Highlights
Pet care experience
Solo girl living with her 2 girls
I’ve always been around dogs, either having my own, family pets or my spare time volunteering at a dog shelter. For the last 2 years, I’ve spent every Saturday cleaning kennels and walking dogs for Cheshire Dogs Home. This means I am well skilled in dealing with tricky dogs too. I now have adopted two cocker spaniels (mum and daughter) from Cheshire Dogs Home that I live alone with. I predominantly work from home and would ensure that I did when I had your dog. My girls absolutely love other dogs and always want to play with them. They love going out for long walks, I live near a country park which is very convenient. I would love to help others out in the hopes of building my own support network too.
Qualifications
Ratings and reviews
Lauren was excellent with our dogs taking them for brilliant walks and looking after them as if they were her own. Had updates and pictures from the walks too. Very reliable!

Marley had a great time at Lauren’s. He settled in as though he was at home. Lauren kept me up to date on how Marley was doing. It’s clear she loves dogs and has a lot of experience caring for them. I would definitely recommend Lauren, and will be happy for Marley to stay with her again!

Lauren is a very responsible and attentive dog owner. Very patient and caring. Recently adopting two spaniels who needed extra care and attention as nothing was known about their past lives. She has taken in her stride.
I’ve known Lauren for 20 years now. She’s always had dogs around, first growing up with family dogs, and now with her own two. She is honestly one of the nicest, most genuinely caring people I know, and she is so dedicated to her dogs. They are so well cared for, and anyone who knows her knows how much love and attention she pours into them.
Lauren’s passion and love for dogs is unmatched, she loves to make them happy and make sure they get all the attention they deserve. Even before Lauren had her own dogs she would travel an hour each way, every Saturday, to care for dogs who had no one else to look after them at Cheshire Dogs Home. I have known Lauren for years and spent a lot of time in her company with her two cocker spaniels. They are the most loving girls in the world and it’s a testament to Lauren that she gave them a home and a safe space in which they are safe, loved, cared for and always the centre of attention. I would have no hesitation in letting Lauren look after my dogs and neither should you.

Schedule
I work full time from home but this allows me to adapt to a dogs needs as it’s flexible. I currently wake between 6-7am every day with mine and will take them out if it’s hot or will work downstairs (or upstairs in my office where they are welcome) until taking them out at midday if the weather is normal. After work, we relax and have cuddles on the settee as well as a few games to challenge the spaniel brain
