Pet care experience
Previous dog owner and dog fosterer
Having grown up with dogs, it was important that my children grew up around dogs. Sadly, when our family dog Kai passed, and the kids now teenagers, I decided to foster dogs instead, in the hope that I could help as many as we possibly could. Our first foster was a large and reactive Boerboel who became a lovable and gentle giant. Our second foster was a gorgeous staffie who we ended up keeping until he sadly passed. My home is now ready to be opened up for other dogs - ones that I cant keep!

Katie has looked after Peppa a few times now and Peppa always has a great time - you can tell by the way Peppa runs inside the moment the front door is opened! Thanks as always.

My girl absolutely loved staying with Katie this week! Its her first time with any dog sitter and there was absolutely nothing to complain about! Lots of pictures and communication, easy to plan and book and we have already booked her in for next year! Kota has had the best week. Best experience for a first time!

Katie and family were great with our dog Ace! They made him very welcome and comfortable and dealt with his dog reactivity brilliantly!

Katie and her family were great sitters! We received lots of lovely updates while we were away and you can tell she really cares for the dogs she looks after- would highly recommend her services!

Katie was so friendly and welcoming with Ollie, he took to her straight away! Thank you so much for giving him a wonderful holiday weekend and for all the photos and updates, we really appreciated it! Thank you! 😄

Katie looked after our dog like her own. He had the absolute time of his life. We received updates as often as needed and she took the time to get to know us beforehand too. I would definitely recommend Katie and I will be looking to use her again in the future.

Schedule
I currently work from home so will be at home for the majority of the time. If there were times that I did need to leave, your dog would be left for no longer than 2 hours at a time.
Where your pet will stay
Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
I have a small enclosed garden but there is no grass, which the dogs will have free access too. I would commit to one longer walk per day (generally after 3pm during the week). I would be happy to feed as requested and dogs are very welcome to join me on the sofa for cuddles in an evening.
A typical day
I work from home the majority of the time and so the dogs would have company throughout the day, and in warmer weather doors will be left open for there will be free access to the garden when they want. Periods where I know I won’t be able to work from home I won’t take bookings so prevent dogs being in their own for long periods. I will keep as much to your routine with the dogs as possible, and happy to walk them at least once per day.
