greet beforehand whenever possible. It gives me a chance to meet your pet, learn their routine and make sure both you and your pet are comfortable before you go away.
Feel free to share more about your pet, their personality and what kind of care you’re looking for. I’m always happy to see if we can find an arrangement that works for both of us 😊 I currently work weekdays from around 8am–4:30pm, so I’m mainly available for pet care in the evenings and on weekends. I can also offer morning visits depending on location. From October onwards, I’m planning to focus on pet sitting much more fully, which means I’ll have greater flexibility for daytime visits, longer sits, evenings and weekends. I’m always happy to discuss your pet’s routine and see what schedule works best for both of us. When caring for pets in their own home, I always try to keep their normal routine as consistent as possible. I follow the owner’s instructions carefully and make sure food, water, litter trays and the home are kept clean and tidy. I’m happy to arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand so your pet can get comfortable with me and you can show me everything I need to know. I also send regular photos and updates while you’re away so you know how your pet is doing. I’m patient with shy pets and will always give them space rather than forcing interaction.
