About: Hi! We’re Minx and Lewis — your friendly neighbourhood pet-sitting duo based in Burnley. We’re a couple who basically run on caffeine, cuddles, and animal hair, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Animals have always been a huge part of our lives, and caring for them is something we genuinely love doing every day. We offer both cat sitting and dog care, including walks, drop-ins, feeding, playtime, and plenty of fuss (for those who want it — we fully respect the “look but don’t touch” crowd too). For Minx, cats are a long-time special interest — which means extra enthusiasm, extra attention to detail, and an uncanny ability to decode even the most “mysterious” feline behaviour. Lewis is just as experienced and confident with dogs, especially when it comes to walks, routine, and keeping tails wagging safely and happily. At home, we share our lives (and most of our bed) with our own two cats: Trico, our wise five-year-old gentleman, and Kyurem, our one-year-old chaotic goblin boy. They keep us humble… and very entertained. We’ve been pet sitting for friends and family for over a decade, and professionally for the last four years. Whether it’s a shy cat who needs quiet company or an energetic dog who needs a good walk and play, we tailor our care to suit each animal’s personality and routine. We’re excited to bring our love, experience, and reliability to more pet families who want their animals cared for just as thoughtfully as we care for our own. We are both currently self employed, giving us the freedom of my own schedule! We anre available 24/7 for pet requests and care, as long as I have ample notice. Specific care requests for each home are taken into consideration, such as if there are baby gates installed to prevent animals from going into certain rooms etc. For all day visits for dogs, they never leave our sight, to ensure their utmost protection!

Born naturally from a family of 7.. Paisley still sees her siblings & her mother for regular play dates & walks... She was brought up in a family home & lived with her mother & sister for some time so loves to play with dogs & kids alike ... she's a really happy dog... Whether being chased through the park .. playing with toys in the garden or just simply sharing a bed for snuggles Paisley will welcome any dog BIG or small into our home!.. I was a previous staffie owner for 13 years & I have been successfully looking after many lovable dogs in our home for the last 18 months privately but we are new to Rover so please feel free to book a meet & greet at your nearest convenience... Thank you!.. We look forward to greeting our next guests!. As a seasonal gardener the time has come upon us when the weather is starting to change & with this so will my working schedule. Last year I was doing security work throughout the winter months but this year I am hoping to fullfil a real passion... spending my time with dogs... With my 10 year old daughter Myla & my 2 year old sidekick Paisley at the helm we welcome all dogs.... all shapes & sizes!... Especially the big ones!... We live in a nice little semi detached with a good sized fenced off garden that is in constant full view from numerous windows.. Megan was absolutely wonderful. Both before and during the sit Megan was extremely reassuring and thorough. She listened to me and heard exactly what I was explaining about our dogs. My oldest dog is extremely anxious and scared - Megan made him feel comfortable whilst also reassuring me he would be in good hands… and he was. Both our dogs were treated like royalty they were completely spoilt and cared for as if they were the ones having a holiday. It gave me the permission to enjoy my holiday with regular updates and seeing how happy they were meant I didn’t need to think twice about leaving them. I was looking for someone that genuinely cared about dogs and wasn’t just doing this as a way to make money and I am so grateful for Megan. I highly recommend to anyone if you leave your pets with Megan they will be in very good hands!! My dogs now miss Megan more than I think they missed us!! Thanks Megan I can’t wait to book you in for our next sit!!!

Lucy is absolutely lovely and our dog Glen fully adores her. She came to meet us before the sit to make sure her and him got on and we were fully comfortable with her. She also went out of her way to find out Glen's likes and dislikes from us, and deliver them for him. When it rained on the day she was sitting for him and he wouldn't go for a walk, she made sure he got time in the house to play with his ball so he wasn't bored. She took plenty of photos of him, kept us up to date, and at the end wrote a lovely report so we knew how his day had been. I'd super recommend her to anyone!

I have experience with other puppies and have had plenty of play dates with his best friend Archie who is currently 15 weeks old! Hi im Lauren, I work from home on Wednesdays and Thursdays so I am available every week both days & usually available most weekends. I am able do dog board at your home & dog walking/sitting I unfortunately don’t have the space at my house, but I am available to come to your home. About: I, Lulu (Lydia), will be caring for your pets either by myself or with my partner, Eve. We have tons of experience caring for other people's pets and animals and have been consistently home and pet sitting for 4 years now! This year has proved how much we enjoy caring for animals and has made us very adaptable to different types of homes and pets. We have 14 5* reviews on other pet-sitting websites and can provide references and reviews if needed. Our pet-sitting experience has been in the UK and USA. Lulu - I grew up close to my family's farm and have had many pets. I love caring for animals, but we can't commit to having any of our own just yet as we are awaiting our green cards and plan to move to the US in a couple of years. My experience caring for animals includes feeding, walking + playing, cleaning up after them, occasionally administrating medication and, of course, loving them! Eve- I grew up with dogs and cats. I love spending time with animals, and my experience caring for them includes feeding, walking + playing, cleaning up after them, occasionally administrating medication and, of course, loving them too! Pet care fits in perfectly with our routine. I am a student studying at The Open University, so I am extremely flexible, and Eve works from home too. We have found that we always spend A LOT of time with the animals we care for and love it. Our lifestyle means we can be available any time/day and can stick to the owner's routine. Your pet’s safety and wellbeing are always our top priority. Our home is secure, with a fully enclosed yard for safe outdoor time. When we care for pets in their own homes, we stick closely to their usual routine to help them feel comfortable and settled. We’re very attentive to each pet’s individual needs, providing plenty of walks, playtime, cuddles, and companionship. We’re also happy to send regular photo and video updates, so you can feel fully at ease while you’re away - we know how much they’re missed! :)

Hayley did a great job looking after our 15 year old deaf dog who has some very particular needs. She was very responsive and we had no worries at all while we were away. We really appreciated her willingness to meet us the week before our trip.

About: I’ve had lots of pets since I was born from dogs and cats to lizards and rats. I have always loved being around animals, taking care of them and making them feel loved and comfortable :) Pet care is already a big part of my everyday life, I have 2 dogs and 2 cats of my own, so my routine naturally revolves around feeding, walking, playtime, and cuddles. I’m used to early mornings, regular exercise, and keeping animals happy, healthy, and comfortable. I’m passionate about working with animals and plan to make pet care my full time career. In my home or yours I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved as if they were my own. I provide a secure environment, regular feeding, fresh water, daily walks, playtime, and plenty of affection. I follow the owner’s instructions closely to keep routines consistent and ensure each pet’s needs are met whether that’s special diets, medication, or extra snuggles.

Hannah is absolutely wonderful. She looked after two of my dogs for 12 days at my house whilst I was on holiday and they had the best time. She came for a couple of walks beforehand to get to know them as they are a little particular about their human company and she won them over straight away. I have never felt more relaxed being away from them knowing they were being taken care of in their own home as well as I could do it myself. Hannah stuck to their routine, fed them their raw diet and all their supplements, provided enrichment activities, exercised them, and continued with their crate training as asked. She left the house spotlessly clean for me to return to, even washing all linens and towels. I think my dogs were more upset at her leaving than they were excited to see me return! I highly highly recommend booking Hannah for walks and holidays and everything in between, she's an excellent dog sitter and I will be booking with her again. Thank you so much Hannah, you're an absolute star.
