Not only was she well looked after in the house and garden, being actively played with and given so much loving attention, but she was walked twice a day along the canal routes parks and green areas which Boujee absolutely loved; all of this was kindly photographed for me and i could tell when I came to collect Boujee she would have happily stayed longer! “I left Fudge with Jade and her lovely family for 5 nights. Had a meet and greet beforehand and Fudge and family were very happy with each other. I received messages and photos from Jade everyday and fudge looked very settled and happy. Fudge is a rescue dog so I was apprehensive about leaving him to go on holiday but I needn’t have been because I could see they he was having a ball with them. Picked him up yesterday and he was happy to see us and I could see that he was very settled in. Would have no hesitation in leaving Fudge with Jade and family and will definitely be booking him in for any other trips/holidays. About: I have grown up with dogs all my life They are a family member. Bluey, Lucky, Butch, Smokey and now Kyla. I love walking the nature trail and bury bolton canal. I try to always take more poo bags than i need and always put em in the bins. I am looking for this as my main source of income as a part time job i should be available 16 hours a week. To walk along thr canal and nature trail I have a flat with 4 rooms. The dog can wonder in and out of all the rooms. I normally go for a local walk on the nature trail or canal

We had such a wonderful first experience with Mary! She was incredibly communicative, sent us the most adorable photos, took Mabel on lovely walks to the park, and gave her lots of snuggles. She was also so accommodating with our drop-off and pick-up times, which we really appreciated. We felt completely at ease knowing Mabel was so happy and well cared for. Most importantly, Mabel absolutely loves her! We’ll definitely be booking with Mary again. 10/10!
Suzi had the best time on her 3 day mini break with Hannah and Joey, who is now officially her best friend. Hannah kept in touch with little queries and updates about how my 10 month old pup is doing. Hannah was especially understanding that Suzi was at the end of her first season which was a huge relief after I thought I would struggle to find a sitter. Suzi came home really happy and well behaved and a delight to be with. She can’t wait to see Hannah and Joey again next week.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
