“I was truly impressed with the way Ela cared for my elderly dog. My dog is almost 12 and is quite deaf, has health issues , is on daily medication and a specialist diet. Ela took all this in her stride, going above and beyond to ensure all these extra requirements were met, and more. Ela sent me daily photos and updates and my dog was immediately at home , exploring the safe garden, cuddling on the couch and having extra fresh veggies which are her favourite ! He'd never stayed with any other people apart from ourselves and whilst he was nervous the first few nights, Katie and her family made him feel welcome and he settled really well thanks to them and enjoyed his 17 day stay. About: I’ve always been around dogs, either having my own, family pets or my spare time volunteering at a dog shelter. For the last 2 years, I’ve spent every Saturday cleaning kennels and walking dogs for Cheshire Dogs Home. This means I am well skilled in dealing with tricky dogs too. I now have adopted two cocker spaniels (mum and daughter) from Cheshire Dogs Home that I live alone with. I predominantly work from home and would ensure that I did when I had your dog. My girls absolutely love other dogs and always want to play with them. They love going out for long walks, I live near a country park which is very convenient. I would love to help others out in the hopes of building my own support network too. I work full time from home but this allows me to adapt to a dogs needs as it’s flexible. I currently wake between 6-7am every day with mine and will take them out if it’s hot or will work downstairs (or upstairs in my office where they are welcome) until taking them out at midday if the weather is normal. After work, we relax and have cuddles on the settee as well as a few games to challenge the spaniel brain I have a fenced garden and two girls that absolutely love other dogs and would love yours. They have free roam of downstairs and the garden at all time with supervised access to my office upstairs.

About: I don’t have my own pets but I’ve dog and cat sitted for family, friends and neighbours. I’m a puppy yoga teacher and live close to a big park. I work from home so companionship would be lovely and tend to enjoy walks around parks so your pup will get plenty of love and attention as well as outdoor walks! I live in a flat by myself so no need to check with anyone else on if I can take a dog in. Preferred corgi size and smaller as it’s a small two bed flat. I usually log in around 7am but then I would be able to take pup out for a little walk before being back at my desk. A little lunch break stroll and then after work walk - weather permitting we can go for a walk in Heaton park and have a play there. I also live close to a small field where it’s a short walk away for quick lunchtime run. A doggy small enough to cuddle on my lap as I work too would be lovely. I have enough space for a crate in my flat if needed. I’m super careful when looking after other dogs to clear big things with them or google what they can and can’t eat. I have a car too so if I’m out and it’s a dog friendly place I’d be happy to take them with me.

About: I have grown up with dogs all my life They are a family member. Bluey, Lucky, Butch, Smokey and now Kyla. I love walking the nature trail and bury bolton canal. I try to always take more poo bags than i need and always put em in the bins. I am looking for this as my main source of income as a part time job i should be available 16 hours a week. To walk along thr canal and nature trail I have a flat with 4 rooms. The dog can wonder in and out of all the rooms. I normally go for a local walk on the nature trail or canal

About: I have had dogs for 17 years starting with a RSPCA foster Dalmatian called Lucky who had to be medicated daily on Metacam for his Arthritis. As part of my volunteering at the RSPCA i was involved with dog walking, feeding inc medications where applicable, assisting vacinations/microchips/healthchecks etc. I got to see Neutering and help on the Welfare Van. I currently have a 12month old little Chihuahua. It was quite a major thing for me to hire a cat sitter , but after having Grace sit, I wish I had done it years ago. Previously we have used high end kennels but our cat is getting old and always took time to settle back home again. On returning home this time we found our cat completely chilled and content . About: I have both had dogs since our childhood, and currently have two friendly cocker spaniels. All my dog experience has been from pups, I even acted as midwife for my next door neighbours bitch giving birth 3 years ago! My location has a large country park at the end of the street, and woodland behind me which I manage as a volunteer warden. I have a dog friendly rear garden and my cockers love drinking from the barrel water feature. I have very tolerant pets and they happily engage with other visiting dogs,and a previous neighbours cat. I have an engaging daily routine for them, so much so I'm convinced my dogs can tell the time, when their next activity is due. I am a stay at home foster-dad, and my wife works, sometimes from home. I volunteer in my local community woodlands, and other institutions throughout the day but I estimate our dogs are not at home for more than 3 hours alone. Apart from a clean and secure rear garden, my home is partitioned in such a way that a scared visitor could have seclusion if required. I do have a crate in the kitchen, and my dogs use it for privacy/ sleep ( door open). If your dog would be anxious at night, then I can keep my dogs upstairs with me or they can remain in the kitchen to keep their visitor company. Whichever works.

About: I've had dogs my whole life big and small and have always walked and trained them. I do brain stimulating activitys like find the treat or puzzle feeders like kongs and lickmats. I live near a big park that I like to walk down and feed the ducks so depending on the dog going on walks is easily done. I go on walks to get out and enjoy nature quite often. I like to go visit family aswell who only live a 20 minute walk down the road. I live in a flat so due to that I would only be able to sit 2 dogs at a time. But I have a bit of grass out the back and I also love right next to a massive country park. There are other dogs in the block but they are all friendly.

About: I’ve always been around dogs, either having my own, family pets or my spare time volunteering at a dog shelter. For the last 2 years, I’ve spent every Saturday cleaning kennels and walking dogs for Cheshire Dogs Home. This means I am well skilled in dealing with tricky dogs too. I now have adopted two cocker spaniels (mum and daughter) from Cheshire Dogs Home that I live alone with. I predominantly work from home and would ensure that I did when I had your dog. My girls absolutely love other dogs and always want to play with them. They love going out for long walks, I live near a country park which is very convenient. I would love to help others out in the hopes of building my own support network too. I work full time from home but this allows me to adapt to a dogs needs as it’s flexible. I currently wake between 6-7am every day with mine and will take them out if it’s hot or will work downstairs (or upstairs in my office where they are welcome) until taking them out at midday if the weather is normal. After work, we relax and have cuddles on the settee as well as a few games to challenge the spaniel brain I have a fenced garden and two girls that absolutely love other dogs and would love yours. I was kept up to date throughout with photos and updates on a daily basis, and Enzo was very tired when he came back after so many exciting walks whilst he was away. Phil is a great guy who really cares about dogs, and he asked all the right questions during the meet and greet to ensure Enzo would have the best time on holiday. Phil was also really accommodating when our flight back was delayed, and it wasn’t an issue picking up Enzo later than planned.
