“We had never left Tilly with anyone who was not family before and had a limited period to find a siiter (7 days) but the first time we met Jennifer we were immediately reassured. Whilst away we were updated daily via photos and videos which showed a happy contented dog- in fact Tilly looked more contented with Jennifer than with us!!! We came back to a clean and tidy house but more importantly a perfectly healthy and happy dog. We would not hesitate in using Jennifer again- in fact we are already planning trips away working around Jennifer and would highly recommend her.”

“My 1st time leaving Jessie with anyone other than close friends and I can clearly tell she has been extremely well looked after! She so happy and content!! Thank you so much for taking such good care of her and my home!! Excellent work would definitely recommend and hopefully book you again in future”

“Ada was absolutely fab! She came to house sit my dog whilst I was at work, and it went completely smoothly. I was really nervous about leaving my dog, but she was really reassuring, sent me lots of updates throughout the day and made sure my dog was happy and relaxed. I’m really pleased with how it went and have booked again with Ada! Yay my dog has a new friend!”

About: I have looked after dogs since I was 13 years old; walking, boarding and caring for. These were through my neighbours, friends and other companies. I thoroughly enjoy showing the dogs love and attention where their owners can’t and help the time pass better for them :) I am working 7 month contracts away with a period in between for rest so I have lots of free time out of my contract. There are many lovely parks around to take your fur babies and give them all the energy release they need. My garden is also fully enclosed with no other animals in the house to startle them.
About: About Me: I've had the privilege of caring for my own Border Collie since he was a puppy, starting when I was just 12 years old. Now at 23, my love for animals, especially dogs, has only grown. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to walk friends' dogs and care for many others around the world. Some of my most memorable experiences include looking after a 1-year-old Lab and his senior companion on a retreat in Costa Rica, as well as feeding stray dogs and puppies in Bali and Thailand. Though I am still in the early stages of professionally offering dog walking and day boarding services, my passion, hands-on experience, and empathy for animals guide me in providing the best care for your dog. I’m eager to continue learning and improving in my services, and I’m committed to giving each dog the attention and care they deserve. Services Offered: Dog Walking Day Boarding (at your home) House Sitting (at your home) While I currently can’t offer day boarding in my own home due to living at home with another dog, I’m more than happy to offer day boarding in the comfort of your home. I will also provide my weekly availability in the schedule section to ensure flexibility. Feel free to reach out if you’d like to discuss how I can assist you and your dog. I look forward to working with you! Please get in contact preferably a week in advance and then I can book days off however still get in contact if it’s a last minute slot as often times I can accommodate. I am currently available for dog walking, boarding and day care services from Monday - Thursday usually. Please feel free to reach out if these days also work for you, and I'll be happy to assist you with your dog care needs! I can’t currently offer day boarding in my own home as I am living in a staff block but I can offer day boarding, walking and day care in your own home :)

“Robin was great looking after our sheltie. We were away for 2 day and she has sent us photos/ videos of our pup which seemed very comfortable and playful. Thank you very much Robin!”

About: Hi! We’re Minx and Lewis — your friendly neighbourhood pet-sitting duo based in Burnley. We’re a couple who basically run on caffeine, cuddles, and animal hair, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Animals have always been a huge part of our lives, and caring for them is something we genuinely love doing every day. We offer both cat sitting and dog care, including walks, drop-ins, feeding, playtime, and plenty of fuss (for those who want it — we fully respect the “look but don’t touch” crowd too). For Minx, cats are a long-time special interest — which means extra enthusiasm, extra attention to detail, and an uncanny ability to decode even the most “mysterious” feline behaviour. Lewis is just as experienced and confident with dogs, especially when it comes to walks, routine, and keeping tails wagging safely and happily. At home, we share our lives (and most of our bed) with our own two cats: Trico, our wise five-year-old gentleman, and Kyurem, our one-year-old chaotic goblin boy. They keep us humble… and very entertained. We’ve been pet sitting for friends and family for over a decade, and professionally for the last four years. Whether it’s a shy cat who needs quiet company or an energetic dog who needs a good walk and play, we tailor our care to suit each animal’s personality and routine. We’re excited to bring our love, experience, and reliability to more pet families who want their animals cared for just as thoughtfully as we care for our own. We are both currently self employed, giving us the freedom of my own schedule! We anre available 24/7 for pet requests and care, as long as I have ample notice. Specific care requests for each home are taken into consideration, such as if there are baby gates installed to prevent animals from going into certain rooms etc. For all day visits for dogs, they never leave our sight, to ensure their utmost protection!
About: I’m a firefighter with a calm, safety-first approach and real, hands-on dog experience as the owner of a friendly 1-year-old Golden Retriever. I’m used to handling energetic, excitable dogs and making sure walks are fun, structured, and safe. My fire service background means I’m reliable, punctual, and comfortable staying calm in unexpected situations. I treat every dog as if they were my own and always prioritise their wellbeing. I’m happy to walk dogs solo or with my own well-socialised Golden (with a meet & greet first to ensure compatibility). I focus on positive handling, good lead manners, and making sure dogs get both physical exercise and mental stimulation on every walk. I work in the fire service on a 4-on / 4-off schedule. This means I am fully available on my off days, and I plan all dog walks and visits around those days. On my workdays, I am unavailable, but during my off days I can offer morning, lunchtime, and early evening walks. I am happy to walk dogs solo or in small, compatible groups with my own friendly Golden Retriever (after a meet & greet). I always prioritise safety, structured exercise, and lots of fun. Because of my rotating schedule, I can provide reliable, predictable bookings for all off days and can offer recurring weekly slots that fit your dog’s routine. I treat every dog as part of my family and always prioritise their safety, comfort, and happiness. During walks, I ensure dogs get appropriate exercise, mental stimulation, and socialisation (solo or in small, compatible groups with my own friendly Golden Retriever after a meet & greet). I follow each owner’s instructions carefully regarding feeding, medications, and any special needs. I carry water, waste bags, and a first aid kit, and I am trained to remain calm in unexpected situations thanks to my background in the fire service. If caring for a pet in their home (drop-ins), I provide companionship, playtime, feeding, and potty breaks while keeping the home secure and tidy. I also send updates and photos so owners know their pets are happy and safe.
“Amy and Isaac are amazing! They sent me pictures, videos and updates of how Mayo was getting on . From these updates I could see that Mayo was in safe and loving hands! She has obviously had a fabulous time ...excellent walks and lots of cuddles and love. Thank you for looking after her so caringly. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use Amy and Isaac again.”

About: Since starting pet sitting in April'19, I have now completed over 157 weeks of care, from the -30'C Canadian winters to the near 50'C summer in Dubai, remote Caribbean island to the hustle of capital city. Dogs & cats are equally loved, from Mini Dachshund to Bernese Mountain dogs, sleepy Pug to energetic Collie pups. So many happy memories and stories to tell. I feel honored and proud of my 5* feedback & references which are all far more important than anything I could write in my profile, and I have completed all verification available to me on this forum. Please help me to help you & your furry friends whilst you are away. Get in touch and we can arrange a call, skype, What'sApp or Zoom to make sure we would be a perfect fit. Communication is key. During my career as a Quality Manager, I always operated with the upmost professionalism, with integrity and in an open & honest way, and endeavored to instill these values to all of my team. Your house sit would be no different. I have been used to global pet sits of 1 to 2 months at a time, but equally, as I type, I'm sharing the sofa with a new furry pal in Suffolk for the week. It is unlikely that I would take any offers below 7 days. I am looking for pet sits during vacation from work. As such, my schedule would be adaptable to best match that of your beloved pet. I'm happy to explore the local woods & surroundings for up to 3hrs, dependent on the needs of your dog, and would keep to all of their normal scheduled meal / rest times. I like to pet sit to be with the pets, it is that simple. I could fly away and lay on the beach for a week or so, or maybe take myself away to the nearest ski resort, but that is nowhere near enjoyable as plotting a route to explore the woods using Ordinance Survey Apps with a new pal by my side, or playing fetch, tug or grooming. And I don't know why, but a nice pint in a quintessential British pub always tastes better with a pal at your heels.

“Hannah is absolutely wonderful. She looked after two of my dogs for 12 days at my house whilst I was on holiday and they had the best time. She came for a couple of walks beforehand to get to know them as they are a little particular about their human company and she won them over straight away. I have never felt more relaxed being away from them knowing they were being taken care of in their own home as well as I could do it myself. Hannah stuck to their routine, fed them their raw diet and all their supplements, provided enrichment activities, exercised them, and continued with their crate training as asked. She left the house spotlessly clean for me to return to, even washing all linens and towels. I think my dogs were more upset at her leaving than they were excited to see me return! I highly highly recommend booking Hannah for walks and holidays and everything in between, she's an excellent dog sitter and I will be booking with her again. Thank you so much Hannah, you're an absolute star.”

Rafael was fantastic with Albie! They kept in good communication before and during the sit, which really helped me feel reassured. It’s always so daunting leaving your pet with someone but Rafael made it really easy, and I’d definitely book with them again. They sent me pictures and updates and were super welcoming and friendly.

What an incredible person to look after our babies. She was just so lovely and sent photos every single day, daily updates and we have come home to the most beautifully cleaned and well looked after home. Will 100% be using Nicola again and i cannot recommend enough.
