About: Dogs have been a huge part of my life since I was a small child. I grew up with Border Collies and now have my own collie x corgi who I cherish endlessly. Because of this, I have a strong understanding of high energy breeds and the importance of both physical exercise and mental stimulation. I’m confident handling dogs with different personalities and needs, from energetic and playful to more anxious or sensitive. I always take the time to get to know each dog individually so I can make sure they feel safe, comfortable and happy in my care. I have a small fenced in garden and a 1.5 year old small corgi collie cross to keep your furry friend company, though she can sometimes take a little while to warm up with other pooches. About: I have grown up with dogs all my life They are a family member. Bluey, Lucky, Butch, Smokey and now Kyla. I love walking the nature trail and bury bolton canal. I try to always take more poo bags than i need and always put em in the bins. I am looking for this as my main source of income as a part time job i should be available 16 hours a week. I make sure I take the time to get to know your pet’s routines to make sure the transition is easy whilst they stay with me! I love cuddles but understand their need for personal space too. They will get plenty of attention, love and cuddles should the want them! I live near Heaton park and love to get after work steps in anyway so your pup will get plenty of fresh air! I have a fenced garden and a closer park for running about in too. I work from home so quite flexible! When pups stay if I have a lot of work / meetings it’s a garden visit and then a longer lunch break stroll. If morning is a bit clearer maybe a morning walk to wake up and then after work walk - weather permitting we can go for a walk in Heaton park and have a play there. I also live close to a small field where it’s a short walk away for quick lunchtime run. A doggy small enough to cuddle on my lap as I work too would be lovely. I have enough space for a crate in my flat if needed. I have a car too so if I’m out and it’s a dog friendly place I’d be happy to take them with me. This is our third long holiday sitting with Holly (there have been other shorter ones) and I don't know what we would do without her. We always know that they are in the safest hands - Holly loves them like they are her own, despite their funny ways. She sends loads of updates so we can see how happy and settled they are. They are always so happy to see her arrive and attach themselves to her immediately. We would not be comfortable leaving them with anyone else.
Another fantastic booking with Phil, always leaves the house spotless and I have no worries at all leaving Rory with him. Zu was amazing! She’s such a friendly person and you can tell she just loves all dogs ❤️ she looked after buzz so well and he is such a high energy dog but nothing was too much for her. She made sure he was walked lots and given loads of love and cuddles. She sent multiple updates a day so we had compete peace of mind as she left our house completely spotless!
